They turn their attention to an alleyway.
"As in, the Detective?" A man growled.
'Oh, great, he probably had his parents in jail because of my dad.' Luz thought.
He pulled out a knife and walked towards them.
"Guys, get behind Boscha and I. We'll-"
Amity was cut off as Luz sprinted past them and grabbed the man's wrist as he swung the knife at her. The man was surprised before he tried to punch Luz until she grabbed his other wrist, knees him in the gut to make him drop the knife and collapse to the ground.
"Whatever my dad did to your parents, I apologize but they deserved it." Luz said to him as she kicked the knife away.
"Just like your dad deserved to die!" The man shouted as he tried to tackle Luz but she dodged.
'Bastard!' Luz thought with a growl, feeling the man struck a nerve as she grabbed the back of his head and slammed him into the ground.
The group was left stunned as they watched how Luz easily dealt with the unconscious man on the ground, possibly with a broken nose.
"I tried to play nice." Luz said, "Jackass."
"How did you do that?" Gus asked.
"Eh, you know, I'm the daughter of a cop, he taught me a few things." Luz said.
It wasn't a total lie, he did teach her several things like how to properly use a gun and basic self defense, but the nine different fighting styles she knows, she learned herself.
"Yeah, I'm almost jealous." Boscha commented.
The man started to get up and Luz walked towards him. She hit him with a hard kick to the jaw, making blood come out of his mouth and knocking him out again.
"Now can someone call the police in this guy before I have to waste MORE time knocking him out?" Luz asked as she turned to the group.
"I got it." Amity said as she pulled out her phone.
"Next time he gets up, I'm breaking out the brass knuckles." Luz mumbled.
Luz might not have known this but thanks to everyone's pointed ears, they had advanced hearing and heard her mumbling.
'Brass knuckles? Aren't those illegal in most states?' They all thought as they looked to Luz.
"Alright, let's go do something." Luz said.
"Right. Boscha promised to buy lunch since she lost to Luz." Willow reminded them as she smirked to her girlfriend.
"I also went to know how you can run so fast. I NEED to know your training regiment." Boscha said to Luz.
"You couldn't handle it." Luz said, "It took me almost seven years to get that fast."
"7 years?! Then how come you haven't been in any sports articles? With how fast you are, you could be a track star." Boscha said to her.
"Personally, I don't like the spotlight. And those sports careers never last that long." Luz said with a wave of the hand, "Now let's go, I'm hungry."
