Izuku was tired and it was all that witch's fault. His life wasn't an easy one, seeing as he endured daily beatings from his former best friend, Katsuki Bakugo, every day after school. He also had his 5 hour shifts at his job to deal with, which would leave him exhausted by the time he got home. His parents were doing their best to make ends meet but lately it got so bad, that he had to switch from 5 hours to 7 hours. It didn't help that his social life was drier than the Sahara desert. However, his issues weren't really about his trashy life because he had the power to change it at any time, but he didn't.

[3 years ago]

Izuku was on his way home from school, but decided to stop by a store for a snack. He grabbed some All Might brand chips, and headed towards the counter to purchase his snack. The next thing that occurred would haunt him for the rest of his life, a man with a porcupine mutation, barged into the store and raised a pistol towards the cashier. Izuku hid behind a shelf as he watched the cashier lady put money into a bag with tears down her face, clearly fearing for her life.

Izuku hated this feeling of helplessness, he wanted to save that lady but he had no quirk to help him fight off the guy. He noticed that the guy's stomach had no quills surrounding it, making that a weak spot that he could exploit just as long as he got that pistol out of his hand. Izuku pulled out his phone as he dialed the Hero Emergency Hotline, after telling them where he was & what was happening, he got up from behind the shelf.

"HAAAAAAA!" shouted Izuku, as he ran up to the guy, slamming a broom into his stomach causing the robber to spin around throwing a quill into Izuku's shoulder. He winced in pain before lunging again at the guy's stomach, however the guy just kicked Izuku into a shelf.

"Trying to play hero, brat?! Well guess you just got this bitch killed!" shouted the man, pointing his pistol at the woman.

"NOO!" screamed Izuku, who was struggling to get up but it was too late. Izuku watched in horror as the man pulled the trigger as a deafening ringing noise filled the green haired boy's ears. Izuku fell to his knees as he watched blood pour out of the woman's head, the guy grinned evilly as he looked back at the crying boy. He raised the pistol to Izuku's forehead as he prepared to kill him.

{You don't want it to end here do you?}

'What the-' Izuku was cut off by the voice again

{You appear to have a reason for living}

'Isn't this…the cashier lady's voice? How?!' thought Izuku, panicking that he'd gone insane in his last moments alive.

{If I grant you power, could you go on? I propose a deal. In exchange for this power, you must make my one wish come true. Accept this contract & you accept its conditions, while living in the world of humans, you will live unlike any other. A different providence, a different time, a different life. The power of the king will condemn you to a life of solitude. Are you prepared for this?}

'YES, I ACCEPT YOUR CONTRACT! JUST DO SOMETHING BEFORE MY BRAIN GETS SPLATTERED!'

{I can't wait to see what you do with the power you get…} said the voice as Izuku snapped back into reality. He stared at the robber before speaking.

"Put the gun down and wait for the cops to arrest you" said Izuku, in an uncharacteristically authoritative tone. The robber's pupils shined with a red glow as he obeyed, dropping the gun on the ground and stood docilely, awaiting for the cops or a hero to arrive. Izuku sighed in relief as he grabbed his backpack and ran out of the store. He ignored the worried expressions of the people on the street as they watched boy run home, student uniform stained with blood.

[1 year later]

Izuku was starting his new job at a store called Go-Go's General Store. His classmates would make his job hell whenever they visited the store when he was on shift, which honestly deteriorated his mental health for a while. His manager gave him the job because he felt bad after hearing the boy's story about how he was rejected from every place he interviewed at just because he was quirkless. After a lackluster day, he sat at the register watching as people passed by the store, then he saw a familiar head of light green hair.

The woman entered the store, walking around for a bit. She came to the register three minutes later, holding a box of pizza rolls. She placed them on the counter and stared at Izuku for a bit before speaking.

"I granted you the power of the king & here you are working in retail? You also never used your power at all besides some unfortunate circumstances" said the woman, tilting her head as she read the price of her items. She pulled out 1,450 yen from her wallet and handed it to the shocked boy. Izuku was still processing her words before it hit him that she was the woman from that day.

"YOU! This power is a curse, and I have no plans on using it. It's not right for me to control peoples' will or memories" said Izuku, glaring at the woman as he scanned her items. She picked up her bag and headed towards the door before turning back at him.

"You also have that third ability, you could use it to help people. It's only a curse if you see it as such, I didn't choose you willy-nilly but I can't force you to use it. Farewell, Izuku Midoriya" said the woman, who didn't even mention her name.

After his shift for the day, Izuku headed home and was greeted by his mom. From behind his mother came the woman from earlier, much to the shock of Izuku. He was getting angrier by the second as she munched on a pizza roll. His mother beamed giddily as she pointed at the green haired woman.

