The next day the three teenagers were shocked when Granger informed them she wanted to see Luna's father, Xenophilius Lovegood. Ron agreed at once, but his motives had nothing to do with what Granger wanted to do.

"My birthday was yesterday, that means today is the eighteenth, she should be back at Hogwarts by now, you won't see her if we go to her house," Jade whispered to Ron and he blushed.

"What are you talking about? I think it's important. That symbol and all..." Ron muttered.

"Yeah, right."

After a long argument, they all agreed they had nothing to lose, so they decided to go. The four of them apparated not far from Ron's house. Ron led the way, having an idea of where Luna lived. He never visited her but his parents did and always pointed at the location where the house should be.

They finally found a weird-looking house, the front gate was broken. Harry went up the few stairs and knocked on the door. A few minutes later a blond man probably in his early forties opened the door cautiously. He seemed to be wearing his pyjamas and he looked a bit dirty and his hair was a mess.

"Who are you? What do you want?"

"Mr. Lovegood, hello. I'm Harry Potter. Uh, is it okay if we came in? We'd like to ask you something."

Mr. Lovegood let them in but there was something weird about him. Jade didn't feel quite comfortable there, and it wasn't because of how weird and exotic-looking the house was.

"Uh, why have you come here?" he asked.

"Where's Luna?" Jade suddenly asked, the other three looked at her like she asked an stupid question.

"I suppose she must be at Hogwarts," Granger said, glancing at Mr. Lovegood.

"Right...yes, she's back at school."

"You sure?" Jade pressed on. Somehow she wasn't convinced.

Mr. Lovegood didn't answer, instead he offered them an infusion of Gurdyroots which they couldn't refuse. It was a deep purple colour and the texture didn't seem that nice. The worst part was the flavour though.

"Now, how may I help you, Mr. Potter?

"Well, we came to see if you could tell us more about that and what it meant," Harry said, pointing at a grey symbol hanging from a chain around his neck.

"Oh, are you referring to the sign of the Deathly Hallows?"

"Isn't that like an old legend?" Jade asked, being the only one who didn't seem totally lost.

"What are they?" Granger asked.

"I assume that you are all familiar with the Tale Of the Three Brothers?"

While Harry said 'no', Ron, Granger and Jade said yes. Harry looked at them, not liking to be the only one who didn't know something.

"I've got a copy right here," Granger said.

Mr. Lovegood asked Granger to read it. Jade couldn't help but wonder why were they reading kids stories? Did they come all the way here for that? Was that her original plan?

As Granger read, Jade pointed her wand at her cup, making the infusion smaller, making it seem like she actually drank some of it, honestly, it tasted horrible. Granger, with some interruptions from Harry, finished the story.

"Well, there you are," Mr. Lovegood said.

"You don't mean that those are the Deathly Hallows," Jade commented.

He didn't reply, instead he got a quill and a piece of parchment. "The Elder Wand," he said as he drew a straight vertical line. "The Resurrection Stone," he said as he drew a circle on top of the line. "And the Cloak of Invisibility," he finally said, drawing a triangle, enclosing both, the line and the circle. And thus, making the symbol. "Together, they make Deathly Hallows, together will make the possessor master of Death."

"But, Mr. Lovegood, how can you possibly believe that..." Granger started.

"Luna has told me all about you, young lady. You are intelligent but painfully limited, Narrow. Close-minded."

"Speaking of Luna, where is she?" Jade asked once again.

"She also told me about you, Jade, right?" he asked. "She's spoken highly of you. How much you've helped her. Bright, nice, open-minded and curious. But a bit damaged."

"Damaged?" Jade exclaimed, offended.

Then Granger changed the topic again. Mr. Lovegood told them the Elder Wand's trail has been bloody, but that the trail went cold.

"Mr. Lovegood, does the Peverell family have anything to do with the Deathly Hallows?"

"Many of us Questers believe that the Peverells have everything to do with the Hallows."

"Who are the Peverells?" Ron asked.

"Antioch, Cadmus and Ignotus," Jade said, not sure how she knew those names. "Mr. Lovegood, forgive me but I must ask again, where is Luna? She's not at Hogwarts, is she?"

"Why would you say that?" Harry asked.

"I know," Jade said, trying to tell him without really telling him that she heard Xenophilius' thoughts. "And her Hogwarts stuff is in the hallway. She never even left."

He dropped the tray, he was going away to refill the cups. Everything smashed. At that, they all drew their wands. It was then when the three realised Jade had been right to keep asking about Luna.

