Hello, guys. All characters are part of the Harry Potter universe. Which belongs to J.K Rowling.

Harry only woke up twice, and Sirius had peeked, but the boy had stayed in bed and promptly gone back to sleep. Remus and Sirius were having breakfast, Harry was still asleep when they felt the wards being tested, and they both got up with wands in hand.

"Kreacher! Don't cross the wards, find out who it is."

Kreacher disappeared and reappeared. — "A crazy man, with a wooden leg, I kill him?"

"Moody!"

Sirius stared at Kreacher for a moment. — "No, Kreacher, show him into my office."

Once Moody was inside the house, Remus and Sirius walked into the study.

"Mad-eye how did you find me"

"Your grandfather, he was never an enemy of the Order, but it was better to keep an eye on him. You picked a good spot, not many know of this house, the wards are working."

"Yes, yes Moody, to the point what happened with that woman"

"Sirius," –Remus signalled him to calm down. — "Alastor, what do we need to do?"

"Petunia Dursley was arrested. The Muggles can only keep her for 72 hrs. You should go to St Mungo's to have the boy checked out for abuse. She probably won't end up in jail, but she'll get a fine and do community service."

"Is Harry going to have to see them?"

"No, the boy is legally yours now. He won't have to see them unless they're brought to court, but since Petunia was taken out of the house in handcuffs and I understand it was her husband's secretary who took Petunia's call from the station, her reputation is already damaged."

Remus smiled, "Perfect, that's enough for now. Though I don't know how soon they'll see us in St, Mungo's."

Sirius spoke up—"Andromeda, we can ask her for a favour. What floor did she work on?"

Remus shook his head. –"Don't remember"

"You boys have to do it fast. If the file comes through while Petunia is still under arrest, it's likely that her sentence will go up."

Sirius agreed and quickly wrote Andromeda.

Andy dear cousin, I have a favour to ask you, I have to go to St Mungo's for something to do with my godson, it has to be discreet, it needs to be today at the latest. Do you think you could help me?"

Sirius.

Sirius frowned—"We need an owl."

"Kreacher can find her, right?"

Sirius pouted.— "We'll see. Kreacher!"

The elf appeared.

"The master called"

"Can you find Andromeda?"

The elf made a face of disgust

"I'll take that as a yes, I need you to take this message and give it directly to her, make sure no one sees you, don't talk to anyone but her, don't say your name or who you belong to and don't delay. Tell her that you have to wait for an answer and come straight home"

The elf nodded and with a pop he was gone.

Moody nodded and turned to look at them. —"Now, if you children, can you explain to me what the hell you plan to do? And how much I will have to say to Dumbledore, so he doesn't overreact?"

Remus and Sirius made faces at the word children. Sirius was still looking at mad-eye with an angry face; he had not forgotten that his boss had taken him to Azkaban.

Remus was the one to speak.

"As you can see, Sirius is Lord Black, and I am the Steward of the house of Black "-Alastor raised his eyebrow. –"And Dumbledore is going to be furious with us. We cost Harry some strong blood wards made from Lily's death. Harry was untouchable, we were determined to share him with Petunia, but you saw what happened. No one knows that we have him or that Sirius has already accepted the family magic, everyone thinks he's still recovering. Just a few days ago Sirius visited the Ministry, so it's likely that Dumbledore suspects, but I'm sure he's calculating when to make his move."

"but this time we are one step ahead"—Sirius smiled

"When are you going to tell him?"

"We are not, that's why he's going to get mad. Dumbledore has no right in Harry. And while I appreciate Dumbledore with my trial, I don't owe him much to feel grateful and have to tell him about my plans. Dumbledore left my godson in a house full of abuse and didn't even bother to check if he was alright. We'll take care of raising Harry as we please."

Alastor nodded—"Albus wanted him out of the wizarding world. I know Minerva wasn't thrilled about the boy's living arrangement. But Dumbledore doesn't take lightly not being informed."

