I'll say what I told the original author of Trinity Cross. I talked about my plans for my story and she still insisted that it won't be terrible. This may not turn out well because of the direction I'm deciding to take it. Instead of the story arcs of the Rosario + Vampire manga happening in the R+V universe, I'm gonna have them occur in the feudal era while focusing on the canon story arcs of Inuyasha at the same time as well. Also, Akasha Bloodriver, along with Touhou Fuhai, Tenmei Mikogami, Alucard, and Naraku, would play a VERY important role in the story obviously. I don't wanna write a story that's randomly going in different directions.

SPOILER ALERT! SKIP AHEAD IF YOU DON'T LIKE SPOILERS.

The relationship between Inuyasha and Outer Moka will happen A LOT faster than with Inner Moka, mainly because if you read the R+V manga, Inner Moka didn't really open up to Tsukune until the second season of the manga. Outer Moka is sweet to the point that she opens up to people easily while Inner Moka is cold and has zero trust issues and doesn't like to open up to people. Also, I don't wanna go with the whole "get together at the end" cliche. Honestly, that trope has been played out way to many times and it personally annoys me to the max.

.

.

.

Also another thing I wanna add, Outer Moka will NOT be useless in this story. If I'm not allowing her to be useless in my other story "CROSSED", then what sense would it make for me to make her the damsel in distress? It was hard for me to come up with a weapon that might suit Outer Moka, but the choice of weapon, I'll try to make it work.

CHAPTER ONE: PARIAH

"A person without status. A rejected member of society. An outcast."

EMERALD EYES were focused on the deep blue skies with white clouds through the glass window. The sky itself started to darken, covered with loud thunder, wild winds, and devious strikes of deeply saturated colors of lighting.

She shifted a bit in her desk and continued to watch the trees rustle slightly from where she sat. Everything that was transpiring around her mattered to her. The number of human students in the room went unacknowledged. Not even the important lesson the class instructor was giving did little to capture her interest. These people meant nothing to her.

As ridiculous as it sounded, the window that led to the outside was her only escape from this hellish life that was given to her by force. She spent days and even years longing for a way to live a much better life. Any life but this one. To be fairly honest, she even questioned herself why she was here in a world filled with prejudice and segregation. She was born in a world she never asked to live in; the Human World.

That is the label she had for this world.

The human world had many topics that could cause a trigger in a person who's endured a worst experience.

Bullying

Racism

Classism

Swearing

Torture

Violence

Abuse

Blood

Blood.

There was what she needed the most in order to survive, for she was not an ordinary human. But of course, that was hard to achieve, due to the isolation of her existence. The Human World only had a place for humans and nothing else more.

In this world, they feared her. In this world, they abominated her.

Abominated for being a different race to humans. Everyone around her in this world was human...everyone around her was normal...everyone around her could talk with each other without a problem. However...she was not allowed to do any of that...all because of what she was to them.

A shinso vampire.

A monster who has breathed off the face of the human earth. No human dared try to consider her an equal to them. They wanted her to stand out to remind her she was nothing like them. To remind her of what her place was in their human world. The bottom of the barrel.

To this very day, it continues. As many days pass on, everything gets worst and worst for her, every day that she's here on this earth. The bullying, the abuse, and the name-calling. The entire human population continued to look down on her as if she were scum. Many labeled her a "bastard child" born from the devil himself. An abomination to human life.

However, although they ridiculed her, she can never bring herself to fight back.

The bell rang, signaling that it was the end of the day. As she packed up her materials, getting ready to go home for the day, she heard whispers from behind her as she walked.

"Wow, even after all the hell we give her, I'm genuinely surprised she still going here." commented one of the girls. "Seriously? What's it gonna take for her to stop coming to this school? She knows we don't want her here, so why won't she just leave?"

"Yeah. That blood-sucking slut should know better to think she's human with that nasty ass hair of hers." added another girl.

"Really? This subject again? Don't tell me you're still pissed about her sleeping with the guy you liked. C'mon, it was a year ago, there's plenty of guys out there for you." reassured a guy.

"Whatever. It's not like it's not true anyway because he dumped her ass right on the spot at the party afterwards."

"Hey, I heard this rumor going around about her hating humans like us and saying that we're no better than monsters."

"She should talk. She's a freak, who should have never been born in the first place. I bet she goes around trying to drink everyone else's blood."

"Or maybe gives free BJ's in the bathroom, considering what happened last year." snickered another guy.