"They took my Luna," he said, almost crying. "Because of what I've been writing. I don't know where she is, what they've done to her. But if I give Harry Potter... to ... Voldemort..."

"We're leaving now!" Ron exclaimed, grabbing Jade's hand to apparate but it was too late. They could hear and see the Death Eaters from the windows. They had surrounded the house.

One of Xenophilius' weird objects got shot by a spell and it exploded, followed by some other things. The four of them jumped down to the floor. It was hard to see with all the debris. Jade crawled forward and found Harry.

"Didn't I tell you last week, Lovegood, we weren't coming back for anything less than solid information!" a voice said down the stairs, Mr. Lovegood had fallen after the explosion.

"I beg you! It really is Potter, really!"

"Homenum revelio!" another voice said. Jade cursed as she knew that now they knew there were more humans in the house.

"Please, just let me have Luna, please!"

"If this is a trick, you might start planning where to bury your Luna."

Harry and Jade found Granger and then Ron, who kept telling them to just get out of there. Granger made Ron and Jade put on the Invisibility Cloak. They did as they were told and grabbed hands with each other.

"What are you waiting for?" Harry asked, realising they weren't leaving.

The four of them saw two men going up the stairs. Their faces illuminated when they saw Harry. They were pointing their wands at them when Jade suddenly felt like her body was being sucked into a thin tube and then they all were surrounded by trees and it was quiet. Ron and Jade fell down, and Jade took off the Cloak.

Granger was already doing the protective spells when Ron and Jade got on their feet. Ron was complaining about trusting people and ending up in bad situations.

"If we left without the Death Eaters getting a glimpse of Harry, they'd have killed Luna. They'd have thought he was lying."

"Why hide us though?" Ron asked

"You are supposed to be sick with spattergroit. What would happen to your family if they knew you were with the 'undesirable number one'? And Lias... well, I don't know. She's supposed to be kidnapped or something to not marry Perseus, right? Thought it would be better if they didn't know where she was or who she was with."

"Brilliant," Ron exclaimed.

The four of them put up the tent and went inside. Ron made tea. They sat together, talking. Harry and Granger didn't believe the story about the Deathly Hallows but Ron and Jade did.

"Anything is possible," Jade said with a shrug when Harry asked her why she believed the story.

Then suddenly Harry remembered something. The ring that belonged to Tom Riddle's grandfather, it had the Deathly Hallows symbol. Harry then said he was a descendant from the third brother, Ignotus and then it seemed like he started to believe the story.

"That's what he's after," Harry said, his face got a bit pale as he slowly realised the truth. "The Elder Wand. You-Know-Who wants it. That's why he kidnapped the two wand makers. He's looking for it."

"Harry, I think you've got this wrong, all wrong," Granger said. "It doesn't fit. If they existed, the Deathly Hallows, why wouldn't Dumbledore tell you about them?"

"You said it yourself, You've got to find out about them for yourself," Harry exclaimed.

"Harry, forget about the Deathly Hallows. We can't afford to get sidetracked again. Dumbledore told us to destroy Horcruxes, not any of this."

But soon the chat came to an end, Harry knew Granger wouldn't change her mind. Ron took the first watch and the others slept, or tried to.

The following morning, Jade went to sit next to Harry, who had the Snitch in his hands. Trying to open it somehow, to prove the Stone was in there but anything he tried was in vain.

"Harry, can I talk to you?"

"Sure," Harry said.

"I'm not abandoning you, but I've been thinking. When we saw the other reality, well, the two of us in there thought that a Horcrux was in Hogwarts. So, you can't actually go there, with Death Eaters all around it but I could."

"What?"

"I'm not abandoning you. I'll go back, pretend I escaped or something. Go look around. I felt the vibe coming from that Horcrux... the locket. Maybe I could feel it again and find it. Maybe I could also find information on the Deathly Hallows."

"I've been wanting to go there, I feel like we should but... how would you find us again?"

"Ron's got a fake Galleon. The ones we used for the D.A. meetings. We can communicate that way. I'll only be gone for a month, maybe two. Then I'll be back. Find it or not."

"You sure? I mean, it's pretty risky."

"I know you don't trust Snape but I know him. He will let me back in, trust me. I know what I'm doing. And I can use my gift, if someone is planning an ambush or something, I can escape quickly."

"You can't disapparate inside Hogwarts," Harry pointed out.