"Oh Izuku! Why didn't you tell me that you had a girlfriend?! And such a cute one at that" said his mother, happily.

"I-I...how did you two meet, Mom?" asked Izuku.

"Oh, I was arriving home from the hospital when I saw her waiting outside our apartment, she wanted to surprise you and who am I to stop her!" beamed Inko.

"Yes, I couldn't wait to see you again, Izuku" said the girl, smiling smugly. Izuku frowned as he grabbed her arm, dragging her to his room.

"What do you want with me? What even is your name?" asked Izuku, impatiently. She just stared at him before lying down on his bed.

"You can call me C.C or C2. As for what I want from you, that's simple. You accepted my contract so you must fulfill my wish! I also want you to use the powers that I gave you more, it's such a waste to not use it at all" said the green haired woman with a slight pout. Izuku was a little embarrassed as he completely forgot about the contract but then again she just disappeared for a year.

"Fine, well what is your one wish?" asked Izuku, who was curious as to what she wanted.

"I'm. Not. Telling. You" said C.C, putting a finger to her lips. She then jumped up and walked towards Izuku.

"WHAT! How can I fulfill your wish if I don-" he was cut off by the mysterious woman again.

"I'm gonna leave but before I do, I might as well tell you the story behind me & the powers I bestowed upon you.." said C.C, adopting a serious expression. Izuku sat on the chair near his desk while she sat on his bed. He was interested to find out more about his curse…power.

[Present Day]

Izuku had a terrible first week and was just glad it was the weekend. His first year of middle school was turning out to be the same as every school year was before, nothing had changed besides the uniform he wore everyday. It didn't take long for everyone to learn about his lack of a quirk, which led to him becoming one of the three great outcasts of the school. He hated the title but he'd do nothing about it because he didn't like using his power.

When he reached the school gate, he saw his older sister waiting for him. At some point during her visits, the immortal witch that was C.C, came up with the brilliant idea of making her, his older sister. He initially refused until she persuaded him with the reasoning being that being siblings would be more believable for anyone trying to question the duo on who she was.

So, this genius idea first required for Izuku to rewrite his mother's memory, so that she believed that she had a daughter named Cecile C. Midoriya. After rewriting everyone else's memory to think that she was his older sister, they both laughed because this all started from a joke about the two sharing green hair.

"How was school today, Izuku?" said C.C as she munched on a candy bar. Izuku gave her a defeated shrug as he didn't want to talk about it, even though they surprisingly got along well as fake siblings, he still refused to elaborate on what occurred during his school days.

"Let's just go home C.C" said Izuku, tiredly. She nodded as the two headed home, they stopped by a Pizza Hut and ordered a large pepperoni pizza for their dinner later that day.

They both knew that their mother would be angry at them for eating pizza again for the third time that week, but C.C had converted Izuku to Pizzaism already. The two's little religion of eating pizza whenever they can (preferably Pizza Hut), although Izuku would always love Katsudon.

The second they got in the apartment, Izuku ran up the stairs to his room. He had 20 minutes before it was time for his shift & he couldn't afford to be late. C.C knew he was a hard worker but it always shocked her how dedicated the boy was to his retail job.

"I put your slices in the fridge, Zuku!" shouted C.C, as she had already started on her slice. She'd sometimes follow him to the store because she honestly was enjoying playing the role of his older sister. These slices would fuel her for the grueling stakeout outside of his store.

"Thanks sis, see you later" said Izuku as he ran by her and quickly left the apartment. She smiled as she turned off the tv and went to her room.

[Go-Go Store]

Izuku had a fairly busy shift that day, there were a lot of customers on the weekend. He greeted every customer with a smile as it was the only way he could be like All Might. His last few customers were an interesting group: a girl with pink dreadlocks, wearing a grey tank top & black jeans, who walked into the store smiling as she was focused on a weird contraption in her hand. A boy with messy purple hair, wearing a hoodie with the goggles of the underground hero Eraserhead, on it. The poor guy looked like he hadn't slept in a couple days. Then, there was a girl with messy blonde hair & buns in her hair, wearing a red hoodie with a skirt underneath. She stared at Izuku for 10 seconds then smiled at him before going off to the grooming section of the store.

Lastly, a blonde haired guy with a black jacket and weird bird mask on. Izuku already had a bad feeling & it only got worse when he used his geass to view the mans mind from afar. He was planning to rob the store, just as he suspected, but it'd be fine as long as he got the other customers out. The pink haired girl was the first to pull up to check out.

