A/N:
This would be a sixteen chapter story which is inspired from one of my favourite young adult series( Lockwood and Co.) and my favourite animes(Owari no Seraph). I have included my own elements as well.
This is NOT a crossover.
(See end of this chapter for the glossary of terms.)

Chapter one: Maiden at the Beach Villa.
Fear, hatred and lust— demons feed on them. Yet, at the moment, So Yi Jeong did not know in which way he was feeding the creature.
Sunbae...
The Ga Eul in front of him giggled, probably noticing his confusion, while the sea breeze fluttered her long raven hair, sweeping it away from her face.
She stepped backward giggling. Standing on the railing, the heel of her shoe was out on the air. Another one inch gone backward she would fall into the fierce waves of the ocean beneath.
It was Jeju, another beach villa awaiting to be opened by its infamous shores, and it was on the top of its newly furnished ballroom complex that Yi Jeong was standing on. If the sea breeze was not enough, its high altitude gave another blow of wind, enhancing the coldness of the droplets given by the ocean.
Yet it was only the sound, the waves were drowned in a sea of darkness, while a couple of ships marked the horizon.
The villa was to be opened in last May, if not for the paranormal disturbances that occurred. Few workers falling from heights and breaking their limbs, few of them facing encounters, managers suddenly getting sick from unknown diseases, and some even facing accidents which could have nearly killed them if not for their luck.
The encounters mostly included their workers‐mostly men, spotting a shape of a maiden- first a spectre then a shade, wondering through the premises with associating seductive suggestions encouraging them to follow her, and at the end appearing to be someone they love or loved, alive or dead, asking them to join her.
As usual the complaints were dismissed, but once it affected on the higher administrators of the project, the topic was back again brought for discussion.
The chain of unrelated events and encounters only lead the administrative to the conclusion that they all had denied to accept from the start.
That place was haunted.
So Yi Jeong, on the other hand, was not a professional psychic, as if he was doing the job to earn— he had a lot himself, not to charge from the suppressed beings. He accepted the complimentary offering though— the gifts, but not the charges. For him, hunting the visitors were more of a hobby.
But in some cases, like this particular one he is now engaged, he was not quite sure who was hunting who.
Sunbae...
The Ga Eul in front of him giggled again. Another wind blowing through her skirt, it flew upwards, exposing whatever skin that was beneath it. But despite the usual Ga Eul ish ness, she made no effort to hold it back on its place. Instead, she giggled even louder.
For a moment she stared at Yi Jeong, in an amused way, before she stripped off her coat and the dress underneath it. Perfectly balancing on the railing she undressed herself and looked at Yi Jeong.
He swallowed, trying to control himself shaking his head and focusing on his task.
At least trying, he was not sure if his mental control was working at the least.
He closed his eyes and squeezed them tight, trying to retrieve back the focus.
This is not Ga Eulyang this is not her... how dare this demon_
_Sunbae... The voice again giggled, his lust now turning into hatred... it was amused... more than amused...
It was delighted.
Sunbae... isn't this what you wanted?
The Ga Eul in front of him pouted.
And bit her lower lip.
Sunbae.. don't you want me?
Yi Jeong swallowed, unable to control himself any further, he was falling to the illusion.
Helpless.
The figure in front of him was all how he imagined her, if she was all bare to her skin.
Sunbae...
She chuckled —now even more Ga Eul ish.
Sunbae... sunbae wanted to taste me didn't you?
"Stop it!" Yi Jeong could not hold it anymore.
Then why?... she smirked amused. Sunbae... waeyo? What is stopping you?...there's nothing in between us... just you... and me...
"Stop it! Stop it now! Reveal yourself!" he commanded.
Sunbae... I am your Ga Eulyang... she chuckled again stretching her arms wide at him... come to me... take me ... all that you need... I'll give them all... sunbae... I won't leave you...
I am all yours...
"Stop it!"
Sunbae... come to me...
And she giggled stepping back that inch.
Make me yours...
"GA EULYANG!"
Yi Jeong yelled out his lungs and ran to the railing, where he saw the naked Ga Eul falling to black waters still with her smiling face.
Leaning on the railing he stared at her face, her hair and the perfect curves of her body...
He was unaware of the loosened screws of the railing, when a tear strolled down his face.
Come to me Sunbae... I am all yours...
He leaned a bit more. And the railing fell off, taking his balance along with it.
So Yi Jeong fell to the darkness. Reaching for the waves that outstretched to catch him and swallow him whole.
Just when he thought he was to be drowned any moment, and closed his eyes preparing himself to embrace the death, someone grasped his wrist, hanging him on the edge of the rooftop of the five storey building.
"Sunbae!" the person who held him grunted. "Don't worry.. I got you..agh!" She gasped giving all her might to pull him back—to pull him up.
Yet it was mostly her voice and her touch that brought Yi Jeong back to his senses, out from the illusion.
"Ga Eulyang?" he whispered. It was Ga Eul- his companion and associate in this kind of business.
For a moment there, hanging from a rooftop of a haunted hotel, while the sea roared beneath him, he smiled- glad to know that she was safe, before he gave the struggle himself waving his legs and stepping on whatever thing it was— a pipeline or a moulding or even a dried clump of cement which should not be there but was, for his luck.
Together they pulled him back to the top.
"HA!" Ga Eul exhaled. " What on earth were you doing on top of here? Didn't Sunbae tell you were going to check the second floor?" she snapped back at him the moment she got back her voice.
"I was scared to death when Sunbae did not return in time!"
" And you stepped out from the chains?" Yi Jeong smirked, glad to see her usual behaviour returned.
Ani... she was that way.. even before... it was that the one who stood in front of him few moments ago, was not her...
"o-of courses I had to... w-what else could have I done? doesn't Sunbae should thank me first!" she shot him a glare.
Yi Jeong smirked and poked her forehead.
"Gumao!"
"Aish! What was that for?" she complained making him chuckle even more.
"Have you found the source?"
"Ani.." Ga Eul said still rubbing her forehead. " it seems the whole place is the source... can't place it quite well..."
"Hmm..." he nodded.
"What about Sunbae? Have you found anything?"
And Yi Jeong could swear he was blushing then. He was thankful for the darkness.
"E-Eh?"
"What did sunbae find?"
He went thoughtful, before smirking again.
"Probably the way all those workers ended up losing their limbs.." and chuckled receiving a little punch on his chest.
"Let's go then...its almost the dawn .. we'd probably have to return back tomorrow ..." He stood up offering his hand for her to stand up as well.
And then guided both of them downstairs focusing on his own steps, only because every time he saw her smile, it reminded him of the naked figure that was falling off into the black ocean, giggling.
Sunbae... come to me... I am all yours...
-to be continued.
Glossary
Demon- highest rank among the ghosts, could manipulate thoughts and posses people. Dangerous.
Ghost- a common name for all entities.(more politely known as the 'visitor')
Shades- a low ghost with a blurred figure.
Source- the thing that the ghost is bound to, something in the living world that the dead had adored when it was alive.( could be a person or a thing.)
Spectre- a low ghost which doesn't have a sharp form, not much dangerous.
Ghosts dislike Lavender, silver and iron- used by the psychics. (Exceptional for demons. Can not be destroyed could only be sealed. Manifests without a source. Obeys when summoned.)
The ring made of iron chains is a common safety tactic among the psychic agents- taught in their training (according to Lockwood and Co. ) but in here it'd be some common sense, they've learned through their experiences.
