Hey everybody. It's me with the final chapter of season 4. Can't believe we're finally here, and at the same time, how quick it's been to get this all out. My co-authors who have helped me with this story, Brightburn1985 and ThomasMarieAmell2.0.

Disclaimer: Of course I don't own The Flash.

The training room at STAR was a verifiable winter wonderland. Icicles, glaciers, snowbanks, etc. Caitlin was furious beyond comprehension.

"Do we do anything?" Ralph whispered.

"I have never seen her this angry before. I mean, never." Cisco replied. "I'm not touching that with a ten foot pole."

"Alright then, what do we do in the meantime about Barry?" Julian asked. "We didn't manage to get to him in time before Devoe placed some hidden programming in his head. He was a sleeper agent and we had no idea about it. And now Devoe has strengthened Barry by somehow giving him multiple abilities at once. How do we get him back?"

"I hate to say it, but can we even get him back?" Ralph asked.

"Of course we can, it's just going to take some time." Cisco insisted.

"Time is not something we have an abundance of anymore Cisco," Joe said. "The more time we spend here, the more time Barry has to get up to who knows what with Devoe. The more powers he's going to put in that boy, making it even harder for us to get him back."

"That's not going to be a problem," a female voice said behind them.

They all turned to see Caitlin approaching. They must not have noticed her exiting the training room. "What are you talking about?" Cisco asked.

"I mean, Devoe told me what he'd done. Or rather, The Flash told me. Barry isn't able to retain those extra meta powers for long, only for short bursts of time. He's only obtaining small portions in order to avoid the massive strain on his DNA from multiple mutations at once. If it weren't for Barry's accelerated healing, he would already…" Caitlin trailed off.

"Okay, we can work with that though. In order to increase the maximum time, if we were to confront Barry again, we can assume he's going to just be a speedster. That's nothing to scoff at, but at least there'll be no sudden surprises. But after that, there'll be too many possible variables to take into account."

"How are we going to get him though? We only got a meeting because Devoe was interested in testing out Barry in combat with his new variety of powers. How are we going to get Barry to face us again?" Julian asked.

"We do it like last time. We get Barry through Devoe. At this point, he's probably pretty confident in himself. He's got The Flash under his control. He's 'improved' him to be able to hold multiple powers at once. Probably thinks he's unstoppable." Joe said.

"He pretty much is. We're operating at a disadvantage. We don't want to hurt Barry, but he's going to be looking to take us out. Maybe we should call in some reinforcements? Supergirl could probably hold him off, at least for a little while." Cisco suggested.

"You guys have got Supergirl on speed dial?" Ralph asked. "She's hot, could I get her number?"

"This is our problem. We don't need them. Barry is still in there. I can get through to him." Caitlin said, ignoring Ralph's comment.

"You've already gone up against him twice and Barry didn't flinch. Do we really want to test that the third time's the charm? You might not make it out again." Cisco said.

"Just trust me. I know what I have to do. I've done it before, I can do it again."

The team wasn't so sure about this as Caitlin was. The last time, Grodd was implanting feelings of fear and Caitlin distracted Barry by enraging him, giving him back his mental faculties, even for a few brief moments. This would be on a much larger scale. Barry was under the complete mental domination of The Thinker. Who knows what he's done to Barry? He might have even altered Barry's memories so he would have no recollection of them anymore. And if Barry no longer recognized them, how would they convince the real Barry to come back?

Devoe was looking over The Flash's readings, how long each ability was maintained before it disappeared and what impact they had on the body. It seemed Killer Frost was correct. For as long as the extra dark matter was in his system, The Flash would be in constant pain over the multiple mutations that were trying to take over before The Speed Force would eventually cleanse him. Oh well, that didn't matter. So long as The Flash was under his control, the pain was irrelevant and could be ignored. For the most part anyway. Perhaps the pain would inhibit his full potential in the field, but the sheer amount of power he'd bring would more than make up for any involuntary disabilities. He admits though he was concerned about this idea. Not the fact that it could be done. Melting Point had proven this already. But about the limited amount of dark matter in his possession.

If Devoe were to have given The Flash the full effect of the dark matter, they would probably have stuck, but his body would begin to waste away even with his healing. The strain would have been too much and would only increase with each ability added. Devoe had to settle with administering tiny amounts that would lend powers temporarily before The Flash's system would flush it out.