"No, but I can hide and then go far enough to disapparate. And believe it or not, without you there, I might be the most popular person in Hogwarts. You should have seen it, when I fought Amycus. Everyone cheered," Jade said with a smile as memories flooded her mind. "I'm used to people cheering on me because of Quidditch but this was different. Everyone supported me. Gryffindors, Ravenclaws, Huffelpuffs... absolutely everyone and it felt so nice. And in the hallways, instead of being seen as this cold Slytherin, I was seen as a hero. It felt good… Knowing I did something that mattered… Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that I've got people that could help me if I'm in trouble."

"But... I really don't want you to go," Harry admitted.

"I'll be back, like I said, one or two months top," Jade said with a smile.

"When will you leave?"

"Tomorrow."

"So… is it decided then?"

"Yes."

"No chance to change your mind?"

"Nope," Jade muttered as she shook her head.

Jade wrote a letter to Snape. She disapparated, sent the letter from that new location and went back, just in case someone would track the letter. She knew Snape wouldn't be too noisy and she could go back to Hogwarts without a problem.

Jade took first watch that night, planning to keep watch all night long and not wake up anyone. It was her last night there. She could at least help that way.

"Are you really going?" A voice said around midnight.

"I got to try. I have a feeling," Jade said.

"Well, we've tried the coins and they work. So, when you want to come back, just tell us, or if you find anything," Harry said.

"I will... I wanted to ask you, Harry," Jade said, turning to look directly at him. "Do you think Percy or Ron had a daughter? In the other reality, I mean."

"Eh, I don't know... why?"

"I keep thinking of that night when You-Know-Who took Leo. Mrs. Weasley said 'Take the girl to a safe place, go now!' And then Ron was gone. If you think about it, it was only Percy and Mrs. Weasley fighting five or six Death Eaters. Ron was there at the start but then he wasn't."

"I don't remember, honestly."

"And I think I saw a little girl. I can't be sure if it's my mind or if I actually saw her."

"What if we go back and see?" Harry suggested.

"I want to but I can't. I mean, they take him away and it's my fault and a lady who has acted like my own mother died... because of me. I seriously can't see that again... at least for now."

"Why do you ask?"

"I was curious. Ron pretended to be Leo's dad after we... you know, died. Did he actually have a family? I was just wondering."

"Jade?"

"Hmm?"

"You know, it really wasn't your fault. You..."

"It really was. Maybe if I hadn't caused our deaths, then maybe we could have protected him. Or finish You-know-Who off before he could do all those horrible things. That's something else I want to look for... that other prophecy. It might not happen but I want to hear it."

"And you think going to Hogwarts will help with that?"

"Maybe... Trelawney might know stuff. Or Firenze."

"Are you that desperate?"

"Maybe a little bit. Harry?"

"Yeah?

"Just in case I need it, can you teach me how to say open in Parseltongue?" Jade asked nervously. "Maybe it's hidden in there."

The hours felt like minutes for Jade and soon it was morning. She said goodbye to everyone and made sure to have everything with her. Ron hugged her tightly, Granger nodded at her and Harry also pulled her into a hug but as she was breaking apart, Harry kissed her cheek.

Jade pretended that didn't happen, she only hoped she hadn't blushed. She smiled at the three of them, stood out of the area with all the enchantments and disapparated.

Jade found herself in Hogsmeade. She went inside an empty pub, ordered a Firewhiskey and waited ten minutes until a person showed up.

"Students aren't allowed to drink alcohol," a cold voice said behind her before he sat in front of her.

"I don't know if I'm a student or not," Jade said as she took a sip. "Am I? If so, what will we say?"

"You were kidnapped as that's what your family has told everyone and you were found unconscious in London in a Muggle hospital. I've got people checking mail so if anyone tries to contact your parents we'll get rid of those letters."

"What if they find out another way?"

"Even your parents can't get into Hogwarts without my permission," Snape said. "That will give you enough time to flee or hide."

"And you'll let me leave, whenever I want to?" Jade asked cautiously.

"Well, there are hundreds of students. I can't keep an eye on all of them, especially the skillful ones."

"Why?"

"If I keep you locked in Hogwarts and your family knows, they will get you and if they find out you've betrayed them, I think we both know what will happen to you."

"Okay," Jade said, nodding. "How do I know you're telling the truth? That you will actually let me leave or that I won't be followed? You once made an Unbreakable Vow with Narcissa Malfoy, would you do it with me?"

"That's not necessary but I'll do it, if that makes you feel more comfortable."