"Leave it alone. You should know that people like her don't belong here. This world has a place for humans...not monsters like her kind. Why doesn't she just disappear already? She knows she's not wanted here."

"Yeah. The whole world would be better off without bloodsucking monsters like her."

As one of those girls said those words, Moka tightened her hold around her school materials, the pang of hurt and sadness poking at her heart. There are times when Moka believed everything the humans said about her to be true. She was nothing more than a monster. A monster, who allows humans to tear her down.

Moka visibly strolled through the hallway, not acknowledging the whispers and stares she was receiving. Unfortunately for them, Moka didn't care what they were saying about her. At the end of the day, they had nothing else better to do other than tease her and gossip about her. Those were their only source of entertainment. They had an endless obsession with her. Her thoughts were washed away when she felt her shoulder collide hard with a soft one, pushing her back with so much force that she ended up dropping her things.

"Watch it, you undead bitch!" snarled an angry female voice.

Moka looked towards the girl with an apologetic expression. She was naturally pretty, with long black hair, tied up in two long pigtails. Moka longed for an appearance such as the girl's. That way humans wouldn't tease her so much about her pink hair. "Sorry," she muttered as she gathered her fallen materials.

The girl threw Moka a glare one last time before walking away with a huff. But not without making sure the vampire heard these very last words.

"Why bother to live?"

Moka watched the girl's retreating form in both shock and hurt. There were a million harsh things that were said to her, but her being asked why she was alive definitely hurt the most. Moka continued to walk out of the building, refusing to let the words get to her.

The cold air hit her skin, causing the girl to stir awake. Two empty car seats came into view as she tried adjusting her vision. The sweet smell of the air freshener filled her nostrils, giving her a delightful way to wake up from her nap. She blinked a couple of times before sitting up and stretching. A groan left her lips in exhaustion.

Moka pulled on her blue oversized denim jacket and fanned out her long pink hair. Adjusting her fluffy, pink weekender bag on her shoulder, she stepped out of the vehicle in silence, shutting its door and continuing on her way through the dark night. A shiver crawled every place on her skin it could find, alerting her of the freezing cold the night gave off. She pulled the hood over her head to shield herself off from anyone who was to notice her.

Her eyes were blank as she walked along the silent roads of the town. It was a daily routine for her. Attending school during the day and finding a temporary haven to rest in during the silent night. The school was the only place left for her to go to. There was not one home that was warm and caring enough to allow someone like her to stay for a while until she had things figured out.

For practically one year, she's been left on her own to fend for herself. Around the time of her preadolescence, times had gotten tough for her when she was told the fate of her guardian. She was both shocked and slightly devastated at the news, but didn't allow it to show. In her mind, all she knew is that she had to be strong not only for herself but for the person who looked after her all those years. The social workers gave her the offer of staying in an orphanage until they could find a new home suitable for her or until she was at least 18. With little of a choice, Moka reluctantly accepted, as she was far too young to provide for herself.

As expected, she ultimately regretted making that decision. The environment they placed her in was no different than what she was dealing with at a public school she was attending. Not just at school, but at every place she could think of. While being in the orphanage, children weren't particularly fond of her existence, being a victim at the hands of their bullying. The priests, who knew all about her suffering, did nothing to help her situation. Instead, they passed off all the other children's unkindness with a simple "children will be children."

After taking in the amount of abuse, she decided that enough was enough. At that point, Moka didn't even care if she was 16, not yet 18, to leave the orphanage. She just wanted it all to end. With no hesitation, she left that horrid place that didn't seem to accept her for her race as a vampire. From that moment on, she knew nothing around her was going to change. Not one bit.

Spotting a small nearby convenient store, Moka wasted no time in going to it. She opened the door slowly, causing it to make a jingle to alert who has entered. The cashier at the counter paid her no mind and continued to read the magazine in his hands.

A sigh of relief left her lips.

Good. This was the perfect opportunity she needed to grab some food for survival. Before being on her own, she had no intentions of becoming a petty thief. It wasn't the first time she resorted to thievery, having to do so before. However, considering her situation, it couldn't be helped. She needed food to last her until she could find some other way to get blood.

Moka scanned the corners of the ceiling for any surveillance cameras. To make it even better, there were none. If she was going to steal away some food, the last thing she wanted to do was get caught. It was bad enough that her reputation was bad because of her race as a vampire, she didn't need getting arrested to be on permanent record as well.

She walked into the store like a regular customer, trying not to bring suspicion to herself. Moka immediately went to the aisle where they kept the food and snacks. Her hopes were instantly deflated like a balloon when she spotted an off-duty cop nearby the aisle she was heading to. He appeared to be looking around. There seemed to be one or two customers there as well.

