Chapter 1 An Announcement, Shock and Fainting Spells
Harry sat on the Gryffindor Common Room couch shaking his knees. He was sitting across from Ron who was sitting there for the same reason: waiting for Hermione. Harry had loved Hermione for a very long time but he had never told Ron, her boyfriend, or her, although, 2 months ago, she should've known. Hermione came through the picture hole into the room and slowly looked at the boys as they each stood. She forced a smile and then bowed her head, she would look at them. More than anything Harry wanted to take her up and kiss her, but he couldn't. " What did you need?" Harry asked smiling, hoping maybe, she would break up with Ron and go out with Harry.hey, it never kills to wish. " Well, I-" she stopped. She was playing with her sweaty hands and staring at the floor. " I am going to have a baby," she finished. Ron was in shock, " How far along?" " Two months," she answered softly. Harry was beginning to feel dizzy, two months ago. " But we have been together 3 months and have never, never-" Ron did not finish. Harry felt like his knees were going to buckle. " I know," Hermione, said still softer. " Then who's is it?" Ron asked angrily. Hermione looked up, " Harry's." That did it, Harry fainted.