"We know, but if he wanted to be asked, then he should have bother to check on Harry,"

"Alastor, Harry is too young for that Boy Who Lived nonsense, but we also won't let the Prophet and the Ministry do with his name whatever they want. From this moment on the name Harry Potter will be and all those books and stories that are being spread out will be denied."

"We already have a good team of lawyers working on it." — Sirius told him –"The wizarding world sees him as a hero, and maybe he is, but he's also just barely five. We will give the magical world enough to leave us at peace."

Alastor looked at them, scrutinizing. — "I think I have enough to placate Dumbledore. You have thought it through quite well. You can count on me for what you might need with the boy. His father was a good man, somewhat idiotic but good."

Remus smiled and Sirius laughed out loud. At that moment, the alarm went off. Remus excused himself and went off to find Harry.

"Since you've offered your service, boss. How about you help us out with some Wards for the bunker I made to Remus for his transformations" Alastor nodded, and the two of them headed out the back.

While Sirius and Alastor paraded through the woods. Remus had reached Harry. He was about to go in and realized Harry needed to understand boundaries, so he knocked.—"Harry, are you awake. Can I come in?"

He heard a small come in.

He walked and quickly went to the bed.—"Good Morning, cub, did you sleep well?"

Harry nodded shyly.

Remus saw his shyness and smiled. –"How about a quick bath. I think we're going out today."

Harry's eyes widened-"Are you going to send me back?"

Remus was taken aback by the fearful little voice Harry used.

— "No, of course not, Harry, you're never going back to them."

Harry nodded as though he didn't believe him.

Remus sighed, he knew that Harry would have to get used to it. As he led him to the bathroom, Remus asked him if he could help him, if the water was okay, if he wanted bubbles. He wanted Harry to tell him what he preferred.

Remus went in search of Harry's clothes.

"We're going to have to buy you more clothes."

"There's no need"

"Of course there is, you have to look handsome wherever you go. Padfoot will allow nothing else."

"Who is padfoot?"

"Ah, padfoot is Sirius. That's his nickname, mine is Moony"

"My mom and dad had one?"

"Your dad's was prongs. And your mom didn't have a specific one, but your dad sometimes called her Lils or flower. Not very original, but she liked them"

Harry gave him a big smile.

While Remus transfigured Harry's clothes so that he looked decent, Sirius entered the room.

"Andy answered" –he said to Remus as he leaned down to kiss Harry on the head. –"Good morning, pup ready for breakfast?"

Harry nodded, and the two adults continued their talk on the way to the kitchen.

"What did she say?"

"She can see us in one hour before noon, in and out, no one will see us."

Harry ate breakfast, while Remus arranged everything to go out, Sirius kept him company.

Once everything was ready, Sirius carried Harry, and they walked to the edge of the house. -"Harry, we are going to do the same thing as yesterday"

Harry shook his head. –"I'm going to puke again."

"No, because this time you already know how it feels like. You are going to prepare yourself, close your eyes, hold on tight and take a deep breath"

As soon as Harry took a breath, Sirius apparate

"Harry, open your eyes."

Harry opened his eyes and found himself in an alley—"It still feels funny."

"I know, but it's faster"

Sirius passed Harry to Remus and walked over to where Andy was waiting for them. Andy saw them, saw Sirius from head to toe and quickly led them to an office, once the door was closed.

Sirius greeted her—"Andy, cousin, how are you?"

Andy smiled at him and curtsey. –"Lord Black, cousin."

Remus pressed his lips together to keep from laughing at Sirius' face.

"Right, you have to do that."— Sirius said with a roll of the eyes.

Andy laughed and hugged him tightly—"Formalities aside. Siri, I'm so glad to see you so healthy. A few months ago you, well you looked terrible."—she said turning to look at Remus, the ring of Remus twinkled, and she widened her eyes. — "Oh my god, Steward Lupin,"— she said with a small nod.