The vampire bit her lip in frustration and hid beside the aisle. This was going to be a lot tougher than she thought. Of course, making an attempt of taking and sneaking food into her bag in front of the burly man wouldn't be the smartest decision obviously. Only a complete fool would be that reckless to do so.

Moka threw a glance briefly at the cashier and at the cop. To her relief, the cashier still seemed occupied with reading his magazine. Her eyes were so fixated on the guy at the counter that she barely noticed the cop descending away into another part of the store.

Quickly seizing this opportunity, she slowly and discreetly grabbed a couple of snacks that would last her for now, while keeping a watchful eye on the cop at the other side of the store. Of course, she couldn't leave out the tomato juice, as it served as a substitute for blood.

As she slipped one last can of tomato juice into her bag, she carefully zipped her bag and slung it over both of her shoulders.

Satisfied she could get everything she needed without getting caught, Moka headed towards the entrance.

'I'm glad that's over with.'

Unfortunately for her, her minor victory would be short-lived. The loud sound of an alarm blared through her sensitive ears, alerting everyone in the store that a shoplifter was present. That couldn't be good.

"You over there! Stay right where you are!" bellowed an authoritative voice.

'Shit!' she inwardly cursed before bolting out of the store. Heavy breaths entered in and out of her body as she sprinted at a fast pace. She didn't know nor care where she was running to. All she cared about was not allowing herself to be captured.

"After her! Don't let her get away!" shouted the cop far behind her.

Moka rounded the corner of a building and pressed her back against the wall. The sounds of footsteps, along with panting, filled her ears where she hid.

"Damn. I think I lost her." she heard the cop say with frustration as he looked around for the missing thief. "Ah, man! This is definitely not going to look on my resume. The chief ain't gonna be happy if he finds out I let another suspect get away." he panicked before running ahead to continue his search for the girl.

Moka kept herself hidden and peeked around the corner of the building to check if it was clear to move ahead. Seeing as it was indeed clear, she walked away in the opposite direction.

The moonlight pulled over her body, her rosary glistening through the night. A silent yawn fell from her lips. These stairs felt like an entire eternity with each step she took. Her legs felt like they were going to break in half.

Exhausted.

Beyond exhausted.

Being a homeless individual wasn't simple and easy. It was difficult finding a warm place to stay in, especially when it's during night time. However, finding blood to last her was even harder. Before she left the orphanage, there was a time where Moka had broken into the hospital to achieve transfusion packs to quench her thirst. There were also a few times where she hunted down animals in the forest for their blood.

Poor creatures.

They didn't deserve to suffer from her hunger for blood.

They were innocent.

It greatly pained her to have to brutally slaughter the critters that desired nothing more but to live a peaceful life in the forest. An image of multiple dead animal corpses lying on the ground filled her mind. Nothing but a pile of bones.

Moka winced at the memory.

Their deaths had been slow and painful. She could clearly remember how they were killed. Moka intensely watching each and every last one of her preys in her hiding spot within the forest. When the timing was perfect, she would lash out and harshly sink her fangs into their necks, slowly sucking their blood until they became nothing. A part of her wished she hadn't done so, but the other part of her argued it was for her survival.

She rested her hands on her knees, heavy breaths leaving in and out of her body after walking up a huge flight of stairs. Moka then looked around to find some place to get a goodnight's sleep in. When finally, an old dusty well house caught her eye. The Higurashi Shrine.

During the summer festivals or New Years', Moka would come here sometimes. But at the same time, she was uncertain why.

To possibly make a wish?

But if she were to make a wish, what would it be?

To be human completely?

For the bullying to stop?

A friend, maybe?

Or for people to accept for who she is, shinso vampire or not?

No. The thought of people accepting her regardless of her being a vampire was absurd. It was all she ever wanted, but it was rubbish. It wouldn't be real. None of it would be real. Even if she were accepted with open arms by humanity, it would all just be a mere illusion. A mere illusion created from a simple wish. Many people believed that the antiques of this shrine brought good fortune. But she undermined that claim. Why believe in such things that'll never happen?

As she opened and closed the door to the shrine, Moka stood in front of the sealed-up well and sat her bag on top of it.

It could or couldn't be her imagination. Her ears picked up the sound of light scratching at the bottom of the well. Rather than investigate, she ignored it. For all she knew, she was dead tired, cold, and hungry.