Perhaps he could have had Kim deliver the powers at once and retrieve them before the condition was irreparable. It would have given The Flash the full brunt of the powers rather than a small fraction, but Devoe was concerned over the human error in that process. No, machinery was more efficient and less time consuming.

Devoe was concerned over the fact that he would have to continue administering tiny amounts until he would exhaust his supplies of dark matter, but it turned out that wasn't something he had to worry about. The small amounts of dark matter he'd taken from his samples had already been replenished by itself.

Devoe didn't understand the complete components yet, but he suspected it had something to do with the fact that this was mutated dark matter and not just raw dark matter. Raw dark matter, as the name would suggest, was dark matter that didn't contain any mutations as they hadn't bonded to anything yet to produce powers in the individual. It was pure matter that would eventually run out on its own if used and didn't contain a specific power to give to anyone. In other words, it was a blank slate that was waiting to incite a mutation in its subject. Mutated dark matter was different. This dark matter had already bonded to a subject and produced a specific power. The mutation was set and couldn't be changed, even after extractions and injections. Devoe suspected that it was this fact that made it so he wouldn't need to worry about his supplies diminishing. The mutated dark matter contained within it a genetic material from its original host, which explained why its mutations remained unaltered. It was this genetic material that made the dark matter alive in a sense and replenished itself when any part of it was taken. So long as he'd allow enough time between doses, he wouldn't have to worry about running out of dark matter to inject into The Flash ever.

So that was a load off his shoulders and provided a new project for him to look into in the future if he had the time.

For now though, his focus returned to The Flash. Devoe still found it amazing how perfectly the dark matter had settled in his system. It gave the perfect genetics to house excess dark matter, even temporarily. He could only imagine what subjects born with the dark matter in their system would be like. It would depend on the abilities of the parent or parents, but it was still fascinating to think about. The potential of those descendants of current metahumans filled his mind. Perhaps there were some already in existence. What were they like? Did they inherit their parent's abilities? Or would the dark matter mutate their genes independently, or perhaps genetics played a larger role in the way DNA is mutated rather than outside forces. Perhaps The Flash would have still developed speed, regardless of having been simultaneously struck by lightning and dark matter.

Devoe shook his head. He was getting ahead of himself. He was still playing a game, one he couldn't afford to distract himself from. What could be Team Flash's next move? Their plan was obvious, retrieve Barry Allen and snap him out of his control. The question was how. Without a spy on the inside it was harder to tell which plans to move forward. But if all else failed, he still had his endgame. That would be fun if nothing else.

But their next move, now that he was idly thinking about it, was clear as day. They didn't want to hurt their precious Barry Allen, so they would try to go directly for him. Only he'd reduced The Flash into a meagre attack dog. They'd come directly for him. That was the only way they could hope of getting him back. With Edwin Gauss, they could come here at any time they desired. They just needed to find the perfect opportunity.

The logical decision would be when Devoe would be at his most vulnerable. The Flash would be out doing his errands, leaving Devoe behind with a lesser defence and they wouldn't need to worry about getting The Flash caught in the crossfire. But if they were desperate they would make rash decisions. Deciding to attack at any time. If anything, having Flash with him might make them more desperate to attack immediately as they might see it as their chance to take him down and get Barry Allen back all at once.

They were all fools. To let such trivial things such as emotions cloud their judgement so much. But what could he expect? They were humans and prone to human nature, succumbing to their feelings. Even he wasn't immune to emotions as much as he was loath to admit.

The game was drawing to a close, but he'd need to draw them closer. As soon as they would enter his domain once again, he'd be able to take them all in one fell swoop. This would be their final bid if they were to ever dare to return here. As much as he enjoyed their time together, all things must come to an end.

"We need to go back to the pocket dimension." Caitlin declared.

"That seems kind of rash, don't you think?" Cisco said. "We tried that before and we got our butts kicked. We only managed to get out because Barry, the one we were trying to save, bailed us out, and I don't think he's going to be as willing to help us this time,"

"Yeah, but this time it's not going to be just us. We'll bring Ralph, Julian, and Joe. Ralph has powers, Joe is a police officer. Even Julian is a decent shooter. We'll have backup." Caitlin said.

"I don't like this. We'll be fighting on his turf. Devoe will have the home field advantage. Last time he was playing with us. He could use his entire army to put us down. He doesn't even need to use Barry," Cisco argued.