Remus blushed slightly. –"Remus is enough, Andy"

"Yes, in private, in public we all have a protocol, but just look at it, if you're full of surprises"—she said looking at Harry, who was hiding her face in Remus's neck.

Sirius understood and introduced them.

"Harry, this is my cousin Andy. Can you say hi?"

"Hi, ma'am."— he replied in a soft voice.

"Oh, but look at him so polite. Andy is fine Harry or Auntie Andy if you prefer"

Sirius gave her a questioning look.

"What, we're family. Now sit down and tell me what I can do for you"

Remus sat Harry in one of the chairs, while Sirius explained to Andy everything that had happened. The poor woman was getting angrier and angrier.

Once everything was explained, she addressed Harry.

"Harry, did you ever go to the doctor?"

"Once, I got shots for school."

Andy agreed.—"OK, I'm a doctor. I have to check you to see if you're healthy"

Harry widened his eyes and grabbed onto the chair.

"Hey, hey pup. You're fine, nothing's wrong. Andy isn't going to do anything to you, they aren't going to give you a shot"—Sirius said, although he didn't know what the hell that was.—"Remus and I are going to be here. It's okay, it won't hurt either, you know why?"

"Magic?"— Harry said.

"That's right. Magic."

Harry nodded and Remus carried him to the bed, helped him out of his shirt and Andy stepped in front of him. She was talking to him while she checked him; a piece of parchment was positioned next to Harry, registering what the want recorded.

Once the record was finished and two sheets of parchment later. The two sat back down.

"How bad is it?"

She looked up at Remus—"For his age, it's alarming. Apart from the mandatory potions, I'll give him a few more for his bones and muscles. Also for his teeth, and he needs glasses, but his dad wore glasses so that's not surprising, he has two fractures, which his magic healed. His arm and the other in the head, the one in the head, is minimal; it could have given him a slight concussion."

Sirius clenched his hands into fists and looked back at Harry—"Pup, do you remember how you got hurt?"

Harry looked at them nervously. –"Are you going to yell again?"

"Nobody is going to yell, cub. You're not in trouble, either. You can tell us."

Harry started playing with his fingers. –"The arm, it was the one I told you about, I fell down the stairs and I thought I would have to go to the doctor but no, it hurt, but during the night it got better."

The adults nodded, "And the head one?"

"Aunt… Aunt Petunia hit me with...with the pan"—he finished in a whisper.

Sirius didn't know what to say to that other than—"I'm so sorry that happened to you pup"

Harry smiled at him and nodded, he never had anyone saying sorry to him.

Remus asked her for a copy of the register and asked her to be a witness if they needed one, she quickly agreed. Sirius called for Kreacher and gave him the record to take to Susan; Andromeda gave them some potions and a prescription for more to get from the apothecary. Sirius promised her in invitation for Dinner once Harry got adjusted, she agreed and all three went on their way.

Remus and Sirius walked as fast as possible to the back alley; from there they headed towards the main street. They decided to buy Harry some clothes, he needed to look presentable.

Harry's eyes widened as Sirius tossed another item of clothing into the basket.

Remus laughed–"I told you Sirius wouldn't let you look bad."

Harry only nodded, though he wasn't so sure it was all necessary.

"Don't dress him like you" –Remus said to Sirius, who was insisting on a leather pant.

"We aren't dressing him like you, either; no one needs that many cardigans"

Remus gave him a glare. Once they finished with the clothes, they went into a Toy store

Harry stared at everything with his mouth open

"Harry, pick whatever you want"

"Whatever I want?"

"Yes"—Remus said as he knelt down to talk to him at his level.— "We know that the Dursleys didn't buy you toys, so this time you can grab everything you want"

Harry looked at them amazed and laughed, he wanted to cry too, but he knew he shouldn't, so he just laughed and ran down the hall.