Moka eagerly rummaged around in her bag and pulled out a can of tomato juice. Just as she was about to open it, she received a prickly feeling crawling over her fingers. Not sure if she was surely imagining things, Moka looked on her hand to find eight pairs of eyes staring back at her from the one thing that flared her anxiety through the roof...

A spider.

"Eeek!" she cried out, dropping the can to shake the arachnid off her hand. The vampire backed herself into the well, staring at the fallen can on the ground to see if the spider would show itself once more. Growing up, Moka always had a huge fear of bugs; spiders being one of them of course. If the place she was going to take refuge in was infested with bugs, then she sure as hell didn't want to sleep here with them crawling on her body.

Moka went to pack up to leave.

Until the unexpected happened...

A vortex of energy surged out, breaking the planks of the wood that was closing the well. Moka instinctively stepped back, nearly falling over in fear at what was occurring in front of her face. "Wh-What...what's happening?" she quavered as she helplessly stared at the energy exploding out of the well.

It then turned into what looked like hands, two grabbing onto Moka as it started pulling her inside the well.

A scream erupted from her throat as she continued to be dragged down further in the well. A beautiful blue void surrounded her along with the creature. 'What is this?' she thought in fear.

Moka looked around her and let out a gasp as she made eye contact with a half-naked, attractive woman. Her full appearance, however, was what caught her off guard. While the woman looked fairly beautiful, she barely noticed the eight spider-like legs protruding out of her stomach. It was then she realized she was being taken away by a spider monster.

The creature gave the scared vampire a devilish smile as she held her face between her hands. "My, my...I've certainly managed to capture a delightful-looking girl as my prey. You'll serve me well." smirked the spider-woman as her mouth turned into multi-joint mandibles, her facial features molding into a more angular shape.

Moka's eyes widen in horror when the woman began leaning forward to bite her face off. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! LET GO OF ME!" she shrieked, struggling in the creature's grasp. The vampiress used all of her superhuman strength and roughly pushed the spider-woman away from her by the face, forcing the monster to finally release her.

"Curse you, wretched girl! I shall have your head for this!" seethed the spider-woman as she disappeared into the darkness of the endless void.

Moka continued to aimlessly float, not sure where she'd end up.

"What is going on?" she asked once more.

Her feet gently touched the bottom of the well, the endless void subsiding. Finally landing on some ground, Moka only sat there in shock. "What was that? Was all of that real?" If only there was someone with her to answer it for her. But no. She was all alone in this nightmare. A nightmare Moka wanted to wake up from.

She glanced around and saw that she was still in the well. "I have to get out of here."

Slinging her bag over her shoulder, Moka scanned the well for a ladder, but all there was were vines in its place. Gripping onto one, she pulled herself upwards. When she was halfway up, she barely noticed a white butterfly fluttering near her. Moka stayed still to watch the small thing before it flew away. A tiny shiver crawled its way up her spine.

Oh, how she hated bugs with a passion.

Wanting out of the dark well, Moka resumed climbing. After managing to climb to the ledge, Moka was met with a shocking surprise. There was no longer the interior of the hut, no way to be found in sight. Alternatively, a lush green landscape was what she was met with.

From that moment on, she knew she was far from the place she once was.

'Where am I? What is this place?' she pondered in her head. Whatever it was, she did aim to find out sooner or later.

After taking some time to register what occurred and where she was, Moka decided to give herself a small field trip by exploring the "new world" she was thrust in. Everything in this world differed from the other. There were no buildings, cars, technology, and rarely even people to come across.

"You there, girl! Stop right there!" commanded a voice. Moka spun around to a few villagers wearing...kimonos?

'Why are they wearing kimonos?' she questioned inwardly.

"There she is!"

The men sauntered towards her, their weapons readied in their hands. "What? Why are you carrying a weapon?" she asked, hoping that she could convince them she was innocent.

"Try not to get too close! She may be a demon!" shouted one villager.

"What? A demon? What are you..." Moka started, but cut herself off when a sword found its way to her face.

"Quiet, demon! All my men from the village are dead because of you." shouted the villager.

"Wait a second! I didn't..."

"Alright, let's catch her and bring her back to the chief!"

"Good idea! He'll know what to do with her."

Moka backed away in fear. 'These people are crazy. What's going on?'

"After her! Don't let her get away!" screamed one of the villagers, snapping her out of her thoughts.

Moka quickly stepped away from them. "Don't come near me!" she cried in fear. Her day was already crazy enough, she didn't need them making it worse. 'I need to run away. That's the only thing I can do.' Moka quickly made a run for it, not daring to look back.

