Yeah, I did another attempt at a Devil May Cry/Fairy Tail crossover. However, this is a rewrite of the first version of this story, though some things are mostly the same. The story is still a harem, the DMC and FT worlds are joined together so no dimension hopping in this one.

In this story, my OC Drake Redgrave, has been part of Fairy Tail for five years, has defeated Mundus and is currently in an already established relationship with Mirajane.

Drake also doesn't have that many Devil Arms except Lucifer, Cavaliere and Pandora, but he will gain others over the course of this story.

As for the harem of this story: Erza Scarlet, Mirajane Strauss, Lucy Heartfilia, Hisui E. Fiore, Aquarius, Kagura Mikazuchi, Sorano, Yukino Agria, Irene Belserion, Seilah, Ultear Milkovich, Minerva Orland, Cana Alberona, Brandish μ, and Dimaria Yesta.

Disclaimer: I do not own Devil May Cry or Fairy Tail. I only own the OC Drake Redgrave.

Walking down an empty street was a seventeen-year-old male teenager. The teen had short white hair in a faux-hawk like style

His attire consisted of red pants with two black belts wrapped around his right thigh, a black, leather belt, black gloves, and high, black boots. He also wore a hooded long coat with Western and Italian features, that was a deep red, almost crimson color. The coat is short-sleeved, with numerous gold-colored studs decorating the shoulders, collar, and chest, with a single zipper on the front. While underneath the coat, he is wearing what appears to be a black long-sleeved shirt, with a red vest with black clasps over it.

This was Drake Redgrave, a half-demon who slays demons.

Turning down an alley, Drake went down a set of stairs, arriving at a door at the bottom and entered inside the now revealed bar. The bar was mostly empty, aside from the bartender and three of guys playing a game of poker.

Sitting at the bar, Drake clasped his hands in front of him.

"What'll it be?" Asked the bartender, cleaning a glass.

"Strawberry sundae." Drake answered, with the bartender chuckling as he turned to face him.

"This is a bar, kid, no place for someone like you." Stated the bartender.

"Really? Just trying to sweeten up the air in here, it smells like shit, or more like, blood. And that's fine with me." Said Drake, as the bartender stopped cleaning his glass.

"Cause what I'm interested in, is this rumor I heard. They say that somewhere around here, there's a bar, more like a dive, a place where they'll take someone's life in place of money. Kinda scary." Drake stated, looking over his shoulder when one of the players snickered

"Sorry, forgive me pal." Said the player.

"Royal straight flush, is it? Playing a hand like that could kill a guy." Said Drake, before looking forward, while reaching into his coat, while the player set down his cards and stood up.

"How about, I buy you a round!" He said, walking towards Drake, only to be met with the end of a black handgun pointed at him, before he was shot in the forehead.

The guy's body flew back with blood flying out of the bullet hole, but rather than dying, a monster seemed to burst out of his body and charge at Drake.

Ducking under the attack, Drake slid back, just as the other two players also transformed into monsters, as well. Pulling out a second handgun, being white in color, and shot the two monsters three times in their heads, reducing them to bloody paste.

Going to aim at the first monster, Drake gave a small grunt, when it suddenly lunged and bit his arm.

"Not bad, Mr. Royal Flush." Drake stated, dropping the gun in his free hand and held his now free hand out.

Immediately, a large demonic sword fell out of the sky, crashing through a skylight. Grabbing the blade, Drake swung the sword and sliced the monsters ahead off.

The sword was massive with a heavy double-edged blade, notched on both sides near the tip. The grip is plain, but the guard is skeletal, with a skull-design on each side leading to the rib cage from which the blade emerges; on one side of the blade, the skull is that of a human, while the other uses a horned demon skull.

This was Rebellion, a sword given to Drake by his father, Sparda. (AN: It's the DMC 4 design of Rebellion)

With the monsters dead, Drake sheathed his sword on his back and holstered his guns. Walking up to the door, Drake paused for a moment, before drawing his sword again and stabbing it through the door, with the bartenders body falling through the window not a moment later.

Pulling his sword out, Drake opened the door, stepping aside, as the boy fell to the ground.

"Next time you open up shop, don't forget to add strawberry sundae's to the menu." Drake said, walking up the stairs.

However, before he reached the top of the stairs, another monster emerged from the bartenders body and lunged at him. Though before it could reach him. Drake spun around with his guns and aimed them at its head.