Sirius looked at Remus with a mock frown—"Sirius, we are not going to spoil him. Hypocrite –he scoffed.

"Shut up. Just this once, his room is empty. We should also let him choose his own shampoo and soap, so he starts making decisions"

In the end, Harry didn't grab much. A few stuffed animals, some bubbles, some Legos, and some colouring books. After that, they went into a bookshop and Remus made him choose some books for bedtime story. They ended up eating in London, much to the amazement of Harry, who was looking at everything in awe.

Sirius and Remus tried to hold back their tears, even though Remus knew his friend felt just as overwhelmed, still not used to being surrounded by so many people.

The days passed in a routine, Harry still woke up at least once a night, and Sirius was in charge of giving him a bath unless he was busy.

Several times Kreacher had found Harry trying to make lunch, but Kreacher wouldn't let him and lightly scolded him, with Sirius and Remus permission.

One night, when they had finished reading to Harry, they were in Remus' office, discussing business. It was Remus who spoke.

"Harry needs more rules other than staying out of the floo room and not turning the stove on, he is adapting quickly, he no longer jumps every time we say his name, and he has reacted well to the little magic we have done around him."

"Do you think it's a good time? I wanted to wait for his birthday to pass, pamper him a bit more, and then sit down with him and explain a little more about our world."

"Yes, that's fine with me; we also need to talk about his school."

"He's not going to Muggle School"

"Lily was Muggle-born Sirius, we told Alastor we weren't going to let that part of him go."

"But it is dangerous, and you need all the documentation that we cannot do ..."

"I know, but we can hire tutors, and it wouldn't be a bad idea to make those documents for all of us. I'll see what I can do"

Sirius nodded and then pointed at him.

"Me what?"

"I know you've got work to do with being a Steward, but we can both teach him."

"It is a bit of work, your family had all their investments in disarray, the properties need to be revised, and I have the Potter investment in pause, but if we make an itinerary I think we can do it."

"And we can take him to museums or something, so he can learn Muggle history."

"The tutor thing is not a bad idea"

"A Squib, perhaps."

"We could ask Susan."

The two agreed, and the days fell into a routine. Harry drank his potions, played with Remus or Sirius in the garden, depended on who wasn't busy, went for a walk and even reached the river which Sirius thought would be a good place for a picnic.

A week before Harry's birthday, Sirius was coming back from talking to the owner of the prophet.

Remus and Harry were in the sun room, reading Fantastic Beasts and where to find them.

"Uncle Siri, there are dragons,"— Harry said in wonder.

Sirius chuckled, "Ah, yes ferocious fire-breathing beasts, you know I saw one once on Gringotts they are enormous."

Harry nodded, still amazed.

Remus handed the book to Harry and turned to Sirius. "So, what did Luccet say to you".

"All is ready, a reporter, and a photographer in two days. I told him that if this interview went well, we were willing to give him exclusives."

Remus protested –"just like that? He wanted me to sign a contract for five years, and he wanted to give me that crazy hag of Skeeter."

"Luccet and my grandfather had a strange friendship. I told him and the idiot laughed, He just wanted to be able to say that he was the first to know of Lord Black in person, but I made him see that we are not my grandfather, he tried to tell me that the friendship of the House of Black with the prophet was important, and I reminded him that we owned a 20 % of the shares of the newspaper, that it wasn't a friendship but a business, and he calmed down"

"What will happen in two days?"—Harry asked, as the days had passed he felt more comfortable around them and was no longer afraid to ask questions.

"Well, you know that in a week a very important date is coming." — Remus said

Harry tried to remember, but just shook his head.

"It's your birthday, Harry."

Harry's eyes lit up, but he lowered his head. — "Oh."

Sirius sighed— "Don't make that face, Harry, Remus and I have an amazing day planned for you."

Harry raised his head—"Really."

"Yes"—Moony said—"We'll have a picnic by the river, and we'll swim for a while and then we'll go to town for dinner, Sirius found a very good burger joint."