After running away from the angry mob of villagers, Moka finally came to a stop and leaned against a tree to catch her breath. "I think they're gone," Moka murmured to herself. "But what is going on? I don't understand what's going on." Moka glanced around her, once again. "More importantly, where am I?" Before she could have more time to think about it, her ears picked up a rustling sound behind her in the bushes. "What was that?" She quickly stood up and looked around her again. "Who's there?" she asked, becoming alert.

Just as she asked that, an evil cackle sounded from out of the bushes, attempting to intimidate her. Moka, however, wasn't intimidated, nor frightened by his spider-like appearance that similar to the spider-woman's, except the abdomen of a spider was burning out through the back.

What was there to be scared of? Moka was one too, so none of it made a difference. "It seems the Mistress was indeed correct. I thought I smelled a tasty human somewhere deep in this forest."

Hearing the word "human" come from the demon's mouth, Moka narrowed her eyes at him. "I am not a human." she gently growled.

"Oh? Then what are you, if you're not a human, girl?" sneered the demon, seemingly amused.

"I'm a shinso vampire." she answered boldly.

The demon grinned cruelly with interest. "A shinso vampire, you say? What a tremendous discovery," he said with silent excitement, saliva now leaking from the spider monster's mouth in hunger. "It feels like eternity crossing paths with your kind."

"My kind?" she repeated in confusion and curiosity. "What are you talking about?"

A chuckle came from the spider monster's throat. "My girl, for centuries, it's been rumored that your species have ceased to exist." stated the monster. "It's also been said that the blood of a shinso vampire grants longevity to those who consume it."

Hearing the demon make this claim caused the vampire to scoff with disgust. "I'm not something that you could eat and spit out. I'm not afraid of you." she shot back.

The demon only smirked. "Such a lively one, aren't you? It excites me when my meal is feisty, especially when it's that of a mere woman." Although the words that he spewed made her feel scared and uncomfortable, Moka did not budge.

He barked up a laugh. "Do you honestly believe that using big words will get you anywhere, girl?"

With nothing else said, he charged towards her and thankfully she moved out of harm's way in time. Taking the chance to fight back, she hurled her bag at the demon's face, causing him to hiss in slight pain. Unfortunately for her, luck was not on her side.

Before she had any time to react, a couple of arms grabbed at each of her limbs rather tightly. Moka winced in pain as she felt both her arms and legs being pulled apart.

"Let go of me!" she shouted as she struggled to get free from his tight grasp.

Of course, her answer was what he refused to have. "Now you're mine. But first..." Then in a flash, his free claws swiped at her a couple of times. Moka's eyes widen in shock and fear as her clothes fell into a shredded pile beneath her, leaving her completely bare to him. "...I need you frightened." Moka went to argue back only for her breath to leave her lungs along with a sharp pain in her abdomen. The crimson liquid slowly leaked onto the ground, staining the grass. "I need you hopeless." he added, his face nearing towards her. It then lowered its face to attack, biting down hard into Moka's shoulder, causing the latter to cry out in pain.

The image of the monster became a blur to her. The poison that was injected inside her made her head feel heavy. Her entire body felt like it was on fire all at once. In one last attempt to escape, she desperately tried to move one of her limbs, even a finger to no avail. 'M-My body...I can't move...'

She watched as the demon's eyes roamed her naked body with lust. "How lovely." he commented with a sickly grin.

'No...I can't die here...'

Moka refused to allow herself to fall victim to this disgusting spider.

"Why bother to live?"

Moka's body fell limp as those nasty words echoed in her mind. How could she forget? The world didn't seem to accept her regardless of her race. Not now and not ever. Knowing the kind of life she would always have if she were to survive, trying to fight this inevitable fate was useless. Nothing would change.

Moka allowed her eyes to fall closed, waiting for the poison to hopefully send her to her death before the spider monster can.

Much to her surprise, the final blow never came. All that came was the soft grass coming in contact with her body. The loud screams of agony went unheard as she was too wrapped up in her own final moments of life. She barely moved a muscle, even when she felt warm liquid splash on her skin.

She weakly peeled open her eyes, her vision still blurry. Instead of seeing the spider monster, she saw a rather handsome man with long, flowing raven hair looming over her. The smile he possessed did not go unnoticed, but she was unable to hear the words spoken to her, nonetheless. Her eyes fell closed, allowing the darkness to devour her.

"So...you've finally made your return, old friend of mine."