"Jackpot!" Drake said, smirking as he pulled the trigger.

BANG!

"Welcome to Fairy Tail!"

At those words, Lucy Heartfilia was pretty sure she'd died and gone to heaven at some point in the past day.

Before the blonde bombshell stood the Guild Hall of Fairy Tail, the number one Wizarding Guild in all of Fiore. Ever since she was a little girl she's always dreamed of joining it's ranks and to go down in history as one of the most powerful and famous members it and Fiore has ever seen.

'And now I'm about to get that chance.' Lucy thought with excitement as she followed Natsu Dragneel, a powerful Fire Mage she met in the port city of Hargeon just a few days ago, and his flying blue talking cat, Happy. 'Oh I can't wait to meet the other members of the Guild. I bet their really nice and super strong too!'

"Hey, we're back!" Natsu shouted as he kicked the door in, almost sending it off it's hinges.

Lucy couldn't help but smile nervously as she followed Natsu and Happy into the Guild Hall as the various members turned their attention towards the pink haired Dragon Slayer and her. She really hoped her white sleeveless top that seemed very strained over her generous bust, a short blue skirt and knee high heeled boots weren't what was drawing so many stares to her, it was the most modest outfit she had with her at the moment.

'Oh no, what if they kick me out because I'm to erotic looking?!' Lucy thought with worry.

"So I heard you went all out in Hargeon, Natsu," said a slim man with dark hair and noticeable rodent-like teeth. "Heard you had to go starting trou-"

Natsu suddenly kicked the guy in the face, sending him flying across the guild before crashing into another table.

"Why did you do that?!" Lucy gasped in shock.

"You lied about that Salamander!" Natsu, the real Salamander, yelled angerly and raised a fist in the air. "I'm gonna kick your butt!"

The guy got up from the wreckage of the table and looked pissed off. "Don't get mad at me! I'm not the one to blame here! I was just passing along a rumor I heard!"

As Lucy was dumbfounded, Natsu yelled back, "It was just a RUMOR!?"

"You wanna fight!?"

"Let's go!"

And that's when all mayhem broke out as the fight took out some other tables and sent some people up into the air. When they came back down, they rushed in and joined in the fighting. Even poor little Happy wasn't safe, as the guildhall erupted into an all-out brawl.

"Why the hell is this happening?!" Lucy said with a pale face as she slowly looked back up and watched the carnage unfold before her.

"Oh don't worry, this is pretty tame compared to some of the brawls that've broken out here before."

Lucy blinked at the sound of a male's voice behind her and quickly turned around, and a blush came onto her face as she stared at the boy standing in the doorway of the guildhall. The boy looked to be about her age, had short white hair, icy blue eyes, dressed in a red coat and red clothing underneath, and a large sword slung across his back. He also had an amused smirk on his face as he looked at the brawl.

'Oh my he's so hot!' Lucy thought with an insane blush. 'But he also looks familiar. I'm sure I've seen him in a magazine before...'

"Um, hello?" Lucy gave the boy a nervous grin before he suddenly grabbed her by the shoulders and yanked her down with himself as several people went flying over them with yells of pain and surprise and crashed into another table, sending drinks and food everywhere.

"Might want to avoid standing around when a brawl is going on here." The boy advised as they stood. "You new here?"

"Y-yeah." Lucy stammered out.

"I figured." The boy said with a nod as they slowly stood up and he gestured Lucy to follow him towards the bar. "Come on, the fighting won't get too close to the bar."

"Neutral ground where people can drink in semi peace?" Lucy asked as she followed after the man.

"Nah, you break it, you buy it." The boy said with a chuckle. "Trust me, there's some expensive drinks back there that no one wants to replace with their own money. Plus no one wants to piss off Cana or make the bartender sad. if they did the latter, I'd kick their asses."

"I'll keep that in mind..." Lucy trailed off as she realized she didn't get his name. "I'm sorry, but uh, what's your name?"

"Drake."

"Drake, Drake..." Lucy muttered, trying to place a face with the name before it struck her and she gasped. "Wait, as in THE Drake?! Drake Redgrave?! Fairy Tail's Demon Slayer?! The boyfriend of the one and only Mirajane Strauss?!"

"I prefer the profession to be called Demon Hunter, but yeah." Drake nodded. "And yes, I am indeed Mira's boyfriend."

