"THIS IS FOR BUCHOU'S BREASTS!"

Issei threw a ferocious punch at the Vanishing Dragon.

"THIS IS FOR AKENO'S BREASTS!"

He activated the Dividing Gear and sapped some of Vali's power.

"THIS IS FOR ASIA'S STILL GROWING BREASTS!"

He continued his relentless barrage.

"THIS IS FOR XENOVIA'S BREASTS!"

He uppercut Vali, shattering the helm of his Balance Breaker.

"AND FINALLY, THIS IS FOR KONEKO'S BREASTS THAT WOULD DISAPPEAR IF THEY WERE HAAAALVED!" Issei roared. He appeared in the air and spiked Vali like a volleyball to the ground.

"Pause right there," a woman said.

A group of ten shadowy figures watched the footage play out in front of them. Their eyes watched with interest as the battle between the Vanishing Dragon and the Welsh Dragon unfolded before their very eyes.

"Hehh? You're right. I can't believe we missed that," a man commented.

"So what are we going to do now?" another woman said.

"As we all know, the Three Factions have signed an alliance and merged into a single pantheon. This is something that hasn't been seen since God was still active. However, I fear that this was all a calculated step for the enemy. Khaos Brigade's involvement and the alliance of the Three Factions. It seems that Serpent's Seed is finally making their final moves," a woman said with a thick Russian accent. Her blue eyes glanced at the Red Dragon Emperor. "And proof of it exists here in this boy."

"Then how about we kidnap the boy?" A man with an Australian accent suggested.

"And incur the wrath of the Underworld? No thank you. Anonymity is our strength and we should maintain it," a woman with a British accent said.

"This is in Kuoh Town, right?" an elderly man asked.

"Yes. What's your point, Taki?" a man asked.

"Well, Cornelius, it just so happens that I have the perfect person for this job. Not to mention that ever since this event, Rizevim reached out to us after the defection of his grandson to the Khaos Brigade. It seems that he's caught on as well," Taki said.

"And who is this perfect person you're talking about?" the British woman asked.

"Hehehe, you know who she is, Salem."

Cornelius rubbed his chin in thought. "Sending your Granddaughter? Should I send Ingvild too?"

"No, no. We don't need her there. Mitsuki will be fine. I'm sure she'll be happy to transfer schools in the middle of the academic year," Taki said, letting out a hearty laugh.

Salem sighed in exasperation while the rest of the shadowy figures all let out chuckles at the thought.

"Everyone, evacuate now! Evacua-"

Everyone's eyes widened when his head seamlessly slid off his neck and hit the ground with a wet plop. Blood sprayed from the stump where his head should have been. He collapsed on the ground, body twitching every few seconds as if it were still alive. A girl walked through with brown hair and hazel eyes, sheathing her katana in its oversized sheathe. The girl clicked her tongue in annoyance after seeing that blood had gotten on her uniform.

The glow of the moon cast an ethereal light on her, making her brown hair glow and causing her hazel eyes to twinkle with an eerie yellow glow.

"Y- You won't be able to take on all of us!" a wolf youkai said as she shakily held her weapon in front of her.

"Really? Then why are you shaking like a leaf?" the woman asked as she placed her hand on the hilt of her sword.

"D- Do you know who we are!? We are part of the Khaos Brigade!" a fallen angel said as he formed several light spears.

"Khaos Brigade? Doesn't that give me more motivation to just end you here before you all become a problem?" she asked, smiling cheekily at their fear. Demonic power surged from her body, shrouding her in a blue aura that generated an immense amount of pressure on her surroundings.

The terrorists paled. This girl was a monster.

The girl closed her eyes before rushing forward in a burst of speed. She drew her sword and slashed them multiple times before stopping a few feet from where the group had stood. The girl swiped the blood off her sword before sheathing it slowly.

Behind her, the group of terrorists exploded in a shower of blood and parts, sending entrails and limbs in different directions. They had been reduced to a pile of meat and bones.

"Prey slaughtered," she said.

