Luz grappled her way to the place Skara traced the video from. To no ones surprise, the place was guarded. One getting alerted could result in the Mayor's death.

'Go to be stealthy.'

As strong and as fast as she was, Luz was self made ninja and to pride in her stealth duo take downs as much as her brutal take downs. She grappled up to the top of the building and snuck up behind the sniper. She put him in a reverse choke hold and used her knife to slit his throat.

'One down.' She thought as the sniper went lip, dying as she placed his body in the roof.

She looked over the railing and saw one all by himself, little does he know that he's about to have his last breath. Jumping down and landing surprisingly softly, Luz rushed this grunt and instantly snapped his neck before dragging his body to hide.

'Alright, six to go.'

As Luz was dealing with the guards around the perimeter, Amity and Boscha were trying to think of a way to defeat the Commander without sacrificing themselves. They assumed Luz would be at home resting, but they had a feeling she wasn't going to.

"Honestly, I can't think of any other way besides fighting him." Boscha said.

"Boscha, you saw what happened to Luz, and she's way stronger than the two of us." Amity said.

"There isn't any other option."

"If I might interject." They looked at Boscha's phone and saw Skara on the screen, "He isn't kidding about the bombs, there are three bombs around the city, they need to be defused at the exact same time. I can defuse one remotely, but I don't have the equipment to do all three."

"So, you want us to head to the other two locations and disarm them with you." Amity said.

"Exactly! That way, Commander loses his barging chip, and you can fight him without worry!" Skara said with a nod.

"I don't think we have a choice." Boscha said, "Let's get suited up."

Amity nodded to Boscha as they quickly got suited and headed out to the bombs. Though they were all worried about Luz since Amity told them what happened before she left the penthouse. At the location of Commander, Luz had killed every guard inside and out, blood covered her black clothes, but for once, it wasn't hers. She walked inside a room and saw the Mayor on a ledge above the room, unconscious and tied to a chair.

'It's too quiet and too easy.' Luz thought as she looked around the empty room. 'He's here. I can feel it and this time, I'll be ready.'

Luz closed her eyes, waiting and listening. She rolled out of the way of his Commanders attack. The ground she was standing on was replaced by a hole.

"Well, it seems you're just too stubborn to die." He said, "I think it's time to put you down... for good!"

He ran at her, a fist raised. Luz put her hand up and caught the fist.

"Even playing field this time." Luz said.

She threw her own punch, knocking him back. The gauntlets worked. He growled at her and charged. He threw another punch that Luz dodged. She responded by hitting him in the side, followed by several punches to the stomach, and uppercut, then a strong right hand to the nose. Commander stumbled backwards, breathing heavily. He reached up and touched the bridge between his upper lip and his nose. He looked at it... and saw blood. He roared in anger and charged at her. Luz put her arms up as Commander began throwing random punches while pushing her back before she ducked, punch him in the stomach and chin before tripping him to the ground.

"Rah!" She shouted as she punched but he dodged and kicked him towards the wall!

The Commander got up and rushed to her, making bob her head left to miss a punch that went through the wall! Luz grabbed his arm and kicked him away before pulling to throw him into the wall! Commander got up and snarled at her. He looked at her hands and saw the gauntlets. He ran at her again, this time grabbing her wrists as she tried to block. He smiled as he crushed them, causing Luz pain. She managed to position her wrist to face him and let the grappler come out. It hit him in the head and he stumbled back. Luz ran at him, and he tried to punch her. Their fists connected and a powerful blast formed. Luz fell back and looked at her hands. The gauntlets were destroyed and sparking. Luz shook them off and looked at her slightly burnt hands.

"Now that you don't have you crutch, it's time for a true rematch." Commander said, punching her in the stomach and making her fly into the wall.
