"This is your call, are you sure you want her to join now?" Fury questioned as we watched Ghost-Spider, AKA Gwen Stacy, catch a cop car, stopping it from completely going through the wall.

"Its time, she's getting more reckless, so its a win/win." I said, my arms crossed as I watched her get stuck to the wall then webbed The Trapster's gun, causing it to explode and cover him in his own goop. "I'm going in." I said, with the sky getting covered by the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, casting a major shadow on the ground.

Stepping off the Roof, I held my hand up and used my hook shot to slow my decent. Landing behind her, I retracted my hook shot, where she turned to look at me. Seeing her jump back, where I crossed my arms. "You make it a job on sneaking up on me?" She questioned, with me looking to my right, where she did the same.

"You're getting reckless." I said, looking at the car in the wall, to the kid glued to the light post, to a car completely covered, to a horse stuck to the ground. "We have to talk." I said, looking back at Gwen, who looked like she had just lost.

"At least I stopped the bad guy?" She said sheepishly, with me narrowing my eyes at her, before sighing.

"No one's saying that you didn't stop the bad guy, but look around you!" I said, holding my hand out to the damages. "Is this how Captain America would of done it?" I asked, with her looking at the horse and then back at me. "He would of stopped The Trapster in five seconds, you took three minutes with lots of collateral damage!" I said, jerking my head at the Trapster.

"I do a good job!" She shot back, with me walking past her.

"For a clueless rookie." I said, rolling my eyes at her.

"Rookie, I've been Ghost-Spider for two years now, and you're calling me a Rookie? You've been Assassin for a year, there's no way you're better than me!" She said, with me looking back at her.

"I'm no longer Assassin, I go by Creed, Agent Creed." I said, shocking her. "As for the rookie part, I got you beat in terms of experience and leadership skills." I said, turning to face her. "Look at each and every hero, they were all novice at one point in time." I said, with her nodding. "In the end, they got better training and joined up on a team or went solo." I said, walking up to her. "I'm willing to turn spectacular, into an Amazing." I said, her eyes widening once I said that. "Tell me, do you remember what day it is?" I asked, her eyes widening even more as I said that.

"Peters birthday." She said, with me nodding.

"You have honored him by doing what you do, you fight so that people don't end up in the same situation as him, as do I." I said, placing a hand on her shoulder as she turned away, looking down at the ground. "But at this rate, I believe its time to train you, to become the best you can, the Ultimate Ghost-Spider." I said, gaining her attention as she liked the sound of that.

"How Ultimate is Ultimate?" She questioned, with me taking out a knife and tossing it behind me, where it opened up and shot a net at the escaping Trapster, with the net shocking him until he passed out.

"That Ultimate." I said, smirking at her shocked expression.

"Ok, that was cool, especially the no looking part!" She said, with her phone going off. "I should set my Ultimate Phone to Ultimate Vibrate!" She said with a small laugh, with her taking her hand.

"Your tech needs some upgrade." I said, placing a S.H.I.E.L.D. web shooter on her wrist, with it blending in. "S.H.I.E.L.D. Tech has created this next gen web shooter, consider it a gift." I said, taking her other hand and placing the other one on as well.

"Too big, too clunky." She said, making me smirk as she held her hand up. "I didn't say no!" She said, with me nodding.

"With your skills and my teaching, you could end up as an Avenger." I said, shocking her at what I said.

"Can I have some time to think about it?" She asked, with me nodding, watching as she took off.

"Get the clean up crew, code Glue." I said as I placed a finger on my ear. "And Director Fury, don't engage in Ghost-Spiders guests, this will be the deciding point in her life." I said, making my way over to the hover car that landed not far from me. "She will be on her way to the Helicarrier later tonight." I said as I got in.

Later that night

"She's coming, everyone, battle stations!" I said, standing up and walking away from the screen as I saw Gwen making her way up to the Helicarrier. "Keep her moving, don't give her an opening, no killing blows, make her work her ass off for this position!?" I commanded as I made my way towards the exit, pointing at each and every one of the gunners as I gave each order. "Do not go easy on her either, she has to prove to us that she wants to join S.H.I.E.L.D!?" I yelled, walking out and making my way towards the deck.

Reaching the deck, I walked over towards the edge and watched as Gwen swung herself up and landed, where I pulled out a switch and pressed it, opening up all of the turrets and aiming them at her with lasers. Seeing her move, the lasers stuck to the same spot that they were.

Seeing her look at me, I turned off the turrets, with me putting away the switch in the process. Seeing Gwen remove her mask, I smiled as her hair was longer, even having pink on the tips of her hair. She saluted me, where I crossed my arms with a smirk. "Your Friendly Neighborhood Ultimate Ghost-Spider reporting for duty sir!" She said, with me nodding while she put her hand down.

"Welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D. Ghost-Spider, hope you survive the experience." I said, smiling at her, before walking back to my post.

"To be continued?" Gwen said, scratching her head in confusion.