The girl walked out of the house, closing the door behind her. She pulled out a small marble from her pocket and pressed a button on it with her thumb. "This is Operative Moon Halo calling for a gate at these coordinates. I've just finished taking out the reported disturbance and am ready for extraction," the girl said.

[Copy that, Moon Halo. Please standby for a Gate. Oh! Mitsuki! Don't forget to erase the evidence.]

"What? Oh… right," Mitsuki said. She turned around and saw the house where the corpses resided. "Do I really have to burn down the house? Can't we just let some random youkai in to eat them?"

[What? I don't even- Whatever. Just salt and burn them.]

"Roger that." She raised her hand and cast a massive fire spell on the house.

[The Gate's open by the way. You can come back now.]

Mitsuki nodded and walked through the swirling green vortex as the house behind her burned to the ground.

The hangar bay of the Blacklight Organization was always busy. Vehicles that could transition from water to air were constantly lifting off through the hangar bay's gates and bursting through the shrouded pools of Kegon Falls. Personnel busied themselves with engineering tasks and gauging the fuel gauges of the planes that were due for take-off. Other Agents from the Hunting Division discussed their missions and held last-minute briefings.

Mitsuki ignored the sounds of the hustle and bustle and walked down the hangar bay towards the door. She opened the door and was met with a woman she knew all too well.

The woman's red eyes stared into her hazel ones. She had her long violet hair tied in a ponytail and she wore a dark red dress with a strap on the right over a short-sleeved white blouse. The woman had a belt strapped to her waist that held a sheathed katana.

"Auntie Sae! Um… am I in trouble?" Mitsuki asked, seeing her Aunt's stormy gaze.

"No, come with me. Dad wants to talk to you," Sae said, beckoning for her to follow.

"Eh? Grandfather? What does Grandfather want to talk about?" Mitsuki asked.

The two boarded a vehicle that resembled a golf-cart. Sae drove down the winding pathway of the Japanese Blacklight Headquarters, passing by facilities whose sheer size was massive enough to encompass an area as large as Kuoh Academy. Other vehicles passed them by, filled with people that had places to be and things to do. To run a branch of a massive secret organization such as this, all employees of Blacklight were always on the move and there was always something to do.

"I have no idea. He just called me out of the blue and told me to tell you to come."

"Can we stop by R&D first? I think Yorihime has some chinks in it. I want to get it dinged out before he sends me wherever he's sending me," Mitsuki said, stroking her beloved katana.

"You can do that later. For now, you have to go to Dad's office and see what he wants to talk about," Sae said.

The two drove in silence for a few minutes before Sae glanced at her niece and sighed. She was beginning to resemble her brother more and more but her face and eyes were like that of her sister-in-law's. "Your parents would be proud of you."

"Huh?"

"Nothing. Just remember that whatever Dad says, don't take it too seriously if he's sending you off. Dad's drunk most of the time," Sae said.

Mitsuki just nodded. She tapped her Armillary Sphere. A soft smile appeared on her lips.

The lock screen wallpaper of her AS was a photo of her and another boy in middle school. The two had big smiles on their faces and held up tubes. The girl swiped the screen and unlocked her device.

"Mmm? Grandpa just sent me a message asking where we are," Mitsuki said.

"That old bastard. Let's go." Sae slammed her foot on the gas and sped down the winding paths of the Blacklight headquarters.

The cart began to slow down as they approached their destination. The cart stopped and they exited. The pair opened the door and began walking down a hallway with doors. There were people inside, sorting and doing the managerial work required to keep the organization running like a well-oiled machine.

Sae and Mitsuki stopped outside a large steel door.

Sae walked up and pulled out a small marble before placing it in a small hemispherical indent on a keypad by the door. The orb beeped three times before a green light appeared on the keypad.

"Welcome, White Crane."

The door slid open and the two walked in.

Mitsuki had been in her grandfather's office multiple times but it never failed to impress her as to how large it actually was. She walked down the entry hall. Its walls were lined with pictures of her grandfather's past, from trips around the world to his graduation from an affiliate academy in Japan. She stopped when she saw a picture of her family. Her parents' kind eyes stared down at her.

Mitsuki smiled at the picture. After gazing at the photo of her parents, she continued walking down the pathway until she arrived at the main space of her grandfather's office.