"Hello Miss, is that all you'll be purchasing?" asked Izuku with a smile. The pink haired girl looked up at him and smiled brightly.

"Yessir!" replied the girl as Izuku scanned the pack of canned coffee that she placed onto the counter. Register duty was his preferred shift duty besides restocking the shelves. He didn't have to do too much and got to see all kinds of people & their quirks sometimes.

"Your total is 1,157 yen, Miss" said Izuku. The girl grunted as she pulled her wallet from her chest, causing Izuku to blush slightly at how shameless she was to put it there.

"This is enough right?" said the girl hesitantly handing him her money. It was 2,895 yen! He decided to take only the amount he needed before handing her back the remainder of her money.

"That was a lot more than required, Miss. Please be more careful with how much money you hand over, be careful out there!" shouted Izuku as the girl walked out of the store, cheerfully humming. Izuku smiled at how bright the girl's smile was, honestly it was one of the most beautiful smiles he'd ever seen in his life. He sighed as now wasn't the time to get distracted, he had to get the other two customers out of the store.

The purple haired teen came from the gift card section holding a Nintendo Online card, two spicy chips, and a bottle of liquid pain reliever/sleep aid medicine. Izuku didn't wanna judge the teen but it was a bizarre list of stuff to buy. He walked up to the counter, fumbling to get his card out of his wallet. Izuku waited patiently as the boy finally pulled out his card while placing his items on the counter.

"Hi, will that be all for today?" asked Izuku smiling, the boy glared at him before sighing.

"You can drop the smile, Midoriya. I don't know how you can smile after what happened but I guess that's not my problem. Yes, that'll be all" said the teen as he inserted his card into the payment terminal.

Izuku was shocked that the boy knew him. He didn't remember a kid like him at his school, although it was possible this guy just happened to be at lunch. The reason he was so reluctant to speak with C.C earlier was due to what happened at lunch, Bakugo decided to beat him up in front of everyone else in the cafeteria just to make himself the top dog of the school. Izuku was snapped back into reality by the tapping of a finger on the counter.

"I don't have all day, man" said the teen angrily.

"Oh, my bad. Just was a little caught off guard that you know me. Your total is 3,328 yen" said Izuku. The boy inserted his card info and the purchase went through successfully.

"Thanks for shopping, see you next time!" shouted Izuku as the boy waved back at him while walking out the store. Izuku sighed in relief as there was only one more person that he needed to get out of the store. The blonde teen from earlier skipped up to the counter, grinning like she just won the lottery. She placed down a bottle of shampoo, a pack of pomegranate flavored jello, and some strawberry flavored soda. Izuku guessed she liked the color red for some reason.

"Hello Miss, got everything you needed?" asked Izuku politely. The girl chuckled before responding to his question.

"Yes! Well...I am missing your number" said the girl smirking, as she wiggled her eyebrows up & down. Izuku blushed as he told her the total price of her items.

"Y-Your total is 2,460 yen, Miss" said Izuku, who had never flirted ever in his life with a girl so he was completely lost. She giggled at his dumbstruck expression before swiping her card in the payment terminal.

"T-Thanks for shopping here, Miss! Sorry, you don't have my number. I'd love to give you it if you want hehe" said Izuku, nervously chuckling. He tried to hand her the bag with her items in it but she kept her hand on top of his, as she stared into his eyes. He gulped nervously, regretting his attempt at flirting.

"You are adorable, but I've gotta go" said the girl leaving the green haired boy beet red from the interaction that just occurred. He prepared himself for the last customer, the shady man walked up to the counter holding a bag of beef jerky and…a unicorn plushie?

"Is that all you'll be having?" asked Izuku, who was very confused at the moment.

'Where's the gun at? I expected a robbery, not to see some brony' thought Izuku. The man reached into his pocket pulling out a pistol.

"Nah, I'll also be having any valuables you've got on ya, kid!" shouted the man with an evil grin. Izuku just sighed as his eyes started to glow red, he glared at the robber before commanding his order.

"I, Izuku Midoriya command you, to drop your weapon and wait for the cops to arrive" said Izuku coldly. He was surprised by the doors bursting open as a gust of wind flew by him. He looked up and saw All Might, standing before him, with the robber laid unconscious on the ground beneath his feet.

"HELLO, Young Man! I apologize for arriving so late, are you okay?" exclaimed the number one hero. Izuku nodded slowly, taking in every second of being with his idol.

Unbeknownst to the green haired boy, his sister was watching the whole scene from behind a street lamp. She chuckled at how much of a nerd he was being after acting so cool when he dealt with the robber.

