Monday, September 1st, 1976.
My first day at Hogwarts was quite odd. I knew already that they all spoke English, witch is my first language but I have long since forgotten how to speak it. In the hallway Kaileigh called me Veela-girl and I asked her to stop. I don't think she heard me. At lunch I ate with James Potter, Sirius Black, Kaileigh Walter, Peter Pedigrew and Remus Lupin. When we sat down Kai (Witch is pronounced Kay) dubbed me Sofa-bed. I don't like this name either. Sirius was sitting next Kai eating a ham and cheese sandwich. Kai said something like "Get that processed sandwich away from me Padfoot!" And then he stuffed the rest into his mouth. The rest of the day just had normal classes a lot like what we do at Beauxbatons. At recess Kaileigh complained once again that's she's fat and it's too hard to get up after you sit down. (She's pregnant.)
There are some disadvantages to being part Veela. All the boys fall all 'goopy in love' with you. Also, I've only had one day of classes and according to Kayleigh, I owe 50 guys kisses! She claims that she told guys I'd give them a kiss if they agreed with her that Sofa-bed was a better name for me then Jacklin. I really hope my Engilsh will go back to the way it used to be when I lived in the United States. I would also love to figure out why everyone calls me James' girlfriend. Also, I want to know who this 'Lily Evans' girl is. They say she was James' girlfriend before she was transferred to Beauxbatons. I'm also planning to figure out why Sirius has his little sister with him at school, and why she's so attached to Remus.