And so they did, after that they apparated in Snape's office. Jade caught a glimpse of Dumbledore's portrait and she wished she could have a moment to speak to him alone.

"Your stuff has been taken back to your dormitory. You'll start classes tomorrow. And I've got news for you."

"What?"

"Mr. Malfoy had been chosen as new captain but he refused to accept it, believing you'd be back, so you are still the captain." Jade couldn't feel any joy at that. She had other matters to worry about. "They'll have training today before lunch, just so you know. You can go now."

Jade went straight to the library, trying not to be seen. Jade wasn't wearing the school uniform so she stood out. Jade didn't know where to start but she got lots of books, most about the founders of Hogwarts, maybe in one of them they mentioned a special belonging. Something like Slytherin's locket. Just something.

Just ten minutes before lunch, Jade put all those books in her backpack and went outside. She was excited but nervous. She got to see the last bit of the Quidditch training and she smiled.

Draco was just putting all the balls back in their place when Jade decided to walk out to the field. Draco felt someone was there so he turned around and his mouth opened wide. Jade smiled brightly.

"Jade!" Draco exclaimed and ran to her. He pulled her into a tight embrace and kissed her. He didn't care if someone was watching. He'd missed her and he had been worried about her. " Is it really you? What are you doing here?"

Draco knew it was really Jade because he spotted the ring in her finger. And he knew her too well. Her smile, the look in her eyes. It was her.

"Research," Jade admitted. "And I missed you."

"Have you read the Daily Prophet?"

"You know I don't read that."

"Your parents are claiming someone abducted you when you were on your way to King's Cross. My mother has spoken to them, they really don't know it was me or the Weasleys. Those spells really did wonders. But anyway, they've offered gold if anyone finds you, so be careful. Anyone might want that reward. Anyway, are you okay?"

"Yes, I'm good. You?"

"Yeah, good. Oh my God, I've missed you so much!" Draco exclaimed and kissed her again. "Like so much."

That night Jade decided to use the reality turner, as she now called it and went to different times and places. Jade didn't venture to go for long as she needed energy to keep researching.

The next day Jade missed all her classes and when Firenze had a free period, Jade decided to talk to him. She never had classes with him as she dropped divination a long time ago, so they hadn't met before.

"Oh yes, Miss Lias. The stars predicted you would come. How may I help you?"

"I'm looking for a prophecy or information about it," Jade told him. "I don't know who made it, or when. But it's about a child and You-Know-Who... He takes the child and raises it as his own."

"To not make the same mistake twice."

"That's right. Do you know anything about it?"

"No but the Centaurs have heard of it. It's quite an old prophecy. Nobody knew it referred to You-Know-Who as he wasn't in power at the time. Many thought it was about Grindelwald but it didn't really fit. But yes, You-Know-Who is supposed to take a child and raise him as his heir. He will be a descendant of at least two very important and respected Pureblood families. When the time comes the boy will have to choose... if he chooses power, then we're doomed, Miss Lias. Two dark wizards... with one is bad enough."

"What?" Jade asked, confused. "Will he become a dark wizard?"

"Nothing is one hundred percent sure... he can choose that path or choose good, like his parents did. If he chooses good, he will be the only one who is able to destroy You-Know-Who if Harry Potter doesn't do it himself."

"So, if Harry fails, Le... the boy will be the only one who can."

"Yes."

"Can you stop a prophecy from becoming true?"

"Yes, like I said not everything is written. The future is always changing. Today your future might show you'll live a hundred years but you take another choice tomorrow or someone else does and suddenly you will only live two more years."

Jade felt relieved. That wasn't going to happen, at least there. Leo had never been born so he would never have to choose between becoming a dark wizard or not. Question was, what would happen if Harry did fail?

"What if this boy is never born? Does the Prophecy just... I don't know... disappears? Gets void or something like that?"

"How do you know he will never be born? How do you know who the prophecy is referring to, Miss Lias?"

"It's just a hypothetical question," Jade said quickly.

"Well, yes. Without a child then it's like the Prophecy never existed... Miss Lias... come back next week, maybe I can find out more about this particular prophecy."

"Thank you," Jade said with a smile and left.

For days Jade spent her time wandering around Hogwarts, trying to feel the same bad feeling she got from the Horcrux but so far nothing. She even got into the boys' dormitories, bathrooms. Even the prefects' bathroom as Jade knew Tom Riddle was a prefect.

She also used the reality-turner quite often and spent whole nights reading books in the common room. She had avoided every class and it seemed like none of her teachers nor Snape cared.