Suddenly he grabbed her around the waist, which amde Lucy blush furiously as she was pulled against his chest and felt the muscles beneath even though he had a vest over his shirt. He moved with speed that couldn't be human and landed next to the bar just in time for Lucy to see a person hit the ground where she had just been standing.

"This is getting out of hand now." Drake said with a sigh as he took his arm away from Lucy's waist. 'Where the hell is Erza when you need her?'

"Well hello Drake, how's your day been?"

Lucy blinked at the owner of the voice before her eyes widened to the point it felt like her eyes were gonna slip out of their sockets. Before her and Drake was one of if not the most beautiful woman she's ever seen. She was a little shorter than the average person, but her long slightly curled white hair with a small upward pony tail over her forehead, large blue eyes and mouth watering curvy body and large breasts made her seem like a goddess given physical form. Just standing next to her made Lucy feel like some muddied doll pulled out of a trash can.

"Your M-Mirajane Strauss!" Lucy exclaimed in shock and awe. "I've seen you on the cover for Sorcerer Magazine!"

Mirajane giggled at this "Oh my, another fan I take it?"

"Can you blame her? You're like pretty mixed with hot mixed with beautiful and then given a physical form." Drake said with a grin before he and Mirajane exchanged a quick kiss. "Nice to see you again, babe."

"You too." Mirajane giggled. "I take it the job went well?"

"Yep." Drake said as he sat on a stool, Lucy quickly setting next to him since she'll be out of the way of the brawl that was just getting out of control. "Nearly got enough money to open my own demon hunting business... just need to figure out a name for it." He then looked down the stools to the other person sitting at the bar. "Hey Cana, how's your day been?"

"Could be better if I had peace and quiet."

Lucy turned to see Cana Alberona herself. Cana was a tall, slim, and beautiful tanned-skinned young woman with an ample bust. She has mid-back length brown hair with varying shades of color. Two shoulder-length strands of hair frame her face, with the left one starting from a prominent, high fringe. Her hair was curlier in the manga than in the anime, in which it appeared more thick and wavy. She also had large brown eyes and visibly long eyelashes. Just like Lucy, Cana possessed a very voluptuous figure, with large breasts and curvy hips. Her black Fairy Tail symbol was located on the lower left part of her abdomen, right above her hips.

Her outfit left her shapely upper body largely exposed, as she had on a light blue bikini top which features a camouflage pattern, a pair of capri pants, with two bands hanging from each leg and a light belt covered in heart motifs loosely tied around the waist. She completes her general outfit by wearing a pair of high-heeled sandals. She also had a pair of metal bracelets adorning her biceps, bearing an incision composed of many "A"s, and three simple, round metal bracelets on her right wrist.

As Fairy Tail's heaviest drinker, she was just finishing off another glass of wine before letting out a sigh. "See, that's why I don't date the men here because they have no class, least Drake's an exception but he's taken." she said.

Cana then left Lucy flabbergasted by picking up a large barrel of alcohol over her head and started chugging. The blonde Celestial Mage turned to the Demon Hunter. "I think everyone here is insane."

"It looks like that at first, but this is just how we all bond with each other." Drake said with a smirk as he watched Natsu and Gray fighting each other, Gray having stripped down to his boxers. "Gray! Clothes!"

"Dammit!"

Drake looked at Lucy. "Everyone here is one big happy family... one that just loves to fight with each other. So, Lucy, you here to join us?"

"You bet I am!" Lucy said with a grin "It's been my life long dream!"

"What brought you here?" Mirajane asked curiously as she leaned on the bar with her arms folded, showing some of her cleavage off which got Drake's attention. Mirajane smirked as she saw his gaze and tilted his chin up. "Eyes up here lover boy~"

"Tease." Drake growled as she giggled before both looked at Lucy expectantly.

"I... I actually got invited by Natsu." Lucy said and explained the... incident in Hargeon, how she met Natsu and the whole debacle that followed.

"Natsu... always being the troublemaker and leaving destruction in his path." Drake said with an amused shake of his head. "He better hope Erza doesn't find out about the damage he caused, or else she's gonna skin him alive. Gives me a headache every time I have to do it."

"Fight me Natsu!" yelled Gray after kicking some unconscious person away.

"Not until you put some clothes on!" Natsu retorted.

