Fire licked at her skin, the heat and oppressive smoke not bothering her as she could only stand and watch. Her home burning along with the memories and history it held. Beams and stone fell around her, but nothing came near her, leaving her unharmed. It was her greatest gift and yet in this moment it felt like a curse. Teileo felt her heart shatter along with the windows as more of the stain glass her mother had so loving worked on fell from it's rightful place. The crystals in the chandeliers bursting as the heat intensified. And still she stood unharmed, her large sad eyes taking in what was left of her home.

"TEILEO!" A familiar voice called, ringing in her ears and breaking what small pieces of her soul were left untouched. "TEILEO! PLEASE COME BACK! IT'S NOT-" The sound of a large beam falling behind her along with the man cursing not fazing her. "TEILEO!" He continued to scream. Only when the sound of shifting rubble and his cries of her name came closer did she finally start moving again.

The chaos around her parting as she made her way through, her bare feet uninjured as she began her journey towards the back gardens. Foolishly hoping for the place her mother cherished to be untouched by the fire billowing and burning around her. The anguished scream that was quickly cut off followed by the shouts of more people doing nothing to her as she slowly walked. Wishing she could die, and join her family in whatever peace immortals found after life. Her heart growing heavier and heavier with each step she took.
