Author's note: I loved the book, and though I wish it would have ended differently, I must say that I respect the decision on the author's part to end it the way she did. Think about it: If you could choose to live forever, would you? Imagine haven to watch the people around you die and suffer. Every one witnesses people dying, but could you stand to see that for your entire life? Wars would be fought and you'd be unable to escape some of the evils in the world. It is a pretty big conflict, because on the other hand, you have the fact that if you lived forever you would be able to experience so much, and you wouldn't have as many regrets because you are too old to do things that you could only do as a child but then missed out on. There are many ways to consider this question and I still don't have an answer for myself.
My story will begin as soon as I return to my house where I have my trusty Tuck Everlasting book with me. Please let me know if you would like to read it. i HEART reviews!