"It's only noon and you boys are whining like spoiled babies!" Proclaimed a masculine voice.

That person was Elfman Strauss. A large, muscular man with tan-colored skin, whose height caused him to tower over most of his fellow guild members. His long white hair is kept styled upwards in long, wavy spikes, his dark eyes possessed no visible eyebrows and his rectangular, elongated face had a stitched scar running down its right side, crossing his right eye. His black Fairy Tail stamp is located on the left part of his neck.

His outfit resembles that worn by high-school hooligans. Consisting of a dark blue jacket with purplish-blue inners, held closed on the front by a line of large buttons, with similar buttons on the sleeves' back and the zip located on the high collar left open. The back of his jacket is adorned by large, light kanjis, which read "The greatest" (一番). Elfman's outfit is completed by loose pants matching his jacket, held up by a simple belt, and traditional geta sandals, held in place by bands colored the same as his jacket's inners

The muscle-bound man was one that believed that all you need to solve a problem are two strong fists. And he demonstrated this by proclaiming, "I'm a real man! Want me to prove it to ya?!"

Out of nowhere, Natsu and Gray whirled around and punched Elfman in the face, ending him flying across the brawling people.

"Shouldn't you stop them?" Lucy asked with concern as she looked at Drake.

"Nah." Drake shook his head. "I just let them go at it... mostly." His right hand opened and caught a cup of beer that slid into his own and he raised it to Cana who nodded back at him. Drake then sipped his drink. "but they try this in my shop when i open it... I'm gonna be pissed."

Suddenly there was a loud stump as a giant foot slammed on the floor.

"WILL YOU MORONS STOP BICKERING LIKE CHILDREN?!" Boomed a giant shadowy figure that towered over everyone that stood in the center of the guild. Everyone froze in place at the booming voice.

"The hell is that?" Lucy whispered to Drake and Mirajane.

"The master." Drake replied back.

"Oh, hey Master!" Mirajane said, getting up. Lucy's jaw dropped as the size of that thing soon dwindled down to an old man.

"Greetings." Master Makarov said in a caring manner. He made his way up to the second floor and looked down on everyone. Everyone was looking at him in anticipation. He then flashed out a pile of complaints on paper. "How annoying! Never ending complaints from the Magic Council! This is the most complaints that has ever been written! All you guys do is drive me mad!" Lots of the guild members looked down in shame as to what they have done. Makarov then grinned. "…however…" he then had the pages torn up and shredded. "I say screw the Magic Council. Now listen, Magic if found to be without reason, and we've come to gain reason because of that. Our magic is meant for greatness, and rules from the Magic Council just keep hammering us down, but these rules only suppress our potential and fail to have us grow as individuals. Don't be afraid of those knuckleheads on the council. Follow your beliefs and strive for the future, because that's what makes Fairy Tail Number One!" Makarov declared and everyone cheered in delight.

Later that day, as Lucy got her Fairy Tail stamp on the back of her hand in pink, Natsu came over, a few bruises decorating his face.

"Hey Lou, how's it feel to be part of Fairy Tail now?" the pinkette asked with a wide toothy grin as Happy flew over and landed beside Drake with a fish in his mouth.

"It's... a lot to take in." Lucy said with a nervous laugh.

"I know, isn't it great?" Natsu asked with a laugh before he turned towards Drake. "Oi, when you'd get back Drake?!"

"Just after you and Lucy here walked in." Drake answered as he was busy scratching Happy's ear, causing the blue magical cat to purr.

"How was the job?" Happy asked as he batted at Drake's finger, like a cat.

"Easy as usual." Drake shrugged.

"Dude, you've gotta take me with you next time!" Natsu yelled.

"I was going to, but you were already on the train to Hargeon looking for Igneel." Drake said with a look to the Dragon-Slayer. "Heard of how that went down by the way, you better hope Erza doesn't hear about it... though knowing her, she already does."

Natsu shivered as he could just imagine how mad Erza will be. Eventually, Natsu went over to the Request board, looking for any job that catches his attention. As he did, Makarov jumped up onto the bar next to Drake.

"Ah, Drake. good to see you again, my boy." Makarov said with a warm smile. "The job go well?"

"Like every other demon extermination job I've taken in the past five years of being here." Drake said with a sigh before he drank the rest of his beer and burped a bit.