"He could, but he won't. He wants us to know he's beaten us, and what better way than to use our own ally against us? We'll have the element of surprise. We'll spring up on him before he has time to react and call for Barry, or anyone else. We'll take down Devoe and free everybody he's ever abducted." Caitlin said with such conviction.

"I think your plan is going to be a lot more complicated than what you're saying. Think about this. Devoe has been building his empire for years. He thought he could take on The Flash and he made him his puppet. Now he's got a myriad of abilities to pick and choose to give to Barry to power up at any time. At best, we're working with three powers and two guns. We need to come up with a battle plan because beyond his speed, we've got nothing to tell how he's going to take us on."

"Well we can't just sit and wait twiddling our thumbs. We need to take the fight to him, don't give him time to react. If we can catch him off guard-"

"If Caitlin. If! We're talking about taking on the smartest man alive unaware. Who's to say he doesn't know what we're planning right now?" Cisco shouted.

"You need to stop building him up. The more you put him on a pedestal, the more daunting he's going to seem than he actually is. At that point, it's just going to be even harder because we'll be fighting ourselves at that point."

"That's going to be exactly the problem. Devoe is going to make us fight Barry and I'm not sure if we can force ourselves to do that."

"We don't need to worry about Barry. I'm going to get through to him. I'm going to free him. I know I can do this Cisco. Trust me on this,"

Cisco contemplated for a moment. In this state, Cisco wasn't sure where Caitlin's thinking was at, but this was an issue of whether or not he could trust her when it mattered, and that answer was easy. He would put his life in her hands, no matter the situation. "Let me make a call to Gauss. We're getting Barry back,"

"Thank you Cisco,"

"Cisco and I have been there before, but they were expecting us. They were prepared. Devoe might not be expecting us, at least not this soon, so we should have the element of surprise with us." Caitlin relayed to the team.

"And there are more of us. We're not trying to be sneaky this time. This is going to end tonight. Our main objective is to get Barry back, Devoe second. Of course one might argue one leads to the other." Cisco said.

"And if Devoe sends Barry after us? It was hard enough when he was just a speedster. Now he's probably got multiple powers in reserve. It'll be like fighting an army in one body," Ralph asked.

"I'm going to be handling Barry. You don't need to worry about that. You just need to get to Devoe. Barry probably isn't going to be Devoe's only line of defence. He'll have other metas protecting him like last time so we can't get to him." Caitlin told him.

"Hit hard, hit fast. Devoe might be able to think ahead, but that's his only strength. If we can overwhelm him, he won't have any time to react and by the time he does, it'll all be over." Caitlin commanded. "That's his weakness. He relies on his intelligence and planning to think of every outcome. But we adapt to the flow of a fight. That's how we're going to take him down."

"Are we ready to go?" Gauss asked them. His part was easy. They only needed him to maintain a portal into the pocket dimension so they could get in and out without problems. They couldn't ask him to put his life on the line, especially since he was their only means of escape.

The three metahumans were in their suits, powers ready at a split second. Julian and Joe were armed at the ready.

Taking a look around, Caitlin nodded her head. "We're ready,"

With a grunt of effort and a wave of his hand, a portal appeared in the middle of the Cortex just waiting to be entered. They all hopped in, ready to face whatever was on the other side.

Willingly returning to the pocket dimension housing an entire metahuman trafficking empire made one really think about their own sanity. Especially when taking into account that three of them were targets to procure and exploit for profit, and they were actually coming back to the belly of the beast to risk themselves again. But that was the power of love and friendship.

The first thing they saw was Devoe sitting in a floating chair, just as Caitlin and Cisco had described from their encounter before. That just unnerved them as there wasn't much standing between them. There was a clear path directly to him.

"Ah, Team Flash. I was just thinking about you. Should I still refer to you as Team 'Flash'? You don't exactly have a speedster anymore to hide behind. What's wrong? You seem concerned."

Deciding they just had to take the chance, Caitlin shouted "Go!"

Joe and Julian raised their guns and fired. Caitlin stayed back while Ralph charged forward behind the bullets. Cisco aimed a vibrational blast beside Ralph.

Devoe just smirked that condescending smirk of his and leaned back in his chair.

The reason was apparent when the sound of thunder came bursting through with a shot of lightning. In an instant Devoe was on the other side of the room, the projectiles missing their mark.

"This has honestly been fun, I think it's safe to say our feud is coming to a close with me as the clear winner. You never stood a chance once I got your precious Flash out of the way and into my arms. This is over.