"Why are you back if you aren't going to actually study?" Draco asked one night.

"Wanted to see you," Jade said quickly, which was half true.

"I know when you are lying, Jade."

"I'm not lying," Jade said quickly. "I did want to see you but I also came to do research like I told you before."

"Couldn't you do your research outside Hogwarts?" Draco asked and Jade just lifted an eyebrow. "I love that you are here, don't get me wrong but I think it's so risky, what if your parents get you again?"

"Snape won't let them. We talked about it."

"I just worry, you know?"

"I know."

As Firenze had asked her, Jade was back exactly a week later. He greeted her politely. It was a very gloomy day. It had rained since the night before and it was all grey and dark.

"I found out the Prophecy was made in 1898 by a child, so the child wasn't taken seriously, but someone important heard it and thought it was worth recording it. It's not in English, though, that's why people have been having issues translating it and getting the true meaning."

"So, someone who was born probably ten years before that date, did the prophecy."

"I would say less than ten, maybe seven years old. I couldn't find out the name of the person. But I know this person lived in Great Britain and apparently made more prophecies, most were not in English. Also, I found out that if the boy of the Prophecy chooses darkness, he will eventually kill You-Know-Who as there can't be two powerful dark wizards in such a small country. There's no way around it, it doesn't matter what he chooses, darkness or love, he will kill You-Know-Who either way."

"What will happen after he kills him? If he chooses darkness?"

"He will rule and become the new dark wizard... and someone else will play hero and destroy him after many years. Hope that helps."

"It does. It narrows my search. A prophecy made in 1898 by a child."

"Yes, good day, Miss Lias."

A couple of days after that at the end of January Jade had a horrible dream. She saw a redhead baby boy in a cell. His mother had him in her arms. The baby was taken away from her and Jade saw a green flash before she sat up in bed and opened her eyes. She had that dream the following nights too.

Jade used the reality-turner more often and played with the dates, trying to solve mysteries in her mind. She had dared to go back to that night and there was indeed a girl in the house. She saw her. She had been right, but it didn't matter, as she was safe and Leo wasn't.

The horrible weather continued, it kept raining but even so, Slytherin had to play against Ravenclaw. Jade promised Draco she would play even when her mind was somewhere else and she hadn't trained in months but she had to admit she missed that kind of adrenaline.

They won somehow, and Jade was happy, but she didn't have any intention to join the celebration. She was on her way to the library when Ginny stopped her.

"You're back!" Ginny said shocked. "I heard about it but hadn't seen you so I didn't really believe it."

"Yeah, I'm sort of skipping classes."

"Where were you?"

"Everywhere. Never for too long though. Ron is okay. I saw him. Don't tell anyone though. Do you know anything about Luna?"

"No. She didn't come back to school after the holidays... like you. We're worried."

"Death Eaters took her but I don't know where she is."

"Poor Luna!" Ginny exclaimed. "That's why we should keep practising... would you be our teacher again, Jade?"

Jade was about to decline when she heard it. It was something she had been anxiously waiting for months and it was happening. She heard the noise again and smiled. She could say it was almost like music to her ears.

"Sorry, Ginny. Gotta go but my answer is no, anyway. I'm not staying for long."

Jade ran down the stairs back to the dungeons as fast as she could. Everyone was in the common room so it was a bit hard to find Draco. When she finally did, she uttered one word and Draco knew what it meant.

"Go for yours and I'll go for mine. I'll meet you outside."

Jade ran to her room and looked inside her backpack. She found the box that she had hidden there months ago and it had been a complete secret to everyone. Jade ran out of the common room once she had her potion and met Draco, who was already there.

They sneaked outside and got to see the beautiful thunderstorm that was illuminating the dark sky. Jade looked down at her potion and it was blood-red, it was perfect. Draco's was the same shade of red.

"Ready?" Jade asked and Draco nodded.

"Ready."

"Amato Animo Animato Animagus," both said as they pointed their wands to their chests and drank the potions.

Suddenly, Jade felt intense pain. She went to put a hand over her heart to stop the pain. She panicked thinking she had done something wrong. And then she felt something odd... like if she had two hearts inside of her beating.

Jade's eyes were closed. Her knees buckled and she fell to the ground, still with a hand over her chest. Then in the pitch black nothingness of what she was seeing she could see the perfect silhouette of a beautiful bird.

