It was the last week of vacation. On Sunday after the encore performance of "Godfellas", Leela was stopped by Fox McCloud after the party at Abe's Place. The reason? He was asking her if she could be a guardian to the Ice Climbers, Popo and Nana because Conker was always swearing in front of them and usually bothering their sleep by watching "South Park" with the TV blaring so loudly that Nana and Popo could hear it from where Conker was watching TV. On Thursday, Bender had taken us to the Diva skating rink for some last minute fun before school started for Diddy and the other children. At the skating rink, there weren't a lot of little children, which was good because Mario told us that the last time they went to the skating rink, there were some ten-to-twelve year old children picking on Luigi. Also one of the funniest memories of the trip was where Wario had drank a glass of coke because he was so thirsty. He choked on ice cubes and coughed them up. I was an "observer" because nobody would want to see an 800 pound gorilla going roller skating. Nana and Popo skated very well, and so did Diddy. Tiny, Tooty, Banjo, and the others joined in for the Chicken dance and the Hokey Pokey. Fry said he was going to do the limbo, but he was too wrapped up in playing Gauntlet Legends with Abe. When we got home from a long day in town shopping, we had quesadillas for dinner. All of us were dog tired.
