I do not own The Loud House or anything involving the Pokemon franchise in any form of way.

All right belong to Nickelodeon, Gamefreak, Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Creatures Inc, and Satoshi Tajiri.

This will be my first free range Pokemon story that will not be based on any game.

This story will take inspiration from Pokemon Journeys, The Pokemon Adventures Manga, and the Loud House.

I will try to make this story my masterpiece so let's see how it goes!

It was just another normal day in the state of Michigan, or more specifically in the eastern part of Michigan, in the town of Royal Woods. This town was home to many unique places like the Aloha Comrade and Lynn's Table.

It was also home to many unique people from Mayor Davis to local con man Phillip Philipini, better known as Flip. But there was one group among all the citizens of Royal Woods that stood out from everyone else, that grouping none other than the Loud family of twelve sixteen Franklin avenue.

The Louds consisted of the owner of Lynn's Table as well as its head chef, Lynn Loud Sr, his wife and columnist for the Royal Woods gazette, Rita Loud, and their eleven children.

Ten girls and one very special boy.

His name is Lincoln Loud, and this is the story of how he became the very best that there ever was!

How he became a Pokemon Master!

It all started on the day of his 12th birthday...

-=O=-

"Ahhhhhhh...good morning, Loud House!"shouted Lincoln as he got out of bed and began stretching so he could begin a new day.

"Well it's official Lincoln. As of this morning you are officially twelve years old!"said Lincoln, who was super excited about his 12th birthday as it indicated that he was finally a teenager, or at the very least the preteen!

"Now this is the year where I make my debut among the many talented people that is my family! No more Lincoln the golf caddy, no more Lincoln the pageant coach,... no more Lincoln the practice dummy...No, this is the year that Lincoln finally figures out what he is good at and he should really stop talking in the third person."said Lincoln to himself as he began changing out of his orange pajamas.

As soon as Lincoln was down to his underwear he began putting on his socks before putting on his jeans and finally finishing off with his orange Polo shirt and white sneakers. Then Lincoln went over to his mirror and began combing his hair into its usual turkey tail shape.

"Ahh! It's the same look I have every day but it's the look I have chosen and I am content with that."said Lincoln with a big smile on his face as he exited his bedroom to get to the hallway.

"Huh, where is everyone?"asked Lincoln as he noticed that none of his family seem to be around, as usually by now his sisters would be making a ruckus as they get ready for the day.

"Lori is back for fall break so I wonder where she is? By now she should be calling Bobby and talking to him as those two cannot go a day without speaking to each other, I swear."said Lincoln, wondering where his family could have gone.

Lincoln then headed downstairs to see if his family was there when out of nowhere his family jumped out and yelled surprise as a bunch of streamers and confetti were released!

"SURPRISE!"yelled the loud family their confetti fireworks to a smiling Lincoln.

"Ahhh! You shouldn't have."said Lincoln, although he was just being modest as he actually quite enjoyed the surprise.

"Happy birthday Lincoln!"said his family as his father presented Lincoln a stack of breakfast pancakes.

"Ohhh! Chocolate chip pancakes, my favorite!"said Lincoln as he grabbed the pancakes and immediately started eating them with a fork that was on the plate.

"Well, it is your special day so we can hold off on our chocolate addiction for now."said Lori, as she and the rest of the Loud sisters are well known chocoholics.

"Yeah, we can talk chocolate it for a moment, Hahahahahaha! Get it? Get it?"joked Luan, causing everyone to grown as it was a bad pun.

"Hahahah! Good one sweetie."said Lynn Sr, who was the only one who usually found his jokester of a daughter puns funny

"Wow! I can't believe you guys did this for me as these pancakes are delicious!"said Lincoln, as these were by far the best pancakes he has ever had.

"Your welcome sweetie. We know you got your 12th birthday is a monumental birthday and we want to make sure that you know that you are special to us. Now remember that we have that pizza party at Gus's Games and Arubs later tonight so don't be late as it was not easy booking the big table. It's never easy to book the big table..."said Rita, as Gus really made her negotiate for the biggest table in the restaurant.

"I understand mom, and I promise I'll be extra careful when I go exploring behind the house."said Lincoln, as one of the things he wanted to do on his 12th birthday is explore the large Forest like area in the back of the Loud House.

Lincoln has been out there before but he's never really ventured deep into the forest and he had the biggest parents and negotiate with them that on his 12th birthday he would be able to do it. Now the reason Lincoln wanted to do it is cuz it was one of the things on his bucket list and he wanted to get it over with when he finally turned the monumental age of twelve.

