James and Lily Potter went for a walk. James, now a top auror, had gained them many enemies and had his wand in his hand at all times. Lily, also an auror, but not the best,was James' partner. Every spy for Voldemort was after them.They walked hand in hand down the street. Lily hadnt been to work in a few weeks, James wouldnt allow it. The reason? Lily was pregnant with their first child and James didnt want anything happening to her or the baby. As they walked along, a figure in a dark cloak followed them. The figure couldve gotten away with a perfect murder, but he tripped and knocked into Lily. James grabbed her arm and kept her from falling, but the man fell to the ground behind her. Lily picked the man up, her wand to his head. "Who are you?"James demanded. "I am a Death Eater, and I am the one who will be killing you now." The figure said. Lily and James laughd. "I wouldnt try anything. Not with a wand to you head."James said, motionging to Lily. The death eater frowned. "Who sent you?" James asked. "I'll never tell." The man spat. "Who sent you?" James repeated. "Kiss my arse Potter." The man snapped. "Who sent you?" James repeated again. "Lord Voldemort." The man replied with out hesitation. "That was easy." Lily noted. "Yes it was easy."James said, looking at Lily. "Why'd you tell us?" Lily asked. "I cant stand being asked the same question 3 times. It gets annoying you know?"The death eater struggled against Lilys grip. "Where is Voldemort?" "Why would he tell me?" "Where is Voldemort?" The death eater spit at James feet. "Where is Voldemort?" "Dang! Three times...ok...hes hiding in a secret wooded area." "Where is the secret wooded area?" "Go to hell Potter." "Do I really have to ask you two more times?" The death eater spat again. "Alright...fine...where is the wooded area?" "Youll have to kill me." "Ah ha!" Lily said, making the death eater jump."You have to say, he asked you three times. "No no!" The death eater pulled away from Lily."The second question was, 'Do I really have to ask you two more times?' and would be the first question in the new line of questioning and wouldnt count in the other line of questioning." The death eater explained, speaking quickly. Lily looked at James, who blinked. "Whatever."James said. "PETRIFICOUS TOTALOUS!" Lily hissed and the death eater was frozen solid.
