A (True) Face Of Horror

Chapter 1- Fear's Cage has been Broken

SCP FOUNDATION SITE 19- 2:34 A.M.

Alone.

That is all it ever wanted to be.

No one to be near, no one to look at, no one to look at it, or its face.

No emotions it hated to feel. No anger. No sadness. No Fear.

But yet, no matter how hard it tried, it never could truly be alone.

People and other sorts of living things were somehow able to look at its face from time to time

Didn't they understand what would happen if someone looked at it's face? It would make them go away.

Yet for some reason, more and more living things kept looking at its face.

It never understood why its face was always looked at. The humans knew that it did things that they did not like when its face was looked at, but despite that, its face was always forced to be shown as something of importance to the humans. Why would they take value in such an awful face like the one it had? Why? WHY?

These kinds of questions, it has always hated, along with the very few that did not go away then they looked at its face

It hated them them the most, those who for some reason, would not go away when they looked at his face, like the one giant reptile.

It always hated that reptile for both not going away and being able to resist. It never felt more pain in its life until their first meeting and even after that, it didn't feel any better. Ever since then, the mere thought of that reptile drives it into a deep state of fear. But at least the reptile suffered along with it, which at the very least, it could deal with.

Thoughts like these are what kept its dull mind somewhat at work during its constant crying in what it could barely call a "space for alone time". It was more like a waiting room of torment for it considering all sorts of animals were let into it to invade its space and look at its face. They would always pay the price for it with their lives, so it didn't matter to it that much.

But one thing will always remain certain within its miserable life: no matter how many things will look at its face, it will always hunt, and hunt, and hunt in order to not-

Wait-

Wait, Wait, Wait-

no, no, No, NO, NO, NO!

The anger

The anger and fear of it being looked at

It was bubbling again…

no...No, NO

THIS CAN'T BE RIGHT, NOTHING IS EVEN HERE. NOTHING IS EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. SO WHY? WHY WAS IT FEELING THIS ANGER? WHY, WHY?!

It was already screaming and wailing at that point, blaring sirens tried their best to at least attempt to muffle its screams of ager and sadness

It knew what it had to do: it had to chase once again. It hat to hunt once again.

Before any human attempt could be made in hopes of stopping its rampage, it clawed through the stone and metal walls as if they were tissue paper and dashed out of it's building imprisonment.

And before it knew it, it was suddenly in… water? The ocean or a lake perhaps? It did not care where it currently was or how long it will take in order to find whoever made the foolish mistake of looking at its face, all that mattered was making sure that its face will not be looked at.

To be Continued in Chapter 2…

Authors Note:

Hi! So, that's the end of Chapter 1, but it is far from the end of the main story as a whole ;).

And if you are wondering… Hello! I'm new to fanfiction writing so if you think that there could be some improvements, then please, take this story with a pinch of salt, and by all means, share your thoughts about it in the comments!

Once again, I am new to fanfiction writing and this website as a whole, so if you see this story for a moment and then it disappears the next, then that is because a technical error has been made because of my lack of knowledge of how to use this website.

That's all for this chapter, and I'll be seeing you readers in the next chapter, and somewhere Far East ;)
