The Prophet of Middle-Earth, or Why You Should Always Carry the Entire Works of Tolkein Wherever You Go

[A/N] Ever wonder why the Mary-Sues who get transported to Middle-Earth have never, ever, EVER heard of Middle-Earth or any of the characters, plots, etc? Because they are Mary-Sues. They also marry Legolas. Need I say more? Well, this fic plans to be about a girl who gets transported to ME with her collection of Tolkein books. Chaos ensues. Please review, flame away; I can roast veggiedogs on 'em. Disclaimer: Right, this is good Mr. Tolkein (both J.R.R. and Christopher) and etc. etc. whoever, not mine, yadda yadda, you know the drill.

~*~*~*~*~ Flashback

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing

"Zzzzzzzzzznuuuuuuuuuuuh?"

Riiiiiiiiiiiiing riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing riiiSMACK! "Shut up, clock." Riiiiiiiiiiiiiing "BUGLUSH!* SCHOOL!" Gwen jumped out of bed and threw on a pair of jeans and a shirt before rushing into the bathroom. She blearily stared at her reflection in the mirror and noted the dark shadows under her eyes. She shoved her hair out of her face and grabbed a brush, jerking it through her unruly brown hair. Moments later, she shot down the stairs into the kitchen and grabbed a nectarine. Eating it hastily, she ran back upstairs and brushed her teeth, then washed her face and pulled on a pair of big dangly silver earrings [A/N: Almost all of my story characters, characters in RPGs, etc, have big dangly silver earrings, so get used to it]. She hastily outlined her eyes in eyeliner, gave up trying to make her hair normal and pulled it into a half-pony, and grabbed her backpack from the hall. She left a note for her parents on the counter:

Hi mum, dad, see ya after school, luv, Gwen, xoxo

And then rushed out the door. End of flashback, thank Elbereth

[A/N].and also the end of the chapter. If I get one review, just ONE REVIEW, I'll post the next, I know, it's not very good yet, it gets better (I hope) and I SOLEMNLY SWEAR GWEN WILL NOT BE A SUE. I SWEAR I SWEAR. I kno this bit sounds a bit like she is, but o well, I haven't developed her to well yet. And this is The Mad One, signing off*~
