I do not own any of the Trigun characters. This takes place after episode 22, my favorite episode...Zazie and Meryl are my fav characters.well, anyways, this is from Zazie's view point after the episode. ******************************************************************* All I can see is darkness... a cold darkness... and yet somehow it's refreshing. I placed my hand above me and pushed through the layer of dirt. I won't die that easily... I'm only eight. I have a whole life ahead of me to. to do what? I don't know. I pull myself from my grave and slowly stand up and look around. I'm in the desert, no one is near. I wasn't expecting anyone to be here... was I? That stupid bastard... why did he shoot me? I hurt all over and I can do nothing about it. I winced slightly and lowered myself to the ground. I can hear footsteps. I stand up slowly and face the sun set. "What will you do now?" I hear a voice behind me... the voice of that guy, what was his name? Vash? "I don't know," I reply, never meeting his gaze. "You should start over... become a kid, like you should be." I started walking away, leaving him behind, but I stopped. A small whisper formed on my lips, "Thank you," and I walked off. I was going to start over... my own way and this time I would do it right. I'll have a mother and lots of friends. Maybe I will cross paths with Vash again... maybe... and the next time we won't meet as enemies. I smiled slightly as the sun slipped over the horizon and I vanished from Vash's sight. "You think he can make it?" Meryl asked as she walked up and stood beside Vash. Vash's reply was only a quick nod of the head and then the retreated back to the car. ****************************************************************** What? I told you it was short and boy did I mean it! SO far I have only seen parts of episode 22 and no other episodes even though I have the first DVD and my friend has the whole series.. The way I RP as Zazie grown up is a little messed up, but I think I might eventually put it into a fan fic. Of course I need to get permission to use another character first. Well, enough babble.
