Mew flew quietly over the beautiful valley in Johto that she and
Mewtwo had found for themselves and the clones to live. It was in this
valley that they had found their true place to live, and to be free of the
rest of the world. As she looked over the valley, she knew that something
was in it, something that was not welcome. Moving herself faster, she
soared into a beautiful little spot that she'd spent hours in before,
meditating and resting. She sat down and swept the area around her with her
mind, a trick that she had learned from Mewtwo. If anything was in the
area, she would find it. Her mind looked in and stopped.as a giant shadow
emerged into her head. She saw six evil figures emerge.clouded in darkness.
She opened her eyes and stared around at the world around her. The sun was
starting to disappear under a heavy shroud of angry clouds. Mew heard a
rustling sound and instinctively turned around. She was greeted with the
image of a snapping jaw that lunged at her and yearned to taste her flesh.
She flew up and away from it, but was attacked once more by a creature from
behind. It held her with its vice-like claws which threatened to snap her
in two at any moment. That was it for her. The peaceful expression that
usually showed on her face disappeared, and was replaced with one of pure
anger. She focused on the creature and sent her own crushing claw of
psychic energy around it. The creature, unable to breathe under it's
strain, dropped her. She quickly darted out, ready to fight the next
challenger. A large vine wrapped itself around her foot, and she stared up
to see a monstrous, gaping mouth. A Victreebell. and it was coming in
quick. She wrapped herself up in a barrier of energy and watched as the
Victreebell banged itself against the bubble of power. Seeing the vine that
still clung to her leg, she sent a wave of energy hand and yanked the vine
hard. The Victreebell was smashed hard against the barrier, and it shrieked
in pain. But another attacker was already lying in wait, and she found
herself thrashed to the ground. Her last thoughts were of her friends.