"How come my dad hasn't come back yet?" said a young voice that caught Drake's attention. He turned his head to see Romeo Conbolt. He was a slim, young boy with straight, dark purple hair. His bangs were particularly prominent, covering part of his forehead, with some smaller strands jutting outwards from the top of his head. He has large eyes and a small, mildly round nose. His clothing consisted of a dark T-shirt adorned on the front by an S, lighter-colored pleated shorts with two large pockets on the back, and simple sandals, each held up by two bands joined by a round button.

Makarov grunted and looked at the boy. "You're starting to work my nerves, Romeo," he said calmly. "You're a wizard's son. Have faith in your father and wait patiently for him to return."

"But sir, he told me he'd be back in three days, and he's been gone for over a week now!" Romeo shouted.

"If I remember correctly he took the job at Mt. Hakobe," Makarov said.

"That's right! It's not that far away, so why doesn't somebody go and look for him?"

"Listen, kid! Your old man's a wizard and like every other wizard in this guild, he can handle himself!" Makarov said after his patience wore thin. "Go home, have some milk and cookies and wait for him to return!"

Drake watched silently and watched the boy go silent for a moment, before jumping up and punching the guild master in the face. "Jerk!" He yelled. Wiping away his tears, the boy then ran out of the guildhall. "I hate you all!"

"Bit harsh." Drake commented after a few seconds of silence.

"Tell me about it." Lucy nodded in agreement.

"I know it sounds like the master doesn't care, but he really is worried," Mirajane said as she stocked a few shelves.

Suddenly there was a loud crashing. They all turned to see that was Natsu who punched the broad with a crush crushed request. Breaking the board by leaving a crack in it. He then turned around and started walking off out of the guild as Nab, a large man that would usually stand at the board, chewed him out. However, Natsu ignored him and continued out the door.

"This doesn't look good, master. You know how he could be," Nab complained. "I bet he's going up to Mt. Hakobe to save Macao."

"When is that kid ever going to grow up?" said another guild member.

"Who knows. Going after Macao isn't going to do anything except hurt his pride."

With two small bandages on his nose, Makarov sighed and looked as Natsu and Happy walked away from the guild. "Remember, Nab, we can't choose another's path. Just leave him be," he told them.

"Why did Natsu get so upset?" Lucy asked, concerned for the pink-haired boy.

"Natsu barged off like that because he sees Romeo as himself. He had it rough worrying about his father, and he doesn't want Romeo to feel the same. It was rough for Natsu to find Igneel." Mirajane explained.

"Igneel..." Lucy thought back to when Natsu said he was looking for a dragon named Igneel back in Hargeon. It didn't take long for her to put two and two together, "Wait…you mean that Igneel is Natsu's father?!"

Mirajane nodded. "It's a sad story. Natsu was taken in by Igneel, who became his foster father. He taught Natsu to write, the culture, even Fire Dragon Slayer Magic. One day, Igneel disappeared and was never heard of since. This made Natsu want to find him wherever a dragon is heard of. No luck up to this point."

Drake was looking into his empty cup, lost in thought as Romeo's words had taken him back to the past. He thought of his own father, how he felt when Sparda went away and never came back. Part of Drake thought Sparda had abandoned him and his mother, and that's why the demons attacked that night which led to the death of his mother. A night that stills haunts Drake to this day.

"Ugh, why'd you come with us?" Natsu groaned from motion sickness as he, Happy, Drake, and Lucy were riding in a horse carriage the following day towards Mt. Hakobe. Drake and Lucy were sitting together and looking down at Natsu as he was lying down on the opposite seat. Moaning in agony thanks to his motion sickness. Leaning against the seat beside Drake was Rebellion.

"I thought maybe I can help," Lucy said.

"Seriously Natsu, you gotta find a way to overcome that motion sickness." Drake said with a shake of his head. Natsu just groaned in response.

"So, why did you come along, Drake?" Lucy asked.

Drake thought for a moment before shrugging his shoulders. "i get bored easily, plus I wanted to help Romeo out," he said. But he was about to ask her the same thing, figuring she felt sorry for Natsu or was trying to raise her reputation within the guild, she wouldn't be the first. Suddenly the cart slowly came to a stop. "That was quick."

"ALRIGHT! WE STOPPED MOVING!" Natsu yelled, having been revived from his sickness.