Jade then knew, it was going to happen. She'd done it. And soon enough she left how her body shrank and transformed. She opened her eyes and saw the world differently. She tried to speak but no voice came out, instead she heard a nice queak.

She looked down and saw feathers. She was tiny. She had never felt so tiny in her life. She noticed she could move her head to weird angles. And she also noticed she could see very well even when it was very dark.

Then she looked in front of her and felt relieved in some way that she wasn't as tiny as Draco.

"You are fat," he told her and she felt a bit taken aback when she understood him and at the same time just heard an animal's sound.

"You are...so small," Jade said.

Then Jade closed her eyes and imagined herself transforming back into a human, she felt it and when she opened her eyes she saw her human body. Draco was still in his Animagus form.

Draco was a small but beautiful hummingbird. It was blue with some green and some light yellow at the top, probably because of his blond hair. Jade transformed back into her Animagus form.

"Jade, what if I'm stuck!" Draco said in a panicked tone. "I can't change back."

"Just concentrate, visualise your body. Have the full intention of transforming, don't panic yet."

"Easy for you to say! You already..."

But he didn't finish his sentence. He was back in his human form and Jade transformed back into a human too.

"Well, I'm glad I'm me again," Draco said. "And I'm glad I'm not an elephant or a whale or something like that. And I'm glad we are both birds... that's really cool."

Jade had asked Draco how she looked as an owl. Jade was an almost completely black owl, kind of fat like Draco had said, with pale feet. And very big green eyes, just like her human eyes.

"We did it!" Jade said with a smile as she threw her arms around Draco. "We did it. We can practise more tomorrow so we get the hang of it."

Draco hugged her back and smiled. He was proud and happy they were able to do it. He was terrified and now he was relieved. He kissed Jade before they went inside the castle, under the heavy rain. He hadn't seen her for weeks and well, she was now his wife and he knew she would leave soon, she hadn't told him but he knew so he didn't want to waste their time together.

Two days after their successful transformation, Jade went back to searching the school but this time as an owl. It was risky but that way she could see in places she hadn't looked and quicker. Flying was terrifying at first but it felt amazing.

So far, Jade had been unlucky in her quest of finding a Horcrux but something was telling her that it must be there. Later, during dinner, Jade flew to Snape's office and went in through the window. She transformed back when she made sure no one was there.

"Professor Dumbledore?"

"Oh Miss Lias, what a pleasure. How can I help you?"

"The prophecy of the baby... I know the year when it was made. But I don't know who did it. You probably know."

"You know everything you need to know, Jade. You know what will happen to the boy and you've stopped that from happening to your son."

"Because he doesn't exist... but I feel... concerned. I saw my son, Professor. I spent a long time watching him with Harry and I saw him being taken," Jade said and her voice broke. "I want to save him. Want to spare him the pain he might endure..."

"It's important that you do not change anything, even if it doesn't affect our reality."

"What if I change our reality? I can prevent so many deaths... like I can be sorted in Slytherin but I'd never be mean to Harry and we'd be friends. And I can save Sirius so he wouldn't be dead. And somehow save Draco."

"And you would be willing to risk your life and Leo's? because if you do all that, it's probable that you will end up having him."

"I would keep him safe," Jade cried. "I wouldn't hunt for the Horcruxes. I would actually spend time with him."

"I know you want to do the right thing but sometimes it ends up being worse, even if we have the best intentions. Do not change anything, Jade."

"Why can't I... when you did it? Even if it didn't affect you at all? Why did you change my future and I can't change my own future?"

"Because temptation got the best of me, because I was doing the right thing. But everything has consequences. We live now in a world where Sirius is dead, like you said. I'm dead."

"Sometimes I wonder who I truly am. I saw my life, how it should have been and I'm not even the same person. I'm not this great Witch who broke Quidditch records or the one who exceeds in almost everything. I'm just ordinary. But I'm happy... and that's on you. You played with my life without weighing the consequences... how it would affect me like if I didn't even matter!"

"I was trying to save lives, including yours."

"You sure? Or were you just trying to save Harry, without caring about anyone else? Was I just a piece in this sort of game you wanted to play?"

"Jade..."

"You messed up my whole life!" Jade exclaimed at the verge of tears. "And you don't even want to tell me about the second prophecy, which is about ME!"

"It's for your own good, Jade."

"You can't even imagine how lost and confused I feel and you don't even care!"

At that moment, Jade heard movement outside of the door, she got out of Dumbledore's sight range and she transformed quickly and flew out the window just in time, before Snape could see her.
