Ms. Kelsey was an absolute mess. Her nerves were frayed, and her emotions were in turmoil. She couldn't get a grip on herself. Even Deanna could see the young woman was in turmoil. "Please, calmly explain what has got you so worked up, Ms. Kelsey?" Deanna gently asked.

Ms. Kelsey was in hysterics as she talked about the shuttle accident the other day and how others didn't have time management. The utter disrespect and abuse she suffered daily.

How she'd been having nightmares for over a week now! How she felt zero control over everything, including herself. How messed up everything was, and how she felt like she was drowning in pain and emotion.

The cycle of abuse, stress, and being overwrought would never end. She already understood she couldn't control other people. So she accepted countless people didn't give a damn about anyone else.

She accepted her family would never treat her with love and respect. She accepted all of that. However, no matter how hard she mentally, she knew that. Her emotions couldn't accept that. She spent nearly thirty-five years endlessly tormented. She'd never had a single friend, being mistreated by virtually everyone. Her self-esteem and self-worth were gone.

Deanna told her she didn't have to hold herself to other's standers. But Ms. Kelsey couldn't help but feel again personally targeted. The abuse she suffered in the real world while simultaneously online?

Being torn to shreds, people using the R-word to describe her? The fact she again felt like she was drowning. The fact she couldn't get her weight under control. All in all, she felt like her torment would never end.

The only good that came out of this session was she and Deanna agreed to borrow some books in the future. For now? Ms. Kelsey wanted to get back to her quarters and eat.
