Assault on Zigon 5
Prologue:
Zigon 5 was just recently colonized by the Terran Dominion, it was a rugged planet rich in resources, which was the reason why the Dominion came there. It took only 6 months to make Zigon 5 a fully operational colony. Now it was 2 years after Kerrigan's
victory over all the other forces in the sector. Kerrigan's forces have been lying low, the rogue cerebrates were another matter. Led by Daggoth oldest and most powerful cerebrate& the Overmind's second in command they seek vengeance for the Overmind's death & to create a new Overmind & to assimilate all other creatures to the Swarm.
"Daggoth, we have discovered a planet w/ rich resources," said Cerebrate Barak. His brood was responsible for the reconnaissance and the colonization of the planets in that area.
"Continue on Barak," said Daggoth.
"There is a rich concentration of resources on the planet's south pole, but there are Humans on the planet, but they have yet colonized the planet's south pole," said Barak as ha continued. "But the planet's south pole has a magnetic distortion which prevents Human sensors from detecting our presence until it is too late."
"Barak, go to that planet & infest it, destroy any human who dares defy the Swarm." Said Daggoth
"As you wish," said Barak as he gathered his forces & descended to Zigon 5's south pole.
