Since Queen Elsa's death in 1922, several Norwegian Scientists preserved her DNA and blood in the hopes of creating countless generations of Elsa clones to pass on the crown of Arendelle to as their queen some day. And by 1980, they managed to get started on their cloning process, but the clones were highly unstable, shattering into ice crystals within seconds. After millions of failures (Thousands lasting more than 4 minutes) they decided to abandon the project altogether by 1983...
...Until they were given technology from Metropolis' Star Labs as well as cloning tech from Area 51 in Early 1990, and because of this, they were able to create the perfect clones of Queen Elsa, completely stable, but unfortunately, their aging is almost nonexistent, stopping the aging process at the age of 10, taking a permanent look of a 10 year old. So, the frustrated scientists have tried repeatedly to get the clones to age like normal princesses since then, with little success, with only 13 clones capable of growing up to adult age (18-29), but running off to start lives of their own across the world. This got the scientists to just settle with what they had so far.
But for what it's worth, the cloning was a success. In fact, everything about them was the same. Same body, same expression, same voice; Everything, from the length of their dresses, down to the shade of their hair. Scientists had made an army of perfect copies of Young Elsa.. But there's a slight difference, however.
The clones are more control of their powers than the original Elsa when they were young, thanks to help from Professor Hansen, a brilliant scientist and philanthropist. Some still have problems, but they're not as major as it was when the first 25 Elsa clones were first created in December 1990.
Since then, the younger clones created a society of their own outside their educational districts. But one of the Child Elsas often wondered about life outside the cloning base. She may get her wish one day...
August 23rd, 1991
The sun rose on a beautiful morning, and light shined through the windows, waking up a little girl as she opened her blue eyes and sat up in her bed.
She was a cute little 10 year old girl, blue eyes, rosy cheeks, thin pink lips, a small nose, long platinum-blonde hair, and pale skin with a light dusting of freckles. She wore light blue pajamas and white slippers. Her name is Clone E-1.
Clone E-1 got out of bed and went to her closet, and opened it. Her casual outfits consisted of a dress with a long-sleeved vest over a blouse and bodice favoring a blue-black color scheme.
"It's August 1991. Another day." Clone E-1 said, bored. "I wonder what Professor Hansen has in store for all of us."
She then places on the outfit and looks at herself in the mirror. She looks disgusted by the look of it. Since her creation, she lived in a restricted frame. Having to learn how to be a proper princess and eventually a queen when the time has come. It was the same thing day in and day out. She has been dealing with this since December 1990, and frankly, she's gotten sick of it already, between learning how to be a princess and a queen and being severely limited to what she can and cant do, she easily gets bored of it because it's just the same schtick every day...
"It's possibly the same thing, learning how to be a princess and a queen, and having nothing but a higher education than most humans." Clone E-1 said, condescendingly.
She exited the bedroom, only to see several hundred clones exit their own rooms, greeting each other by saying good morning to one another. Then they all walked down the halls, off to start another day of learning about how to be a princess and life as well.
Clone E-2 walked up to E-1 as she said, "Good morning, E-1!"
"And it's good to see you as well, E-2..." E-1 said, bored.
As she walked down the to the main part of the building, she saw countless clones of herself, either interacting with each other, playing with each other, or arguing with each other.
Some of the clones, E-12 and E-392 walked towards E-1 & 2, eagerly. "Hi, girls! Since the Weekend is coming, wanna play with us?"
"Well, that's what we usually do..." E-1 dryly said, shrugging.
"Sure!" E-2 said, happily. "Wanna meet up at the playground district this weekend?"
"Can we do something else?" E-1 said, curious.
"Why?" E-2 laughed. "Don't you like what you do?"
"No..." E-1 said, sighed, indifferent. "Just want something to change for once in my life."
E-1 then grimaced awkwardly as the clones headed to their education districts. This is gonna be another boring day.