"Are you sure you don't want me going along with you, Lincoln? I mean I know a little bit about survival so I could definitely help."said Lana, volunteering to go with her brother.

"I appreciate the offer Lana but I'm only going to be out there for a hour or two at most. So you guys have nothing to worry about as I have charged my phone and if anything goes wrong I will immediately call you guys for help."said Lincoln, as he couldn't wait to see what the back of his house that has never been explored before had to offer.

"Just remember that your grandfather is in town and is really excited to see you Lincoln, especially on your big birthday."said Lynn Sr, as his father Leonard Loud was back for a while from his fishing expedition to see his grandson on his 12th birthday.

"I know, Dad. I'm excited to see Gramps too as I know it's been a while."said Lincoln, as he usually didn't hang out with his grandfather from his father's side because of his job as a fisherman.

"Well, we're going to hit the ball and we're going to find the best outfit you can wear for your birthday Lincoln."said Leni with excitement.

"Don't let her pick out anything too girly again, please."whispered Lincoln to Luna, as Leni tends to have a habit of picking freely stuff for Lincoln when he really doesn't like it.

"Don't worry, bro. I got you."said Luna, causing Lincoln to let out of sigh of relief.

"Well, we better get going as the the churros at the mall are almost ready and I like them when they're fresh out of the oven."said Lola, before looking at Lincoln."Do you want me to save you one?"

"No thanks. I'm trying to save up my appetite for my birthday Pizza."said Lincoln, knowing he would have to burn the calories from the pancakes if he wanted to stuff his face with pizza later in the evening.

"Well, good luck Lincoln and be safe."said Lynn, before doing her tradition of punching Lincoln in the arm twelve times as it was his 12th birthday.

"Ow..."said Lincoln as he rubbed his arm.

"Try to be careful Lincoln has Great Grandma Harriet said that something big was going to happen to you today."said Lucy as she appeared behind Lincoln, scaring him in the rest of the family as they didn't see her approach him.

"Thanks Lucy, I'll keep that in mind."said Lincoln as he was regaining his composure as he swears that one day Lucy is going to give him a heart attack.

"We have to get going as the wheat used to make the delicious treats known as churro should be setting at any moment and we need to be there before the mob takes all the delicious sweet treats."said Lisa, as last time they were laid there was no more churros left as they were extremely popular.

"Yeah. Now let's get going and see what else we need for Lincoln's party since one of us forgot to RSVPs on getting supplies."said Lori, looking over at Luan.

"I'm so ashamed."said Luan, knowing that she could have done better as planning out parties was kind of her job.

"Come on kids. No more blaming each other and let's go get some of the last minute stuff."said Rita, as everyone was about to head out before Lincoln stops them.

"You forgot someone."said Lincoln, as he picked up Lily.

"Hmph!"said Lily as Rita picked her up nervously, having once again forgotten about her youngest child.

"Thanks son."said Lynn Sr as his family headed out.

"Now to go into that unknown part of Franklin avenue and see what it has to offer."said Lincoln as he began heading outside.

"Heheheheh. I wonder how Lincoln will like my little surprise."said Leonard Loud, Lynn Sr's father and grandfather of the Loud siblings from their father's side.

Lincoln on the other hand had already scaled the fence from the backyard and headed deep into the trees and bushes that consisted of the many Forest that existed on Franklin avenue. Lincoln was excited as he only has ever gone a few yards into the forest before his parents tell him to come back or not to go in there as there was an incident with his older sisters before he was born that resulted in most of the loud family being forbidden from entering this park of Franklin avenue.

Lincoln was the first Loud in a long time to venture into this small forest and wanted to see what it have to offer as not even Lana has been here, and he knows more than anyone that she has tried... she has tried.

'I'm so excited for my birthday as this is the year I finally make my debut among my sisters and show the whole world that I'm just as good as they are! I know I'm like the emotional support being that holds his family together and I help my sisters a lot but I want to venture out in my own and show everyone what Lincoln Loud can do and when someone mentions the name Lincoln Loud, no more will people say oh the middle child of those famous Loud sisters.' thought Lincoln, as he had a feeling that this year was going to be the year that he would show all of Royal woods and possibly the whole world the name, Lincoln Loud.

"I can't wait to see what Gramps got me as I heard it's something very special. He told me he got it from an old friend who saved his life a whole bunch of years ago... I wonder what it could be."said Lincoln, who was super excited to see what his grandfather had gotten him as Leonard Loud was a bit of an eccentric, meaning whatever he got Lincoln had to be very, very special.

"Man, I have ventured deep into this mini forest and I still haven't seen anything that calls out to me...Wait, is that an egg?"asked Lincoln, who looked over and spotted what appeared to be an egg with red polka dots.

