Luz leaning against her bike.
"Sure are taking a while." Luz said, "So, do you two know her well?"
"Who?" Willow asked.
"Lilith."
"Not personally, but Amity is Lilith's student." Boscha said.
Willow elbowed Boscha in the stomach.
"I guess Amity... wants to be a scientist?" Luz asked.
"Uh... yeah." Willow said.
at Lilith's manor, Camila and Lilith were naked, breathing heavily on the bed.
"Ready for round four?" Camila asked.
Lilith sat up.
"Camila, there's something I need to tell you."
Camilia was curious if her tone, so she paid close attention as she sat up next to Lilith.
"What is it, Mi amor?" She asked.
"There's... something about this city... about me, that you should know." Lilith said, "If we're going to live together, I think it's time to be honest with you.'
Lilith put her finger in the air and made a spell circle. Lilith's staff was summoned and dropped into her hands.
"I'm a witch."
Camila looked at her and shrugged her shoulders.
"Okay."
"T-t-that's it?" Lilith asked.
"Lilith, I love you for who you are, no matter what." Camila said, "Now show me just how magical you are in bed."
Camila put her hand on Lilith's chest and slowly moved her back down. Camila wasn't going to tell her that she's seen worse with her daughter coming home covered in blood, that was Luz's secret to tell, not hers. Though it did raise the question of how many witches and what else was in this town. And exactly how Luz will react to this.
'If she was twelve, she might have tried to learn magic, but that light has been out for a long time.' Camila thought.
The two went back to kissing and... other things. With Luz, Willow and Boscha's friends finally arrived.
"Luz, this is Gus, Amity, and Skara." Boscha said, "You'll probably see Skara a little bit from now on."
"Why?" Luz asked.
the girl named Skara walked up.
"Hi, I'm Skara Clawthorne, nice to meet you."
"I'm assuming you're related to Lilith?"
"Mm Hmm. Nice to meet you, Luz." Skara said, holding her hand out to Luz.
Luz took it and Skara instantly tried to get out of Luz's grip.
"That's a... that's a strong grip you go there." Skara said, "Oh, fuck that's starting to hurt."
Luz let go and Skara shook her hand in pain... and that was Luz being gentle.
"Yeah, I don't like shaking hands and that's the reason." Luz said.
"Got it. How did you get your hands like that anyway?" Skara asked, shaking her hands.
"I play sports as a hobby. Mostly free running, boxing, and baseball." Luz said, disguising her job as sports hobbies.
"Oh, well, I think Boscha could beat you in a race, she is a national champion at track." Amity said.
"Yeah, up for a little race?" Boscha asked.
Luz smirked, she was literally the fastest person on the planet, with her top speed being 28 miles per hour.
"You're on." Luz said, "To the end of the street and back?"
"Deal. Winner pays for lunch." Boscha said with a smirk.
"Get your checkbook ready them." Luz said as they moved to middle of the sidewalk.
Amity, Gus, Willow, and Skara moved to the side to watch as both girls took running positions.
"Skara, be our ref?" Boscha asked her.
"On three." Skara said, "One, Two... three!"
Boscha and Luz took off running, Luz was intentionally holding back, letting Boscha reach the end of the street a couple seconds before Luz. On the way back, Luz let go and went at her full speed, passing Boscha with ease.
"What the hell?!" Boscha said as Luz had reached Skara in less than 3 seconds.
Luz, who hasn't even broken a sweat, smiled.
"So, I believe the loser pays for lunch?" Luz said.
Everyone just stood there and looked shocked at Luz, wondering just how fast she was! Boscha was the track star of town and one of the fastest runners nationally, how could Luz be that fast and no one has heard of her before!
"What was that!?" Amity said.
"Uh... running?" Luz said, "Yeah, I'm pretty good at it."
"You're something else, Noceda." Boscha said.
"Noceda?"
