Teen Titans – Galactic Eros Arc; Finale – Chapter 1: First Log – The Peace Treaty
/
Instead of an epilogue, leave this one up to the lazy fan girl. Here we go – finale!

As the sun slowly rose in the east, the west laid itself down for sleep. All across Washington D.C, a few cars rushed by in the city streets to find a hub on a Friday night to park. There was supposed to be an event happening soon with the president on T.V, claiming that a merger and treaty between individuals, would mean a great tie being born between nations. This news came at a great cost to not only the government, but to the JLA and the esteemed heroes under the league who were just as psyched to watch the treaty take place.
Superman, Batman, Martian Man hunter, Wonder Woman and the Titan and Young Justice's own M'gann were supposed to be representing Earth and watching over the president's hide.
"C'mon, dude!" Billy Batson tried to see the T.V from over top of his Papi Victor Vasquez's shoulder. A few miles away, Billy's alter identity could aide his fellow heroes. But, no coup happening, so…
"I'm gonna' miss it! Ah! Sha-
"Don't bother with it, squirt." Artemis reprimanded the kid. She'd stopped by as her civilian self to make sure the new recruit was fitting into his role. She'd heard from the boy's parents that Billy had a defiant streak.
"Nuts…" Billy let out a low exhale and pouted with a grumble. He sat back down and waited for his Papi to do the same.
"If I'd transformed, I would be so there right now…"

In Central City, another party was about to start.
Kid Flash had been tirelessly keeping any hoodlums off the main drive. Well, the Flash's replacement, so just Flash. He'd be on his butt with a slice of pie in a, flash – once this was over and done.
"I wonder how the others are kicking it on their T.G.I.F night. Don't know what I've got to be thankful for –
"Besides having a bigger ego than your leader's? Uh, I'd reword that last sentence if I were you. You've got some nerve leaving me back at the apartment tonight." A lanky and dazzling vixen came from behind to turn his stomach inside out. Her pink hair was partly in a spiky up do and her dress was less teen Jinx, and more of a fuller - grown, pampered somebody.
"Ah! Jiinx…We had, dinner plans, right? –
"At the biggest opening of "Le Mar Cheval" in town, you up and left me! I called your flat. You were trying to bail?" She tapped her foot with her eyes like daggers in her babe's direction. Her boots had been replaced with high heeled ones. Not too bad for twirling around an enemy, but you get the picture.
"Ah, it was a last second call in. I was the only hero on duty that –
She growled and the rest was said. In a Flash, he left and came back dressed in his best night on the town getup.
"It's a good thing I made reservations or we'd be eating in the broom closet." He laughed, but she was still pretty cross. She huffed and the two walked back to their vehicle, for civilians only.
"I made sure to watch my time, see?" He pointed to his smart watch. "We just need to –
"Watch it!" Jinx flipped around in time to see their attacker.
"Hey! Who's got a bone to pick with us? We really have to get moving, here!" She shot her craft at the perp as the enemy dodged within a blurred illusion.
"I'm just getting even. We never finished with our introductions the last time."
"Cheshire?" Jinx gawked at the east Asian woman in her green and now sliver and black attire. "What's your deal? Why bother us here, where people are now watching?"
Wally frowned and tried to prevent his suit from getting smudged by the battle's ongoing shift to offense.
"I need your help, sorry." She bowed and put away her swords.
Wally rubbed his chin. Why was this ex – league of shadows assassin after them? Wasn't she closer with Red Arrow?
"If I might have guessed it, weren't you and Roy –
"Roy Harper is going along with this plan of attack. You are all in grave danger; your teammates and the Justice League out in Washington D.C. The citizens are not safe."
"Wait a sec. How did you know where to find us? Is there a candid camera hidden some –
"Don't be a fool, West. I was unable to contact your teammates in time, Roy is finding that he's having the same dilemma out in Star City."
"So, you took to whoever you could find. Great. Well, looks like The Water Horse will have to wait until our next night off.
"Excusez mon français?" Jinx sniffed to her inattentive boy friend and this "ally" from the dark ages. "We are supposed to just drop everything and follow you?" …Where is Red Arrow, uh…Arsenal?" She demanded. "I'm not leaving with anyone until I've talked to your teammate."
"Of course." Cheshire sighed and let her mask do a frowning face. "After what Artemis told you, I would think nothing less of a former villainess to tell me what to do –
"Stop." Wally put up a hand to both women. Powerful women held powerful grudges.
"I think she's telling the truth. Roy is on her twenty – four – seven. If Jade was out roaming the streets, then he'd have to have a reason in writing as to why she was set loose to come fetch any Young Justice members she could get her claws on."
"You dummy…Agh*…Fine. But! We do things by the book, in the car. You too, Wally. Now." Jinx dragged the hero back with her into the scarlet red hybrid Sedan. "Hold on tight." The three sped off as Cheshire directed the heroes via GPS and told them all about their other vigilante's latest findings.