"Wow"— Harry was saying—"I have never celebrated my birthday."

"That is going to change, puppy."

"But why is a photographer coming?"

"Ah, well that's another story."— Sirius looked to Remus for help but he smiled and shrugged. Sirius continued.—"Well, I'm a very important person in the magical world, some people think I'm sick, and they're going to come and do an interview and take some photos of me and you"

Harry frown—"But why me."

Remus intercepted since he didn't like Sirius' explanation. The two of them had told the boy about his parents, but they had started with simple things, like their favourite colour, what they liked to eat, what their grandparents' names were, and Hogwarts first year antics. So what he was about to say to Harry was going to be new information for him.

"Harry, they will take pictures of you because you are also very important in the magical world."

Harry's eyes widened. "Me?"

Sirius started to deny, but Remus calmed him down— "I think it's time. Yes, Harry, you are famous in our world because your mom and dad did something very important. People know who you are, but they don't know what happened to you and since you are already part of our family we can protect you."

Harry thought about it – "that's why we haven't gone where there's a lot of magic"

Remus smiled— "that's right, it's better not to go yet until you're older."

"But what did my mom and dad do?"

"They were very brave Harry".- Sirius told him—"but you're still too young to understand what happened, do you think you can wait a while for us to tell you the whole story?"

"Until I'm big like you?"

"No, just a little bit bigger"

Harry made a face. –"OK I can wait, but I don't want to talk to strangers"

Remus and Sirius were surprised, Harry hadn't refused something so outright, not even those potions that tasted awful.

"You're not going to talk to anyone, we'll go to another house we have. They'll take our photos and then you and Remus will come back here, and I'll do the interview by myself. We'll never leave you alone."

Harry agreed and said he was going to go get some cookies. Although he could call for Kreacher, they noticed Harry liked to do certain things for himself. Sirius wanted to tell him that he didn't have to, but Remus made him see it was impossible to take away those activities because Harry had suffered traumas, they just had to teach him he wasn't obligated to do them.

Once Harry was out of the room, Sirius sighed. "For a moment I thought you were going to tell him"

"No I don't think he will understand the whole meaning of murder, but we have to tell him little by little, one day someone, or we will slip, we can't keep hiding. In that note, once his birthday is over I'd like to invite Andy and her family for dinner. I've been telling you for days that we should fix her family situation, and you've ignored me."

Sirius pouted—"I know but if invite Andy I'll have to talk to Cissy and I don't want to see that idiotic Lucius."

"You'll have to at some point Sirius. I have reviewed half of the investments, the vaults in Gringotts are in order, the lawyers have already been selected and sworn, the papers are pending, on July 30th everyone will know that you are Lord Black and on the 31st Harry Potter will be reintroduced to the wizarding world. We will have many knocking on our door, Also the full moon is the day of the interview."

"Damn I forgot."

"Calm down, now that Moony knows I have padfoot he's not so anxious any more, I'll be sore but I'll have a pepper up before the pictures, you are sure want to leave Harry here alone?

"Kreacher will stay with him, the house will be locked, even if he wakes up he won't be able to get out and we'll be in the bunker. He has to get used to it, and we also have to tell him, you'll be sore for his birthday"

Remus sighed, it was never easy for him to tell someone of his curse.—"I'll tell him at the picnic"

The day of the interview arrived.

They had arrived at Grimmauld early, Kreacher had breakfast ready, the parlour was clean, and the three of them were in their best robes. Remus had sent Harry's measurements to Madam Malkin's, and they had arrived a day early.

Harry hadn't been very happy about them, and Sirius realized that he would have to start teaching him how to behave like in Heir to a Noble house. The boy in question kept pulling his robes and fidgeting"

"Harry leave your neck alone."

"This itches, and why do I have so many buttons?"

"It's the fashion"

"I don't like it, why couldn't I wear my vest?"