"A-All Might, i-it's really you!" exclaimed Izuku still in awe. All Might chuckled at the boy's childish reaction.

"Yes it is I! Now, I must get going. This robber won't head to jail himself!" said the number one hero, as he grabbed the robber by the neck. Izuku started to panic, as he had so many questions that he wanted to ask the man.

'NO! I'm gonna miss my chance! I have so much that I wanna know about him. His quirk, could I become a hero, and so much more. Should I…" Izuku stopped thinking as he ran after the blonde hero.

"WAIT!" shouted Izuku to the man. He turned back to see the boy panting heavily as he witnessed the boy's eyes go from green to red with an odd 'V' shape taking shape in his irises.

'IZUKU DON'T!' thought C.C as she witnessed him make a huge mistake.

"ALL MIGHT, I command you to tell me what your quirk is!" shouted Izuku, however the blonde hero didn't speak. His eyes glowed red faintly, meaning he was affected by his geass but nothing happened.

'What? This doesn't make sen-' Suddenly, Izuku felt like his head was gonna explode. Multiple voices kept shouting at him in his mind, the boy was completely scared as he didn't know what this was.

{LEAVE!}

{Your not welcome here, Boy}

{You dare enter his mind, you villainous brat}

{GET OUT, GET OUT, GET OUT, GET OUT}

Izuku fell to his knees as he released his grasp of the number one hero. He looked up at the man and immediately gulped. The man's face was no longer smiling, his eyes glowed blue with fury as he slowly walked up to the boy.

"Young Man, did you just use your quirk on m-" he was cut off by a woman with long light green hair & golden eyes, wearing a black scarf & grey long coat with shades on, appearing out of nowhere from the street.

"Oh my god! All Might is here?! Can I get an autograph? I heard the news stations are on their way here to ask you about the robbery that just occurred, I'm so glad I got to meet you sir!" said C.C ecstatically, in a strange accent.

Izuku was surprised as to why his sister was there and All Might wasn't faring any better. The man quickly walked up to the unconscious robber and him over his shoulder before turning back to the two greenettes.

"Umm, I apologize young lady, but I've got to deliver this criminal to the cops. HAHAHA, goodbye now!" yelled the number one hero as he leapt onto a building and was out of sight. C.C walked up to Izuku and slapped him across the face.

"Your such a reckless buffoon. What would you have done if I wasn't here?" asked the angry woman. Izuku shrugged as she groaned in response.

"I'm sorry, okay? I just really had a lot of questions to ask him…" said Izuku in an embarrassed tone as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"So, your first thought was to use your geass on the man? I'm so lucky for my time spent with All for One because I already knew that this would happen, although I did neglect to inform you about it" said C.C, facepalming as Izuku looked at the ground.

[Midoriya Residence]

After closing the store for the day, the two walked home in an awkward silence. Neither wanted to speak to the other after what just occurred, so when they did get home, C.C decided to put on a pre-quirk era movie called: Spiderman into the Spiderverse, while munching on some popcorn.

While Izuku heated up his slices of pizza and joined her in the living room to watch the movie with his dinner. They watched in silence before Izuku decided to speak.

"So…who's this All for One guy & why didn't you tell me there were multiple consciousnesses in his head?" asked Izuku nervously. He knew she was mad at him and normally he wouldn't care as much but he definitely messed up big this time.

"…look Izuku. I've lived for centuries alright, I've met countless people; good or bad wasn't really a concern to me back then. Upon arriving in Japan a century ago, I met All for One. The so-called Boogeymen of the criminal underworld who was also known as the king of villainy. He had the ability to steal other people's quirks" said C.C, deciding to be very careful with her words.

"WHAT?!" Izuku was cut off by the wave of her hand.

"You didn't let me finish, so impatient. Anyways, I met him while I was exploring the country, he tried to steal a quirk from me but failed to get anything. We then had a conversation before he explained his situation to me.." said C.C.

She went on to explain the rivalry of One for All & All for one, which shocked him. He had no idea that such a battle was being fought and humanity had no idea. She reassured him that the man was dead, which filled the boy with relief.

After their discussions, Izuku went to bed. His first week of middle school had been terrible but he wouldn't let it get him down. As long as he had no more encounters with All Might he'd be fine, Izuku hit his pillow and instantly fell asleep.

Thanks for reading chapter 1 of Outcasts. I was originally gonna make the story about a quirkless Izuku befriending Shinso & Mei and their time at Aldera, but I decided to add the Code Geass crossover just cause I wondered what it'd be like if I added a certain code bearer into the mix.

Not proud of this so far but I hope chapter 1 is better, excited for writing it because it'll mainly take place in school. See ya next time!
