From Flirting to Fainting, How to Get a Girl to Notice You.

"Excuse me, I'd like to check out this book." Ron said to Madame Pince in the library.

Madame Pince read the cover and looked at him strangely. Ron was checking out a book called From Flirting to Fainting, How to Get a Girl to notice you. Ron thought it sort of contradicted itself; after all, fainting was before flirting in the alphabet. Oh, god, I'm staring to sound like Hermione. Ron thought. But if it would help get Hermione to notice him, then he would read it.

Ron walked out of the library and to the common room, hiding the book in his bag so nobody could see it.

"Hey, Fred." Ron said to Fred, who was reading a magazine.

"Hey, Ron. What're you up to?" Fred asked.

"Nothing much. I'm about to make up my divination homework." Ron said, taking out some parchment and his Divination Book. "Wanna' help?"

Fred checked his watch. "Sorry, can't, I've got a class." He said, putting the magazine down on the table, then left.

Ron worked on his homework for a while, and then decided to start reading the book. He picked up the magazine to cover it so nobody would know what he was really reading, and they would think he was reading the magazine.

After a while of reading the book, Parvati walked up.

"Ron!"

"What?" Ron asked her.

"What are you reading?" Parvati asked.

"I'm reading a magazine," Ron said, looking at her strangely.

Parvati walked away, angry.

A little while later, Ginny came up.

"Ron!"

"What?" Ron asked her.

"What are you doing?" Ginny asked him.

"What does it look like I'm doing?"

"Urgh!" Ginny said, frustrated, then she walked away.

About five minutes later, Lavender came up and slapped him in the face.

"What was that for?" Ron asked.

"You should know why," Lavender said, and then walked away.

Harry, seeing all this commotion, came over and sat next to Ron.

"Hey, Ron." Harry said.

"Hey, Harry. I don't know what's wrong with all these girls today. It's like they've gone crazy." Ron said, and went back to reading the book.

Harry looked at the cover of the book and smiled. It was Playwizard, the wizarding version of the muggle magazine Playboy.
