* Link has a sister? *
* From Links mothers point of view *
While I run from the flames and fire
I hold my children in my arms,
My precious girl and boy
I hold them close to me,
So them can't hear,
So they can't see.
They cry and yell and I coo them to sleep in my arms
While I run away from the flames and fire.
I trip and fall I loose my baby girl ,
I want to go back
But Impa pulls me away and goes after her.
She yells to me to run,
I listen, I run to the woods
I hear Impa behind me
Riding away with my baby girl,
My poor baby girl
Zelda.
As I cradled link in my arms and run to the safety of the woods
I pray for Impa and know she will die rather than give up the baby.
I run to The Great Deku Tree and ask of him to take in my baby boy
I do not tell him of his sister,
The Great Deku Tree takes my son in
I run again.
As I feel all the eyes of the children that never grow up
Watching me
And I know
Link will some day find out he is not one of them
Soon very soon.
And I run back out to the fire and the hate
The battle has just begun and already
The bodies of our men were strewn all over the field.
As
I tried to run
And not disturb the bloody bodes, I fall
I pray
And I am gone.
In to heaven to watch over my children
They are so close yet
Even Zelda can't see the bond they share between them.
I watch and will keep watching over them till
They can rest
I can rest.