Kori and Dick had the house all to themselves. They'd taken to the suburbs since the kids were either; at college, saving the world, or living in a castle on an icy mountain in another dimension. It had been less than a year since then, and Shoji had unofficially taken the role of caregiver for Raku to train as a guardian – one that could protect Aiden Grayson, the Chosen from any such danger that befell the male's home planet.
Kori had poured them both some wine and the flick they'd chosen was actually the news. As the film "Carpe Diem" was not on until after the conference in D.C had ended. Dick frowned, but Starfire wouldn't have any woeful heroes in her space tonight.
"This pact between those of a neighboring alien race and the humans of Earth is most exciting to watch, is it not?" Starfire piped in and grabbed a cozy blanket from the hall closet. "The temperature is still rather brisk. Would you like this one blanket to warm us up? I also have made a delicacy for us to try that does NOT include Zorka berries or "Space Jams" of any other variety. Richard? You have been most unresponsive this evening…" Kori swished on over to give her lovely husband a cushy hug. "I believe that Raku will be safest with the one who knows of his ability –
"That isn't the reason I'm worried tonight, Starfire." Dick said to the Tameranean woman.
"Oh! Then, we can we not watch this program a little bit longer? –
"Actually."
She paused as soon as he'd reached to her for the channel to stay where it was.
"I want to see which society is supposed to be in a merger with us. I have a hunch that no one's said anything about the second party, yet..."
"Party as in, Bash? Or, party as in a collaboration of people and officials with whom share a similar political interest?"
"The second." Dick responded. Sometimes, Star was just amazing when she had something to conclude their discussion. She'd tutored Ami for years in astronomy and quantum physics' courses when her cram sessions had left the kid lagging behind. However? Star's lessons had been light-years ahead of Japan's school system or the United States for that matter. She and Cy had always talked about battle ships in space behind his back this whole time.
"On the Television! There!" The doors were opening for the guest of honor. With their lips sealed and hearts beating, the entire world in all her glory was about to bear witness to something for the ages. Time immemorial….
Had it seemed that way at first sight.
/
The horns and music blared, and Kori nearly sent a bolt from her eyes through the wall by the T.V.
In Central city, Wally and Jinx had taken their asses with Cheshire to the closest television; swinging up top inside a diner amid the late-night scene. They clung to what hope they had. This was going to end badly. They'd been played. Big time…
/
Billy Batson's eyes lowered by the face with orange flesh as a Tamaranean warrior, but greener hair on her head than those of Kori's origins. "This isn't good you guys…" Artemis had phoned her allies back at the base. They had an illegally - forged peace treaty to stop.

Cy and Karen Beecher were busy bringing Jackie back from her trip from Tokyo. The roads at night were risky, but no hotels had rooms available. Her plane had landed in San Fran international that evening. She'd packed tons of mementos in the back of her daddy's new Electric SUV but this wasn't a time to celebrate. The radio had described a take - over. The president and the entire United States congress were under siege from the inside.
"We gotta get her home –
"What about your fam here, is Jump on the way back?" Jacklyn frowned and nosily dug her way through to the heart of the conversation.
"Just go home with Julian an' lock all the doors, the defenses are up. We've got a take over of the whole Earth on our hands, baby girl." Cy tried to keep Jackie calm. If she went with her usual "dive into the cyber - web" then he'd be grounding her until the holidays came back next July.
"An' I'm coming too." Karen crossed her arms and demanded; as a Titan, she had that right.
"I hope you wanna get in the middle of this." Vic sped up and stuck to the route they needed to turn off onto the freeway for. "We might as well push em back to where they came. I am not having a whole fiasco like the Time the Titans saved Star from those dang Gordanian smugglers."
"You need to really get out some more, Hunny. Drive. I'll do all the talking." Karen patted her hubby on the back. Driving at night wasn't best for those with their failing eyesight, anyway.

