Thank you, Bonnie
My second KP fic! This WAS a sequal to Ron to the Rescue!, but I modified it since I added more to the former, and this beginning no longer applies.
It was right after another Friday afternoon cheerleading practice. And Bonnie was REALLY being a jerk. More so than usual. She triend to think back to when when Boonie started being a jerk. AS Kim thought back, she realized Bonnie was always that way. Since the moment she met her. And saved Ron in the process. Suddenly, that memory became as clear as daylight...
It was the first day of Kindergarten. Five
year-olds were scattered across the playground at Middleton Day School. The children
were getting along pretty well. At least no one had picked on any on else so far.
In the sandbox, a small blonde-hared boy with brown eyes and cute
freckles was making sand castles, and having a blast. As he played, he hummed a
nameless tune. Before long, there were many castles made of sand. For a five
year-old, he was very good at sand sculptures.
"I now n-name this t-town, Rufus!" He declared as he
placed a tiny twig in the top of the largest castle.
"And now, the goofy town named Rufus shall face the wrath of
Bonzilla!" A new voice said. It was the girl named Bonnie
Rock-something. Ron wasn't good with names. Except Rufus. He loved that
name.
Bonnie suited action to her words as she began to stomp on the sand
sculptures Ron had worked so hard to make.
"Stop it!" Ron cried. "You're a
m-meanie!"
"What's the matter, can't talk normal?"
"Leave m-me alone!" Ron protested.
"Leave him alone!" A new voice said.
Ron and Bonnie looked up to the new voice. It was a pretty girl
with auburn hair and beautiful green eyes.
Bonnie stood up. "Make me, Kimmie!" With that,
she stood in a stance, prepareted to fight Kim.
Kim, on the other hand, walked toward Ron. She helped him up,
and ebgan to walk away. "You're not worth the time, Bonnie! Just stay
away from him."
They walked to the other side of the playground. "Thank
you." Ron said to her. "My name's Ron. What's your
name?"
"My name's Kim. Bonnie's just a meanie. I'll stick
around so she doesn't do it again."
"T-thanks! Hey, you want to sit with me at
s-snacktime?"
"Sure!"
And they had. And from that day on, they
were inseperable. Sure, she originally did it to save Ron from Bonnie, but she
became fast friends with Ron, even with their totally different personalities.
She stopped for a minute. Though it was hard to admit, it was
Bonnie's bullying that started their friendship.
"I'd never thought I'd come to say this, but thatnk you,
Bonnie. Thanks for starting a wonderful friendship."
Then, Kim got up, grabed the Kimmunicator, and headed off to Bueno
Nacho.
