The scene starts in a faraway land two months before the start of the story as it shows a wasteland filled with volcanic fire and blackened skies; a castle can be seen surrounded by a river of molten magma, and carved into the wall we statues resembling the head of a Dragonoid turtle, and inside in a poorly light room with only torches, and in an old chair was a turtle-like creature that looks like a giant 12 to 13-year-old bipedal turtle dragon, but had a blue shell and long blue hair that was styled into the shape of a V and had a long pointed fang in his mouth this was Ludwig von Koppa.

But the Koopa was preoccupied with reading books as piles of books were in the room with him, and his eyes had bags under them, showing that he didn't get much sleep as he was reading through one of the books. Ghh, nothing here, Ludwig says in anger as he throws the book, he had away into one of the piles and then grabs another book from another stack and starts to read through it. He was looking through books on law, history, and supernatural phenomena.

But then Ludwig's eyes widen as he sees something he is looking for in the books. Roy, Larry, and Lemmy get in here, Ludwig yells out in excitement as three Koopa's who were slightly similar to him have come in through the door.

The first of the three was the biggest of the three of about a 13-year-old as he was more muscular and had a purplish shell. He had no hair on his head, and the shiny pinkish hue of his scalp was fully seen and was wearing a pair of shades giving off a sense of coolness to him. This was Roy Koopa.

The second of the three was the middle-sized of the group as he was about an 11-year-old as he looked pretty standard when comparing the three as he had a light blue shell and his head had a blue mohawk. This was Larry Koopa.

The last of the three was the smallest and youngest of the group, as he was about 9 to 10 years old. He had an orange shell and a similar mohawk to Larry but was in the colors of the rainbow but gave off a sense of a childish yet lazy kid as he was just not fully concentrated on picking his nose and rolling around on a giant ball that was yellow with orange polka dots. This was Lemmy Koopa.

Hey, Bro, are you done with your reading? Larry says to Ludwig with a happy-go-lucky tone.

You've been stuck in this room for days; what were you even doing anyway, nerd? Roy says in a confused yet annoyed tone.

Everyone was worried about you, including dad and grandpa Kamek, Lemmy then said with a lazy tone that still had a sense of care.

I don't care about what they think; I have been looking for a way to get the right to the throne from our little brother Jr., Ludwig says with hints of jealousy and anger.

Umm, bro, you've been doing that for years, and it got you nowhere, Larry says with hints of unease as he remembers Ludwig's previous failed attempts.

But, this time, it will be different because this plan is foolproof, Ludwig said, raising the book in his hands with a strange sense of joy.

How many times have we heard that before? Roy said with an unimpressed tone.

But the only thing I need to make it work is a castle and to get married to someone with royal blood, Ludwig said with a confused tone, which caused his three adopted siblings to look at him with confusion.

(That won't work because, one, you are too young for marriage, and two, no one will willingly fall for you), Lemmy thought to himself in a mocking tone to Ludwig. Unless it's the Middle Ages, Lemmy mumbles it to himself, causing him to giggle.

What are you laughing at? Ludwig then yells at Lemmy in anger causing the little Koopa to be spooked and causing him to fall off his ball and land on the floor first.

Umm, Roy, help, Lemmy says as he wiggles around on his back like a stuck turtle.

Okay, bro, Roy grudgingly says as he picks Lemmy up and puts him back onto his ball. But, really, bro, you need to start using your legs more often, or it might cripple them from lack of use; Roy then patronizes Lemmy for laziness in taking care of his body parts. But this causes Lemmy to scoff at what Roy said and ignore it.

Mph, what were gotta do with you, Lemmy? Larry then says, feeling annoyed with his little brother's action.

This causes Ludwig to pinch his nose in annoyance as he speaks up. Now that we were done with our dillydallying, I would like to say that I want you three to help me prepare for this event, Ludwig then said calmly yet civilized manner.

Really, bro, I don't know. If dad figures it out…, Larry said cautiously, but Ludwig spoke out.

Don't worry; I have friends that will keep everything a secret from dad and anyone else. Still, I can promise you that all three of you would be rewarded handsomely, Ludwig said with a grin as he continued to speak.

Larry, you always wanted to be a leader of soldiers; you can get that if you work for me, Ludwig says to Larry, trying to converse him to work for him.

That sounds good; it might work out, Larry replied to Ludwig, ultimately agreeing to his plan.

And you, Roy, you could lead the guard, letting you beat up anyone foolish enough to face us; Ludwig then converses with Roy to work with him.

This causes Roy to grin in joy as he cracks his knuckles. But, mph, I think I might consider it if it means breaking some heads.

And you Lemmy…, Mph, you would get all the candy you ever wanted, Ludwig says desperately trying to guess what Lemmy wanted to wrangle him like his other sibs.

This causes Lemmy to say Meh to Ludwig in a bored tone. (I'll go along with it, I have nothing else to do or desire to do, but I'll hate it), Lemmy thought sluggishly as he was only going along with it because he had nothing else to do.

Now, my sibs, with us working together, we can gain everything we desire, and so much more, Ludwig said with a grin. Then he returns to his books, sits in his chair, and looks at his sibs one last time. Now, you can leave; I have some preparation to do and I need you three to get enough troops to our side as possible, Ludwig then said calmly as his sibs gave him confused looks as they reluctantly left the room.

Ludwig then runs toward the door and closes it, not wanting anyone else, as he calls out for someone in the room. You can come out now, Captain, Ludwig said as an old figure came out of one of the piles of books. It was an old Koopa that isn't the same type as he was more turtles in appearance and no draconic attributes. The old Koopa had battle scars all around his old, wrinkled body but was still well built as he still had muscles on his arms and legs. Still, his shell was made of silver steel, and he had a ponytail like a samurai on his smooth head. But he was carrying around a mighty Broadsword with dry bloodstains.

Then the Captain spoke out with a cold, stern, yet violent tone. Why did you bring those three idiots into the mix? The Captain said in annoyance.

Mph, we need assistance getting more followers to our side. Still, they don't know everything about our plan partner, Ludwig says with an evil grin.

Good, you have a potential kid, like Your father after a decade of being hidden after the incident has made him soft, and he lost his drive to make our Kingdom great as he banished me and my brigade; instead, he let the fools in mushroom Kingdom heal and grow from the incident instead of conquering it, now they became a superpower that can even rival Darkland, The Captain says in anger and malice about what's happening to the Kingdom with a dark and twisted form nationalism as he speaks.

But then he grins when he looks at Ludwig. But you, Ludwig, will redeem the empire by claiming the right to the throne from that childish upstart Jr. So says Captain SteelShell, leader of the banished Blood Brigade, Captain SteelShell said with a cold yet energetic tone.

Now, my friend, we must prepare for the plan, and I will start on Earth, Ludwig says with a smirk as he opens the scrolls to reveal maps of Earth and its continents.

You mean the same world where Mario came from, the same human who shattered my original shell and left me for dead, Captain SteelShell said, gritting his teeth with a violent agent rage from him remembering the plumber.

Yes, Father old foe who isn't around anymore… but were getting sidetracked, Ludwig said, calling the captain to plan with him about to plan, but this won't come into full fruition for another two months as during this time they'll be making a fortress on Earth where the plan will start.
