White House

Today was hellish day or rather next following days, as word got out that a mutant with blue skin and demonic appearance came attacking the White House & admitted to assassin the president. And his blade, a knife showed his true interests are, Mutants Freedom.

This caused quite a spin and caused a chaotic storm within the White House, the United States, and a good number of political parties to take sides in the matter.

In the main room, we saw that meeting was coming to a close between the president, Senator Kelly who stopped the rise against Mutants after a certain mutant terrorist was captured for the best by withdrawing from the Mutant Registration Act, Major William Stryker who has been running against Mutants since for a long time now & now has a right to take action against them who are in a school, and lastly who didn't speak much during the meeting, his name is Andrew Anderson.

"Major Stryker!" Kelly called out as he rushed after the major after the meeting with the president.

"Ah, Kelly. I would like you to meet my assistant Yuriko Oyama," Stryker introduced the senator to his assistant who pairs shook hands for a second.

"Nice to meet, ah. That's quite some strength," Kelly said, shaking his hand in pain from the beautiful Asian woman assistant's death grip and almost creepy as she had no emotions on her face, like a white mask.

"Now what do you want, I got things to do. And I don't like to be late," Stryker said, the meaning of the clear order to finally take down the mutants and finish or rather start the war between humans & mutants. He had a perfect plan in mind thanks to learning the information from Magento & all.

"I would really much like to have visited with Erik," Kelly requested.

"I'm afraid that can't happen. This is a different battle, Senator. How about you go back to your office and paperwork battle?" Stryker offered with a friendly smirk but more liked to poke fun at the senator and his position.

Kelly sighed as he saw the major leaving but wasn't done and said, "But Major Stryker, are you willing to start this into some kind of war?"

Stryker stopped in his tracks and turn his attention back to the senator. And if looks can kill, his glare would have burned the senator down to the ground.

"Don't lecture me about war, Senator. I fought tooth and nail in wars when you were learning how to walk. I'm not starting a war, it's already is one," Stryker said, his anger being heard in his voice and deeper meaning but had to hold back.

"Careful Major, you might have a heart attack," A male voice teased, getting the pair's attention as Yuriko was in front of the pair and didn't pay any attention. He was a young man with black hair that was short and grey color like eyes, matching the theme of clouds. He wore a black business suit and tie, a white undershirt, and black dress shoes. This was Andrew Anderson, a top supporter who wanted to bring out Mutant Civil Rights.

"Ah, always the protector and supporter. I do hope you pick the right side in the end," Stryker said, being a hidden threat, and walked away from not before informing the senator one thing.

"If you want more information about Magento or the prison. Just ask that mutant lover."

Andrew didn't reply to that comment or insulted the major throw at him. He was used to it and saw confusion written on the senator's face.

"It should be no surprise, Senator Kelly. I have been working hard on pushing civil rights for mutants for a good number of years. Before and after you step down," Andrew replied, being the first part of the explanation.

This captured the senator's attention and intrigued by the young man.

"Why would you defend them? You speak as you understand them and are human in your eyes," Kelly stated.

"I do...humans & mutants are just the same as everyone else. First off, mutants are just the term that we use to refer to as. They are treating inhumanly just because they have powers and look different isn't any different from what the country has done when it comes to racism and discrimination in the past of history. I will do everything in my power to ensure that like those cruel moments of history. And also in history, someone has to take a stand and try, but prove that they won't back down they may not fight but they will prevail. I will make sure on that and bring out the mutants' civil rights," Andrew explained, more depth and part of his reasons as he didn't want to remember his past at the moment.

Kelly was very quiet and was captured by the young man's words & ideals for mutant rights, despite being human and not a mutant. Very interesting and something to keep in mind but first.

"How come you have information on the prison that holds Erik Lehnsherr?" Kelly asked.

"I was able to gain access to the flies with a good amount of work and information. Sadly it's all I got but Stryker has the majority of the files and information. And I'm not just talking about the prison or Mr. Lehnsherr but rather something else," Andrew answered, sounding a bit of trouble.

"Hmm interesting," Kelly whispered to himself, which has more meaning to that, and had to look into Stryker's laundry a bit.

"Yeah. His prison popped up on my radar as a good number of prions have treated mutants very cruel and inhumanly. Again, not going to stand for that and make a stand," Andrew said, before checking his watch and seeing he needed to get going.

"Will, I must be going, Senator Kelly. I have other things to do and meetings to take part in," Andrew said while part of him didn't want to do paperwork or those dull meetings between two parties.

"If it would be no trouble if I could access the files that hold information on the prison and Magneto?" Kelly asked.

"Maybe but sorry, Senator Kelly. I have my understandings unlike major over there but I simply can't and have to keep this information only my eyes only until it's ready. And my political position holding this information requires my request and confidentiality to the fullest. It took more than hard work to obtain this, which I guard and protect. Again sorry, maybe over some black tea I would talk over you on the files," Andrew explained, being reasonable and fit to his position.

"A shame. Maybe over some tea then. I do hope you keep the files protected until then," Kelly said.

Andrew smirked and let out a small laugh in heat of the moment which he spoke, "Ah, the only time I let my guard is when I relax in a good small local bar, not get drunk of course. Who knows, I might meet a beautiful and sweet woman but knowing my luck and being marked as a mutie-lover, that is very high and unlikely."

It was a joke of course but has true and Andrew hadn't had much luck with the relationship since entering his position in politics & starting on mutant rights. A good number of people see him in a bad light. A great majority of humans see him as a traitor, a few believed he was doing the right thing, and a good number of mutants are supportive of his speeches & ideals. So yeah there's that.

Unknown to the black-haired man, the senator looked at him with his eyes suddenly changing and becoming pure gold for a good number of seconds and smirk not leaving. He just captured the attention of a snake and this one is looking forward to setting up an interesting trap in motion.
