Prologue: An unfair life.
It was a nice day in the city…. That is until disaster struck. All around the city there was a green blur running around, being chased by some kind of aerial drone. That wasn't just any drone. It was controlled by a man in a flight suit.
As for the Green Blur, it was a boy with super speed. He was running away while carrying some kind of gem. Now…. you're probably thinking, why is that green haired boy being chased around by a man who looks like he came from the war with Germany? Well its what he's been doing his whole life. Am I going too fast? Kinda my thing. Let's start over…
The world has been created and has one important fracture that makes it special; Quirks. They are an uncanny ability that people can possess. Some allow someone to grow in size, while others could fly, or manipulate a specific element.
Some people decided to use their quirk for the greater good, and become pro heroes. Others used these quirks for their own greedy desire and became villains. However, one boy would soon learn, that not all men were created equal...
A four year old boy and girl were rushing into the kitchen where their mother was doing dishes.
"Mommy mommy, come on! Its computer time!" the boy said.
This boy was known as Izuku Midoriya. Beside him was his twin sister, younger by 11 minutes, Izumi.
Izuku's mother turned around and smiled.
"Already time?" she asked.
"Come on, hurry." Izuku said.
Inko turned on the video. Izuku was rocking back and forth in his chair while Izumi stared at the screen with excitement.
"I swear Izuku, you and Izumi probably added all those views yourself! I don't know how you can watch it, I think it's scary." Inko said.
Izuku looked at the video with a smile. His favorite part was coming up
"HA HA HA! IT'S FINE NOW, WHY? BECAUSE I AM HERE!" All Might said coming from the rubble carrying a bunch of people.
The two kids jumped up and down as the video ended.
"One day, I'm gonna be a hero and be just like All Might!" Izuku shouted, holding his All Might action figure high.
"Same here!" Izumi said, holding her lucky charm in her hand.
It was a green emerald shaped like a diamond.

The two kids, along with Inko and her husband Hisashi were at the quirk doctor getting a diagnosis for Izuku. It was revealed that Izumi would have a fire based quirk almost a year ago. After her, it was Izuku's turn for his diagnosis.
"I'm sorry son. It's not gonna happen." The doctor bluntly stated.
He dropped his All Might figure on the floor sadly shocked by the news..
"Is there something wrong with him? All his classmates have gotten their quirks." Inko asked in a sad tone.
"Well, if you look here, Izuku has a double joint in his pinky toe. Thisis one of the symptoms that leads to a person to not have a quirk. So if you are hoping to be a hero, I'm sorry. It's just not gonna happen." The doctor said.
Izuku was saddened by this.
"Thank you doctor." Inko said as the two walked out.
Her husband overheard the entire conversation, and shot Izuku a shameful glare.
A few days had passed since the visit. Once word got out that he was quirkless, dozens of kids began picking on him and calling him useless and insulting him. Izumi was the only one who stood up for him. Izuku came home and looked at his father who just looked at the newspaper without even acknowledging that his son was home. Later on Izuku locked himself in his room. He was depressed by the events that happened.
A few hours later, Izuku started hearing shouting from his room. The shouting came from Inko and Izumi who were going off on Hisashi for how behavior ever since Izuku's quirk diagnoses.
"How can you be so neglectful?!" Inko shouted, "He's just a child! Those kids can't keep treating him like this! You need to get off your butt and encourage your son!"
"No," Hisashi said, "He's a quirkless child who always lets himself get beaten up. And as such, they have every right to treat him like this."
"Honest to god Hisashi, how can you be so stubborn?!" Inko asked, "You were never like this when Izuku was born!"
"Things change Inko," Hisashi said, "He was born without a quirk. That means he will amount to nothing and bring disappointment to the Midoriya family. He has no place in the family."
"What are you saying?" Inko asked.
"Get rid of him," Hisashi said, "He's nothing but a lost cause."
"Izuku isn't a lost cause!" Izumi shouted, "He may not have a quirk but he has more potential than all those jerks at school who make fun of him on a regular basis! He has more potential than YOU!"
Hisashi, infuriated by that comment, slapped her in the face.
"Don't you ever make a remark like that again," Hisashi said, "You were born with a good quirk that will make you a great hero, and I won't have you waste that away sticking up for some worthless quirkless reject!"
Inko couldn't believe what Hisashi was saying. He was really thinking about getting rid of their son!
"You can't be serious, Hisashi!" She shouted.
"I can, and I am," Hisashi said.
"Hisashi, he's our son!" Inko argued, "He deserves our support no matter what!"
"You need to WAKE UP!" he snapped, "This is the real world. And in the real world, only the strong survive. And those who have no quirk are considered weaklings. They have no place on earth, and deserve everything coming to them."
"Hisashi!" Inko snapped.
"I'm not arguing about this any longer!" Hisashi said, "Either he leaves, or I do! Your choice!"
Inko shot a look of anger towards her stubborn minded husband.
"Then leave!" Inko told him. "I thought I knew you better, Hisashi! You're just another prick that only cares about power over family!"
Hisashi walked out of the door slamming it, never to be heard from again. Inko fell on the couch and cried, shattered by what just happened. Izuku peeked his head through the door, hearing the sobs.
"M-Mama?"
Hearing his voice, Inko turned around. She and Izumi rushed to the boy and hugged him tightly.
"Izuku!" Inko said. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry!"
Izuku hugged Inko back.
"I'm sorry you have a disappointment for a son," Izuku said with tears streaming down.
"Izuku. You're not a disappointment. And you don't have to listen to his words." Inko said.
A knock was heard on the door.
"Hey, is Izuku there?" said a familiar voice.
"K-kaachan?" Izuku sniffed.
"Hey Izuku buddy! I uh... I heard what happened." Katsuki said with a solemn look.
"Back off Katsuki!" Izumi said.
"Whoa cool it, I'm not here to make fun of him or anything!" Katsuki said defensively.
Izuku looked away.
"Kacchan I'm sorry…. I can't keep our promise."
"Izuku its ok," Katsuki said, "I kinda overheard the conversation."
"But... I can't be a hero without a quirk," Izuku said.
"Izuku, of course you can! You'll just have to work harder than everyone else." Inko told her son.
"If it makes you feel better, I think... no, I know you can be a hero. You may not have a quirk but you have something better. Your brain."
"Mama and Katsuki are right," Izumi said, "We all believe in you. Hold on."
She pulled out her good luck charm.
"But Izumi that's yours," Izuku said.
"But I want you to have it," Izumi said as she smiled, "It'll bring you luck as you become a quirkless hero. You have more potential than anybody in the world with a quirk. I have no doubt you'll be a great hero."
Touched by his sister's kind words, Izuku embraced her. Inko smiled at her two children.