As he and Happy began dancing around the small space together, the carriage driver looked back at them through the small window behind him and said, "Sorry, but this is as far as I can get you," said the driver.

Drake frowned before he opened the doors only to be hit by a strong gust of freezing wind. Drake gritted his teeth at the cold but he saw that they were high up the mountain and in the middle of a blizzard. The Demon Hunter picked up Rebellion and sheathed it across his back before he jumped out the carriage. Lucy stepped out after him, shivering like a little dog.

"When did it start snowing?!" she exclaims. "It's a frozen wasteland."

Drake wasn't really affected by the cold, something to do with his demon blood, plus he's been in colder places before. Natsu didn't feel the cold either thanks to his dragon fire within him.

After a little bit of walking, Lucy had enough of the cold.

"Natsu, I'm freezing!" Lucy inquires.

"That's what happens when you where such light clothing." Natsu replies.

"You're one to talk!" she retorts. She then came up with an idea. "Open: Gate of the Clock Consolation – Horologium!" a giant grandfather clock then came from a golden glow.

"So, you're a Celestial Mage, huh?" Drake asked before he blinked when Lucy took the liberty and put herself inside his hollow inside. Shutting the door behind it and wrapped herself in Natsu's blanket as she huddled inside the hollow space. Lucy started speaking, but it couldn't be heard.

"What's she saying?" Natsu asked.

Drake was able to make out what she was saying. "She said she ain't coming out."

"She said, 'I'm staying in here and I'm not coming out,'" said Horologium, speaking for Lucy.

"No shit," Drake deadpanned as the spirit.

"'What kind of crazy job would force Macao to come to a place like this?' she inquired," the spirited reiterated.

"You should've asked that before you came with," Natsu said with his arms folded. "He went to slay a Vulcan. It's a big monster." Lucy looked at him in horror, and started shivering in fear instead of cold.

"I want to back to the guild!" Lucy cried in her safe space, which Horologium reiterated.

"'Go ahead and be my guest!' I say back," Natsu said, copying how the clock spoke as he, Drake, and Happy pressed on to find Macao.

Just then, a huge ape like creature was jumping from the cliff above, catching Drake's attention.

"Guys above us!" Drake alarmed, having all three dodged the bog gorilla's assault.

"That's a big Vulcan!" Happy exclaimed. They then noticed the twenty-foot beast sniffing about and racing after Lucy, who was inside Horologium.

"Not so fast!" proclaimed Drake as he whipped out Ebony and Ivory and fired at the big gorilla who dodged the bullets before running up and backhanded Drake, sending him crashing into Natsu. Both fell on the ground and into the snow. The Vulcan then grabbed Horologium and ran off.

"'Help me you two buffoons!' she yells furiously." Horologium reiterates. The Vulcan got out of site, leaving only the guys to track them down. Natsu had Happy fly ahead and try to stay close enough to trace.

"'How did I get myself into this mess? And what's with this giant monkey? Why is it so excited?' she asks tearfully." Horologium reiterated what Lucy said as she still hid inside of him. The Vulcan had taken her up near the summit of Mt. Hakobe and into one of the ice caves. Now it was dancing around the two. Trapping her inside as Horologium wasn't a spirit that could fight back.

The Vulcan pressed its face against the glass of Horologium's chest. "Woman," it said, leering at her. Lucy shivered.

Suddenly, Horologium glowed and then disappeared in a poof.

"WHERE'D YOU GO, HOROLOGIUM? Don't you disappear on me!" Lucy screamed. With no protection from the Vulcan, she backed away from it.

"Sorry, but my time is up," he declared as he completely vanished. Returning to the Celestial Spirit World. "Take care."

"GET ME AN EXTENSION! PLEASE!" Lucy screamed to no avail, cowering before the Vulcan.

"Pretty woman," said the leering monster, approaching Lucy and reached out to touched her. Suddenly, it was hit by a dropkick that sent it into the wall, thanks to Drake who had arrived, Rebellion in hand.

The Vulcan looked and glared as Drake and Natsu rushed at it.

"Hey, you big ape! Where's Macao! TELL ME-!"

Natsu suddenly tripped on the icy floor. He screamed while doing several tumbles, before sliding out a hole in the wall and was sent falling down the mountain.

"NATSU!" Lucy screamed, standing to her feet.