"Spare the metas if you can. Try to leave them as intact as possible. Dispose of the rest. I don't care how you do it." Devoe ordered.

The Flash let the lightning show behind his gaze and vibrated his body until he was coated in his armour of lightning. With that, he sprung into action.

Joe and Julian were shooting in vain. Any bullets that would have struck him down phased through him. The first line was the three metahumans and they each prepared themselves for a fight with Barry coming at them. At least right now it seemed Barry hadn't been injected with any other powers.

It came as a surprise when The Flash just went right past them and shot toward the two officers. The Flash raised both his arms and raced right between them, striking the both of them in the neck, bringing them to the ground. The two men were lying on their backs, their guns on the ground beside them. Both of them were clutching their throats in pain.

The Flash turned around and this time there was no mistaking his targets.

"Now would be a good time for you to talk him down," Ralph muttered.

"I just need to get him to stop long enough for him to listen to me. Don't worry about that. Go after Devoe, I can handle this," Caitlin urged him to his true objective.

Ralph simply nodded and left, going after Devoe who was currently defenceless without Barry to guard him.

Turning his back against an enemy, especially if it was Barry, wasn't a very smart decision as the next moment Ralph had a lightning bolt hurled at his back. Barry ran forward past Caitlin and Cisco and right in front of Ralph. Barry slammed into Ralph and pushed him into the trajectory of the lightning. Fortunately Ralph's rubber-like body provided some insulation to the strike, but it didn't mean it wasn't painful. Ralph fell to the ground, lightly convulsing with electricity.

Cisco and Caitlin tried to stop Barry in his tracks. Cisco aimed another vibrational blast, this one meant to hold Barry back while Caitlin tried to freeze the floor to reduce traction.

Maybe it was pure luck, but the vibrational blast kept true and stopped Barry in his tracks. This was her chance.

"Barry, can you hear me? I know you're in there Barry. You need to fight this. Devoe doesn't control you. You're stronger than this. You're too stubborn to let anyone manipulate you like this!" Caitlin shouted, trying to reach Barry underneath all of Devoe's programming.

"I think it's time for my intervention," Devoe said behind them. With a press of a button Barry's new suit was glowing in a way that made them sick. The new sensation caused Barry to grunt and wince in pain and his body slackened. Barry's body went flying across the room due to Cisco's blast, which Cisco stopped immediately when he saw what happened.

Caitlin, in anticipation, placed both her hands on the floor and let frost and ice cover the ground. This way she'd be able to control the environment like how Barry had tried briefly when in possession of her powers. They just weren't sure what new powers Barry would have now.

Barry got back up, heavily breathing. He lifted his head to look at them with a glare on his face. A growl was being produced from the back of his throat and before their eyes, Barry was transforming. His body increased in size, red fur sprouting over his body. His hands turned to paws as he remained on all fours. Before their eyes Barry had turned into a large red bear.

When the transformation was over, Barry let out a primal roar and charged forward again. Caitlin tried her best to control his movements, but in his new form, it was like he was born on the ice, traversing the new terrain with no problem. His new claws and pads on his paws provided traction on the slippery ice, combined with his speed was not a good combination. Cisco tried to blast him again to stop The Flash in his tracks, but a new ability made itself known when a yellow forcefield manifested around Barry, keeping the blast from touching him.

The Flash was coming right at them and both of them knew one of them was about to be totalled. Caitlin and Cisco both jumped to the side, but The Flash turned on a dime and went straight for Cisco, smashing him against the conjured barrier. He continued forward, and Ralph, who was starting to get back up, was rammed into as well. With that, the two metahumans were being pushed forward against their will at breakneck speeds.

Caitlin wanted to do something, but she couldn't risk attacking without putting Cisco and Ralph in danger, and even if she didn't, she probably couldn't even crack that barrier to get to Barry. Instead, all she could hope to do was evade Barry from running into her as well. It was fortunate she was faster on the ice than on normal ground and much more maneuverable. Enough to shake Barry off her trail a few times.

Through the corner of her eye, she saw Joe and Julian get back on their feet. Their guns were raised and pointed right at Devoe. She needed to get Barry away from them for any chance of them taking them down.

She was never very good at her subtlety.

Barry dropped the barrier, and Cisco and Ralph were suspended midair for a second. That was all the time it took for Barry to leap at them and pin each of them under a paw. Putting his whole weight onto them, he growled threateningly at them with his teeth bared and saliva dripping onto their heads.