"This is a big egg? I have never heard of a bird laying an egg with red polka dots? I wonder if someone painted it."said Lincoln as he was approaching the egg.

"This egg is huge! I think it was laid by an ostrich but does an ostrich lay an egg like this? I don't think so."said Lincoln as he inspected the egg.

"This texture tells me that this egg is...wait, is the egg glowing!"said Lincoln as he noticed that the egg began glowing.

Lincoln didn't know what to do and was about to call his parents before something amazing happened before his eyes! There in front of them the egg began glowing in soon something took shape as the glowing began to dissipate.

It was a rabbit like creature approximately a foot in height. It's body was mostly covered with white fur, with patches of red fur on its ears, neck, and feet. The rabbit like creature appear to have a bandage on its nose along with similar looking patches on its feet. It had yellow when it's ears and Lincoln honestly found the creature to be really cute as it opened its red eyes.

"Um, hey little guy."said Lincoln as the rabbit like creature opened his eyes and smiled at Lincoln before hopping over to him.

"Woah, easy little guy."said Lincoln as the rabbit like creature was hugging him.

Lincoln then looked over where the egg was and noticed that there was something else, well two things actually.

Lincoln saw a ball of some kind. It was red on top, white on the bottom, and had a black line in the middle with what looked like a white button in the very center. Next to the strange looking ball was a note that was written in print.

Lincoln decided to pick up the note as he wanted to see what it said.

"Hello, it you have found this note then you have found this egg that contains the Pokemon known as Scorbunny, the rabbit Pokemon. This creature is from a species of monsters known as Pocket Monsters, but are better known as Pokemon. To capture the Scorbunny in front of you, simply tap its head with the ball and it will be absorbed inside. The ball is known as a Pokeball that has the ability to shrink, making it easier to carry a Pokemon around with you. Also, if you're the first person to rabbit pokémon sees then it will imprint on you immediately so I have a feeling that whoever you are, you and Scorbunny will be the best of friends."said Lincoln as he read the note out loud.

"Well... Scorbunny. I have a feeling we're going to be the best of friends."said Lincoln as he picked up the Pokeball.

"Are you ready to go inside this thing?"asked Lincoln, as Scorbunny responded by tapping its head on the Pokeball, causing it to open up and release a red light that absorbed the rabbit Pokemon inside.

Lincoln dropped the ball as it began wiggling for a few moments before it stopped wiggling and I click sound was heard.

"I guess I'll take that as a yes."said Lincoln as he picked up the Pokeball and push the button in the middle, causing it to shrink down.

"Wow! Lisa would definitely want to see this. But I don't want my friend to be experimented on so I'll wait until I make sure Mom and Dad will keep him safe, then I will show him to the rest of the family."said Lincoln as he put the Pokeball in his pocket and began to walk back to the loud house, as he still had to do his preparations before he headed off to Gus's Games and Grub to prepare for his birthday!

Meanwhile, Leonard appeared out of a bush and looked super excited.

"I knew Lincoln would love that Scorbunny. I'm so excited to give him my present as I know he'll love exploring the Kanto Region like I did when Professor Oak saved my life all those years ago."said Leonard, revealing that he was the one who put the Pokemon egg, note, and Pokeball there in the first place.

"I know you'll love what I have ready for you, Lincoln. Just you wait."

[After waking up to an amazing start of his 12th birthday. Lincoln suddenly finds himself the owner of a Scorbunny, the rabbit Pokemon. Now Lincoln doesn't know anything about Pokemon but something interesting will happen as his Great Grandma Harriet has already predicted it. Now will Lincoln be able to handle what his grandfather has in store for him? Only time will tell as the journey continues]

[To Be Continued]

Hey everyone, PrimusPilus here to give his two cents.

Yeah, I have decided to do a free-range Pokemon story and not base one on a game as I feel it's too demanding on my psyche and will eventually burn me out.

This story is more free-range than I hope to do a better job on this than I have on my previous failures of pokemon X the Loud House stories.

Now I decided to go with Scorbunny as the starter Pokemon fence it's a rabbit and Lincoln has shown in the past that he's tied to rabbits.

Warren and Bun Bun such examples.

Anyway I have decided to go with Kanto simply because it's the OG raging and I really like it.

Now I won't be following the Pokemon anime as more like I'll be facing the story of Pokemon origins more than anything.

But the story will not be based on something consistent and I hope to make it my masterpieces I want to work hard on this story and show everyone what I can do!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this story and I hope to see you all next time.

PrimusPilus, signing out!