Gar was up in arms with his team in San Diego prepping for am attack on the tower.
"We had better go help the city. This is like what Rae predicted today, the human race is gonna end up taken over by alien warriors if we can't keep holding down the fort."
"Raven predicted the worst?" Mal took to recovering his magic in order to keep their shields at high mark. "I'd not think anything less of her powers, truly. My… She's grown so strong, and in such a short time." The man had grown his hair out so his power was at its maximum as a magical fae sorcerer into the present day. He had to make up a lot of messes. One was being a Guardian part time. The foxes tended to have him sit out a lot of patrols these days.
"Trouble, back at the main headquarters!" Zatanna rushed in with Damian and Blue Beetle. Superboy was off on patrol, elsewhere and a few miles westward onto the outskirts of the main strip...

Superboy and Cassandra (A.K.A) Wonder Girl, were setting their bar very high with their newest discovery.
A fleet of ships from the Drenthax army that had been a cover; the original union wasn't between a peaceful alien nation, but a violent one that was run by none other than Queen Blackfire. She'd sent someone in to take hold of the oval office. And she'd made it so that the original nation was a fabricated lie. She had fooled the United States government in only a month flat…
Connor looked down with a firmly grim glance, then back at WonderGirl, who was just as upset by the trick that the Drenthax military had pulled. Connor pulled out his unit and made sure that M'Gann was listening loud and clear via their own special link.
"We have a problem, Team. I need everyone on board..."
He said this, then paused to recover himself.
"Our enemy, is closer to home than we originally were told. They're here, and we might have a battle for Earth on our hands any time now…into the next half hour…"

"What's the hold up!?" The woman at the podium looked nothing like a species that Superman had seen - but on one home planet.
As if he had not seen her before…Sooner.
First; the bodyguard and huntress of those who suited her tastes in feats and ability.
Maxima of Almerac. She'd had a grudge against poor Supes for turning her down. Hand and all. The reality somehow made Dianna's skin crawl with prickly goosebumps. Like fire in her throat willing to strike down the temptress and haughty warrior woman of her same standing, Wonder Woman was furious by the ploy from a former ally's hand.
Beside her, was a green haired teen or as she appeared, a young princess. Her outfit was close enough to Kori's of Tameran's style and it also, was pink. Very, very pink. Complete with a pleated style min skirt. Her hair was long and wild with gold streaks in her mossy green half – up do. She was not an ordinary royal from her appearance. But a false one, at that.
Her lips were full and her form perky as a sunny day. She was beautiful but seriously twisted for trying such a thing while in the presence of the Justice league and Young Justice.
"Maxima, you're on our side!" Superman tried to reason with the woman, but she looked at her nails instead. "You're none of my concern. You all will bow before your Grand Ruler – All Hail; Princess "Miran'dir of the powerful rule of the Drenthax Prime's monumental elite!"
"You are not going to get away with this." Dianna touched at her lasso and the battle had begun. The congress's personnel involved with the treaty cowered, while the Drenthax army's fleet and crew members from the Princess's swarm, swarmed the entire area. The cameras dimmed. It was a dark day in history for not just the United States, but the entire known world was about to know the meaning of surrender.

Preview time! So?
One: Raku is with his new teachers the elemental foxes to wring out that old habit he's gotten into upon his return.
Two: Where are the Chosen, Ava, Ami and Anna? They could be in the middle of this catastrophe. Let's see!
Three: I'm using JLA Cartoon and Teen Titans/ Young Justice tropes to have this as accurately placed as I possibly can make of it. Not a great multitasker. It's why Anime is ok if it has more plot than being an actual franchise. Wolf's Rain (fan bait) and Erased (manga ; that is if not as (intense) good as series. Yuki Kajiura's score is fantabulous!) Or Kuroshitsuji (because Toboso is amazingly talented.) College first, then I can write a real folkloric tale for the ages, for fun.
Read on and always stay curious for the end game! Thank you very much!