"Lower the guns, or I will have him maul them. It would be a shame to lose them, but I'm willing to cut my losses. Mr. Dibny might prove difficult, but I'm sure even he has his limits to how much he can take?"

Joe and Julian were reluctant, but they were forced to lower their weapons.

This had all gone so wrong. They only had one more hope. That Caitlin would be able to talk to Barry and free him from Devoe's control.

"Barry, listen to me. None of this was your fault. I know you didn't mean to hurt anyone. He made you do those things. You never meant to cause any harm." Caitlin said in a soft voice, her hands raised placatingly. "You never meant to hurt us. You never meant to hurt me. We forgive you Barry. Just come home to us. Come back to me. I miss you so much." Caitlin slowly inched towards Barry, who was softly growling but wasn't making any adverse reactions.

"How are you doing that?" Devoe mumbled, mostly to himself, but he said it loud enough for everyone to hear.

"I love you Fleet Feet. I love you so much," Caitlin cried as she hesitantly placed a hand on Barry's face.

Everybody waited with bated breath to see what would happen. Even Devoe was leaning forward in his chair to see the outcome.

Caitlin squeezed her eyes close, so she didn't see what happened, but she felt it. The fur brushing her palm disappeared and was replaced with the smooth touch of flesh. A hand softly gripped her wrist and they both raised from their previous position. Caitlin's breath hitched as she felt a shift in the atmosphere, but firmly kept her eyes shut.

All at once, Caitlin was brought into a hug with such a familiar warmth that she couldn't help but fling her arms around the other's neck. "I love you too Mrs. Frosty," he whispered into her ear. Caitlin let out a combination of a choked sob and laugh and squeezed him tighter, burying her face into his shoulder.

"Great. So can you get off of us?" Cisco asked sarcastically from under them.

They both looked down to see Barry standing on the backs of Cisco and Ralph. "Oh, sorry about that. What were you doing down there anyway?" Barry stepped off them. "And what am I wearing?" Barry noticed his new outfit he was sporting that he didn't remember. Actually, what was the last thing he remembered?

"We'll talk about that later, son. For now, I'm pleased to say, Clifford Devoe. Put your hands in the air and surrender yourself." Joe said, re aiming his gun at Devoe's head.

Devoe simply sighed. "'I remained too much in my head and ended up losing my mind.' That's Edgar Allen Poe by the way."

"I don't care if you're quoting God. You're not getting out this time. You're finished, you monster." Joe retorted.

"'Monsters are real, and ghosts are real too. They live inside us, and sometimes, they win.' I've come to acknowledge my monster. Now I've shown you your monster Mr. Allen. Do you think you can live with that?"

"Shut your hole and put your hands on your head. We won't ask you again." Julian demanded.

"It appears I have come to my end. Congratulations. You won. At a time like this, I'm reminded of something Julia Glass said. 'When it comes to life, we spin our own yarn. And where we end up is really in fact where we always intended to be.'"

"Devoe-"

"Yes, yes. I admit my defeat. But I claim my victory as well. Goodbye," Devoe pushed a button on his chair and the floating seat released a huge surge of energy in all directions. Everywhere it striked, it seemed the world disappeared.

"What is happening?" Joe asked, rushing to the other group.

"No, he can't- he is!" Cisco shouted.

"What is he doing?" Ralph asked.

"That chair of his, it was a failsafe. He's releasing so much energy from it, it's destabilizing the pocket dimension. He's going to wipe this place out of existence and everything in it when the pocket dimension collapses in on itself."

"Then we've got to get out of here." Joe said. They all nodded and started running to the open portal that was their ticket out of here.

The sound of Devoe laughing behind them ringed in their ears. That's when Barry realized something.

"Wait, we can't leave. Not yet. All these people," Barry gestured to the glass tubes that each held a metahuman, "they'll be gone too. We've got to save them."

"Barry, there's no time. If we don't get out of here now, we'll be gone as well, and Devoe will have truly won."

"I can save them. I can run them through the portal before the place collapses."

"Barry, we've got to go. Now!" Joe grabbed Barry from behind and pulled him towards the portal.

"No! Let me go! I need to save them!" Barry kicked and screamed, so distraught that he didn't even think about phasing out of Joe's grip. "They'll die. I can't let that happen. Joe, let me go!"

"I'm sorry Barry." Joe whispered and jumped into the portal with Barry still in his arms.

"NO!" Barry screamed one final time.