The office of her grandfather, Taki Adashino, was a large room the size of an entire living room at a large palace. There were windows that allowed him to view the underwater nothingness of Kegon Falls. The occasional fish and underwater Youkai passed by but there was nothing too interesting. There was a large table of European Design sitting in the middle of the room with 10 chairs seated. On the wall, there was a painting of a man in European descent with a pair of swords hung underneath as decoration.

Taki looked up from his paperwork and finally noticed their presence. "Come take a seat, Mitsuki. Sae, you're dismissed."

Sae nodded and left the room, leaving Mitsuki alone with her grandfather.

"Hey, Grandpa, what's going on?" Mitsuki asked.

"Ah, sorry to drop this on you after you've just returned from a case but I'm sending you on another one," Taki said, putting the papers down. He folded his hands and waited for his granddaughter's expected reaction.

"Wait! Wait a minute! I just got back! You're sending me on another one?" Mitsuki protested.

"This one is super important-"

"Then send someone else! I can't go! I have school tomorrow and-"

"You don't need to worry about that. I pulled you out and am transferring you to a different school," Taki interjected.

"Sending me to another…?" it all clicked inside her head. This was a long-term case. She was being sent away on a long-term case. Long-term cases ended in one of two ways. When the case was deemed over by the one carrying it out or if no further solution can be applied and the agent's life was in danger. "You're sending me away!" she said indignantly.

"Yes and yes. This is a long-term case and I'm sending you there for two reasons. One is for experience and the other is that you're the best fit for this job. Luckily for you, it's still here in Japan and-"

"No, no. You pulled me out of my school all for a job? I didn't even ask for this! Where's my say in this? I've been doing this for a year now and you're tugging me around like you did last time and I'm sick and tired of it!" Mitsuki yelled.

"Can you let me finish? The town I'm sending you to is Kuoh," Taki said.

Kuoh.

That was Mitsuki's hometown. She had moved away from Kuoh during middle school for her parents' work. And now she was going back after all these years, and it was for work. It wasn't the way she wanted to go back but this was an opportunity she might not have again for a while. She hadn't seen Issei in nearly a year.

"Why are you sending me to Kuoh?" Mitsuki asked.

"As you're very much aware, the Three Factions have signed a peace treaty and are under one pantheon banner now. Khaos Brigade attacked their meeting and the Red and White Dragon Emperors were involved," Taki said.

"The Red Dragon and White Dragon? Is that why you're sending me? You know there are people better equipped to handle the Welsh Dragon and the Vanishing Dragon, right?" she asked.

"Would you go if I told you the identity of the Red Dragon?" her grandfather said.

"The identity of the Red Dragon? What would that change?" Mitsuki said.

"The Red Dragon Emperor of this generation is Issei Hyoudou."

Mitsuki felt her heart stop at those words. Issei was the Red Dragon and he was involved in the Three Factions Summit? She shook her head. There was no way that her sweet and loveable Aniki was the Red Dragon Emperor.

"Do you want me to show you the footage?" Taki asked.

Mitsuki nodded absentmindedly. The footage confirmed her fears. Issei was the Red Dragon Emperor and he had already met his destined rival. She sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose. "Is Issei the reason I'm being sent?"

"No. You're actually being sent because our contact in the Underworld reached out to us," Taki said, crossing his arms and leaning back in his chair.

"What? Rizevim?" Mitsuki raised an eyebrow. What did that cunning bastard want?

"He wants someone to act as the in-town liaison for Blacklight. That way, we can interfere there rapidly if need be," Taki answered.

"That's all well and good but why?" she pressed.

"Serpent's Seed. We have word that… Issei Hyoudou might be the target of Serpent's Seed," Taki said.

Mitsuki walked into her room and flopped down on her head. She sighed into her pillow. The conversation she had with her grandfather was still fresh in her mind. Mitsuki peeked her head out and grabbed the photo of her and Issei as kids.

She sat on her bed and sighed.

"I guess… I really have no choice here. Looks like I'm coming home early, Aniki," Mitsuki said.