Happy flew down to get him as Drake stared at the hole Natsu fell out of in disbelief. "Not again." Drake sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. Lucy moved away from the Vulcan as the Demon Hunter turned to face the ape as it pounded his chest.

"Okay monkey boy." Drake said as he rolled his shoulders and pointed Rebellion at the Vulcan. "You picked the wrong girl to take as some bride." Drake then looked at Lucy. "Don't just stand there! Summon a fighter or something!"

"Don't push your luck!" Lucy shouts and then brings out a golden key. "Open: Gate of the Golden Bull – Taurus!" A large bull, that was humanoid, then appeared with a big axe.

"Cow?" questioned the Vulcan.

"Get ready you banana perv, because Taurus is the strongest Celestial Spirit I'm contracted with!" exclaimed Lucy. Taurus then got hearts in his eyes.

"My Miss Lucy, you're looking as hot as ever, how about a smooooch." Taurus said.

"Oh yeah, he's also the biggest perv I know as well." Lucy sighed.

"My woman!" the Vulcan growled. This shocked Taurus out of his trans and made him all riled up.

"Your woman?!" protested Taurus, gripping his axe, "Them fighting words ya moooonkey!" Taurus then jumped and came down with the axe on the Vulcan. The ugly beast caught it just in the last moment, his two hands holding the sides of the blades.

Drake ran and dropkicked the Vulcan right in the face, then brought the grip of Rebellion into it's stomach before he delivered a hard kick to the face, sending the Vukcan flying. While in midair, the giant ape was hit in the back by a surprise attack by Natsu using his Fire Dragon's Claw, which was a flaming kick.

The Vulcan clashed on its face as Natsu was set down on the ground by Happy, who was carrying him by the back of his vest. "Thanks, buddy," the Dragon-Slayer said.

"Aye!" Happy replied.

This struck confusion to Lucy while Drake stood with them and gave Natsu a nod. "Wait a minute. How were you able to survive out there?" Questioned the blonde young woman.

Natsu grinned as the blue cat floated over them. "Happy came to save me," he said, looking up at Happy. "Thanks a lot, buddy."

"Aye!"

But this just confused Lucy as it didn't click with her. "Hang on, so you can't handle other modes of transportation, but flying with Happy's okay," she asked.

"What kind of stupid question is that?" Natsu asked, looking very put off by the question. "Happy isn't a vehicle, he's my friend."

Lucy stared at him for a moment before she decided not to question it for the sake of her sanity. "Sure. Because that makes a lot of sense."

"Just don't question it, Lucy." Drake said with a smirk. "You'll go insane if you do."

Drake and Natsu both then had just enough time before the ape tried to attack them. They dodged and did a double combo attack that struck the Vulcan and it flew back and grabbed hold of a stalagmite. It turned and used the momentum to try and fly back into the two. Drake got out of the way but grabbed the Vulcan's ankle and slammed it into the ground. Drake then jumped onto the Vulcan and began punching it in the face repeatedly until it stopped moving.

"Now stay down!" Drake said before he got off the Vulcan who suddenly began transforming back into a man.

"Macao!" Natsu and Drake exclaimed in surprise.

Lucy stood there just as dumbfounded as the other two. "HUH?!" Lucy shrieked in surprise.

"It looked as though he was possessed by a Vulcan." Explained Happy. "Let me explain. Vulcan's thrive my invading and using other bodies, much like a Take Over."

They all then skipped the chatting and tended to Macao's wounds.

"Don't you dare die on me! Romeo's waiting for you! Macao!" shouted Natsu. Macao then slowly opened his eyes and groaned. He was bandaged in the abdomen and a little in both arms.

"Heh, how pitiful", muttered Macao, "There were twenty of them. I managed to take down nineteen, but the twentieth got me. I'm too shamed to go back."

"Don't put yourself down like this, buddy." encouraged Drake, "Nineteen of those big brutes is an accomplishment. Why beat yourself up? If anything, you'd set a good example for your kid on how to go through a job, so how about we quit talking and get you back to your son?" Natsu then grabbed Macao by his hand and took him home by having him lean on Natsu for support.

It was sundown by the time the five got back. Romeo was thinking of how some bullies picked on him and how he made his dad go on a job. When he saw his dad come home, he tackle him out of joy.

"DAD!" Romeo shrieked. "I'm sorry! It's all my fault!"