The rest of the team entered through the portal as well as the pocket dimension disappeared behind them, everything it was and everything in it gone in an instant.

"So, I got my mind controlled by Devoe, and he forced me to do his bidding? Alongside that, he experimented with my body and forcefully caused other powers to manifest in me for a short period of time?" Barry asked to clarify. They were all at the West household, wanting to break the news to Barry in a more comfortable setting.

"Luckily your natural healing abilities allowed you to avoid most of the cellular degeneration from the various mutations we'd probably be seeing. It wasn't like the Velocity drugs Zolomon was taking, which was used to enhance and pervert his existing powers. Instead, it was like taking a drug that eventually got flushed out of your system." Caitlin told him.

"What did he make me do?" Barry asked.

"What do you remember? Do you remember when you were forced to serve Devoe?" Cisco asked.

"I've got no idea what you're talking about. One moment I'm at the gymnasium facing Devoe, the next I'm back in the pocket dimension kissing Caitlin and standing on Ralph and Cisco. I don't remember anything of what you're talking about."

"Well, that's over now. Devoe's gone. He can't get in your head again." Joe said.

"Devoe's not the only one who's gone. All those people he kidnapped. Kept in cages. They're gone too, and they didn't do anything. They were innocent people, and they lost their lives today. They're gone, they're never coming back and we don't even have anything to show for it. I don't care what you say. We lost today," Barry sighed and put his head in his hands.

"Maybe we did, but these things happen. Today was a bad day, but that doesn't mean we will stop fighting." Caitlin said, holding him close. "We're heroes, we protect and serve the people, but we don't get to decide who wins in the end. Even if that means no one does."

"Nobody won today. But that doesn't mean there are any losers. There will be good days, eventually." Joe nodded his head.

"The future awaits us, and it's going to be better than today." Caitlin said.

The doorbell rang and they all turned to look at the front door. "Were we expecting anybody?" Cisco asked.

"Maybe it's Cecile. I'll go see what she could want," Joe shrugged, going to the door to let who he thought was his girlfriend in the house. Who was at the door was most definitely not his girlfriend.

"Hey, am I late? I'm not late am I? Mom and Dad told me to come here, but I wasn't sure if I got it right." A young man with blonde hair carrying a duffle bag barged into the house without a word in response from Joe.

Everybody looked at the new person, wondering who this was, and why he seemed vaguely familiar. "I'm sorry, who are you?" Cisco asked.

"I need to know the date. The exact date," The man ignored Cisco's question.

"May 22nd." Julian spouted out instinctively.

"Of?" The man twirled his hand, clearly stating to further elaborate.

"2018. What does that matter?" Barry asked. By now, everybody was suspicious of the intruder. Why would he ask for the date, even the year? How would he not know unless…

"Good, I made it. Everything's going according to plan." The man said.

"What plan? What are you talking about?" Caitlin asked.

"I've got no idea. You guys just told me I had to come here on this exact date. Nothing else," The man shrugged.

"We have never seen you before in our life. When could we have told you to come here?"

"Alright, let me introduce myself. My name is Wallace Allen. You can call me Ace. I'm your son from the future and you guys told me I had to come back here to protect the timeline."

Everyone's eyes widened at the revelation. The idea that this could be Barry's and Caitlin's child standing before them. Some jaws dropped, particularly Cisco's. But they could all see it. Aside from the blonde hair, it was like looking at a younger version of Barry with brown eyes.

"Hi Mom. Hi Dad." Ace meekly waved at his parents, who were both rooted to their spot, staring at the young man.

What did you all think? Did I fix the major problems of season 4? And now we're onto season 5 which is going to take much longer. As you can tell, I've already made a major change by replacing Nora with Ace. How will this affect season 5? We'll see.

How did you all like Barry the Bear? I contemplated on some mythical creature, like an angel or a dragon, but that felt a little too over the top, so I settled for a bear. And Devoe destroyed his entire operation. Well maybe not since not all of his operatives were inside the pocket dimension. Is that foreshadowing the future? I actually don't know.

Okay, so season 5 is coming along, but I've halted work on that for another project. It's going to be a series of one-shots and don't bother making any requests. I've already got everything I need for it. This is going to be my longest break from this story, so don't expect another chapter until the new year at least. I'm sorry, but you'll still have some content rolling in. I'll be posting my one-shot series in a few weeks maybe. It'll be soon is what I'm saying.

I'll see you all there.
