I dashed through the building, unaware of where I was or where I was going. I slowed down when I came to the end of the hall. Pressing myself against the metal wall, I slid around the corner, straight into a room full of men dressed in black, holding rifles. They started shooting furiously, but they didn't have aim good enough to defeat the great Austin Powers! I ducked and slipped forward on the shoes I had dipped in oil himself. Then I was out of the room, back in my own home.
"Good job on that virtual reality!" Basil said, clapping. "That was a level three training course, how can I be anything but excellent?" I asked, polishing my nails on my shirt.
As I sat down a long leg shot out from the doorway. It wore a tall black boot and it's skin was toned and tan. After a few moments it was followed by a woman. I stood up and brushed off my jacket. She was beautiful, with long, black, shiny hair falling to around the middle of her back. Her eyes were a somber dark brown, looking at me with some sort of mysterious determination.
"Austin Powers, I have finally found you," she said. She spoke in a spanish accent. "I am Manicia Legolas, and I was wondering if you could help me." I smiled slightly at this woman, and as I stepped closer, I realized that she couldn't have been any older than twenty-two, maybe twenty-one.
She was wearing a wet-look, short black dress, which matched her boots perfectly. "Hello, darling," he said with a slick voice, "How may I help you, baby?"
She smiled up at him, obviously trying to impress him by batting her lashes and repeatedly flicking her hair out of her face. "Something was stolen from my home, and Dr Evil left his mark, you see, and I-"
"His MARK?" Basil practically screamed. "Yes," said Manicia smoothly, "I found my cat with it's tail hanging from a thread." Austin leaned on his arm on her shoulder and replied, "Don't you just hate when Evil tries to defeat me? Come on, baby, let's go."
They walked out the door together, arm in arm, Basil left shaking his head.
