'War. It is imminent. It has to be,' Rubeus thought. It would be the perfect time to show the true extent of his powers. The moon was simply too boring, even with the tournaments. The Interfamily tournaments were held every year or so, but the contests were always ended at first blood. In war, mortal combat was expected and rewarded. Prince Diamond and the Wiseman were discussing the subject in the throne room now.

"And this Ginzuishou Crystal you speak of. It can be found on Earth, correct?"

"Yes, my Prince. It is famed for its great healing power, but also has the ability to control time and space around it."

Prince Diamond sipped his wine, savoring its lingering taste, and then regretfully placed the empty glass on the arm of his throne.

"We can capture and contain this gemstone?" His tone was one of requesting affirmation, instead of asking a question.

It is possible, but a word of caution my lord." The shadowy creature moved closer to the silver haired man. "In order to control it, the user must have a certain amount of elemental energy. You are the only one on the planet strong enough to control the crystal. Should anyone else attempt to call upon its powers, well," The pleasure in his voice oozed the next few words. "The results could be /i for both the person and for Nemesis."

"That is not a problem. The others will not touch the stone if it is my command." Diamond smirked, there was nothing better than the servile devotion that some of the Black Moon showed him. "I have long wanted to return to Earth."

Wiseman's eyes glowed a bit brighter. "Then I believe that now would be the perfect time to strike. The planet has been at peace for centuries and the people have become addle minded. They will fall easily; and the crystal, and Earth, will be yours.

Diamond smiled at the thought of returning his family to Earth, where they belonged.

"Once we reach Earth, where can we find the crystal?"

"It is currently located in the capital city, a place called Crystal Tokyo. There is a woman there, the Queen of the Earth. She is the rightful owner of the crystal, being the last descendant of the White Moon Family."

The reaction was just what Wiseman had hoped for. The silver prince's eyes clenched shut and his body went rigid. "Why do you mention that cursed named here?" He demanded.

"I am only answering your question my Prince."

Diamond's clenched fist came down hard on the thrones arm, rattling the wine glass and causing it to fall, shattering when it hits the stone floor.

"The White Moon," He murmured, leaning forward and putting his hands over his face. "The same ones who sent us here."

Once, long ago, when he was young, Diamond's mother had shown him a photo album. In it were pictures of various places on Earth. Fields, mountains, cities, all beautiful compared to the dark bleak landscape of Nemesis. His people should be allowed to live in such a place. The White Moon should suffer as his people now did.

"My decision is made." Diamond stood, raising his arm to his dark advisor. "We shall return to Earth and claim it as our own. I will kill the White Moon Queen and take the crystal. Assemble the nobility, we have much to discuss."

"Yes, my Prince." Wiseman murmured as he melted through the floor. 'Excellent,' He thought. 'The seeds of hatred have been sewn. These two foolish worlds will destroy each other, and the Doom Phantom will reign over all.'
