Pixie: I'm alive! I'm writing! Wee!
Draco Muse: Yup, she's gone nuts.
Harry Muse: Be nice, Draco!
Pixie: Grr, stupid muses. Anyways, this is slash. So if you don't like it. ::waves:: See ya around! This is also PG for a bit of swearing on Draco's part. Um, ya. I think that's it. Oh, and this is my first Harry Potter fic, so please be gentle ::sweatdrops::
Now on with the fic!
---------------------------------------------------------------
Damn you, cupid.
You couldn't have just left me alone, could you? You just had to stick your winged arse where it didn't belong. I was perfectly happy without you shooting your arrows. In fact, why did you choose me anyway? There are plenty of other students. It wouldn't have been too hard putting the Mudblood and Weasel together. They're practically drooling over each other anyway. You could have even chosen someone else for me! I could have stood to fall in love with Pansy, even though she looks more like a bulldog then a witch. I could have taken falling in love with plenty of people, but, no, you made me fall for him.
I woke up like every other morning. I got dressed, marveled at my already perfect hair, and practiced my 3 Ss: sneer, snarl, and smirk. My gooneys and I then walked down to the Great Hall while pushing a few first years out of the way. It was turning out to be a pretty normal day.
It was then that it happened. I was quietly eating me breakfast while listening to Crabbe and Goyle arguing over something probably too stupid for me to even want to listen to. I took a sip of pumpkin juice from my goblet, and I saw him: the hair, the eyes, the scar. Every sign of beauty was there. It was if a spotlight was shining on him and only him. He was just talking with his friends, but even the slightest movement of his lips gave me the chills. It was then that he looked my way. He actually looked at. He didn't glare or smirk, but really looked. I don't think I even sneered at him. Those emerald orbs bore holes into me.
He smiled, then went back to talking with other Gryffindors. I couldn't help but stare. It was if years of hiding behind emotional walls were destroyed by a single glance. Even though it lasted for only a few seconds Harry Potter had torn down my walls.
See what you did to me, Cupid? You shot your arrow at the wrong time and the wrong person. What did I do to ever deserve this? I just made a few comments and sneered a couple of times. I never did any actual damage.. or did I?
I guess this is what happens when you get in the way of Cupid.
~Owari~
Pixie: Ugh, this plot bunny came on better quickly, and wouldn't leave me alone for a while -_-
Draco Muse: ::shrugs:: Oh well. Your own fault.
Pixie: How could it be my fault? You're the muse, and you gave me the stupid idea. It's not even Valentine's Day either!
Draco Muse: ::smirks::
Pixie: ::starts chasing her muse:: Come back here, you little prat!
Harry Muse: ^_^;;;