Sirius rolled his eyes. Harry had gone with Remus for more books, and they had returned with a cute jumper vest. Harry wouldn't take it off, so they had to buy more. He knew it had been the wolf's doing for not letting him buy cardigans, now he had a godson who dressed like a retired professor.

"Because they are photos for the magic newspaper"

Harry made a face.

"Don't make that face"— Sirius told him— "Stop fidgeting and grab the fork properly"— He showed him how

Remus looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

"He has to learn."

"Look at you, Sirius Black teaching etiquette manners."

"Shut up; wait until he has to learn the waltz. I will force you to be my dance partner."

"what is waltz"—Harry asked between bites.

"Don't chew with your mouth open. The waltz is a dance"—Remus said

"I do not want to dance"

Sirius chuckled—"Well, aren't we cranky"

"It's the clothes, it itches me"— Harry complained again, pulling his neck.

Remus laughed, Harry was comfortable enough with them to act like a five-year-old. It warmed his heart, but Sirius was right, Harry needed to start learning. —"Enough Harry, that's how wizards dress, you have to get used to it."

Harry was going to make a face, but Sirius looked at him, he nodded and kept eating.

Kreacher announced that there was someone at the door.

Remus scrambled to his feet, drank the potion, and said he would open it. Sirius led Harry to wash his hands and teeth.

Remus opened the door and introduced himself. The photographer's eyes widened when he saw him, he obviously knew who he was and what he was. Remus ignored him and addressed the interviewer.

"Mr. Lupin, my name is Hector Zacharias, and this is Thomas Leon."

"Come in, welcome to Grimmauld place, the house of Black. I guess Luccet explained. You will take four photos, one of Mr. Black, one of me, one of the family, and one of Harry."

Hector nodded quickly, Luccet had warned him that these men were not playing games. "Yes, I also know that we do not have permission to speak to Mr. Potter and that Mr. Black will do the interview alone."

"That's right. Come in, gentlemen."— Remus led them into the parlour; a small tearoom Sirius's grandmother had created. Remus made the introductions; Harry was seated in one of the chairs. Hector and Tomas looked completely fascinated to see Harry, something Sirius didn't like.

"Good morning, I'm Harry"—He introduced himself.

Tomas and Hector nodded with a maniacal face.

Sirius cleared his throat—"Gentlemen, the photos, so my godson can retire."

Hector proceeded to arrange everyone. Sirius posed first. Standing, unsmiling, he looked menacing, his loose hair ending just at the nape of his neck, his black robes with gray buttons and red trim made him look elegant.

Remus posed later, still standing, and although he didn't look so threatening, his scars already did that for him. His robes were a dark brown with gold buttons, his hair slicked back, he looked sophisticated.

Harry posed last. Sirius had told him that he had to do it and to not complain. Harry's robes were a Gryffindor red with gold buttons, they had tried to style his hair but gave up, James and Monty used to wear it to the side and so Sirius styled like that. He had it a little long and that helped him not look so crazy. He had his glasses on, Sirius had him pose standing up with one hand inside the pocket of his robe and unlike them, Harry smiled. It wasn't a big smile, he didn't even show his teeth, but he looked handsome and adorable.

The last photo was the family photo. This would be the first family photo they'd ever take and Sirius wanted it to be perfect.

Remus suggested that everyone be seated and Harry in the middle, and so it was.

Hector knew this was one of the biggest moments of his career and he wanted the best photo. He started to tell Harry a joke and took the picture at the exact moment the boy burst out laughing; Remus and Sirius both smiled and turned to look at him at the same time, both smiles growing bigger. The photo was perfect; nobody could deny that they were a family.

Once the photos were finished, Remus and Harry said their goodbyes. Remus ordered Kreacher to be on guard of the visitors and if Sirius was in any danger to get him out of the house and back to the Manor immediately.

Harry heard him and looked as If he himself would go back for Sirius.

Once they got to the house, Remus explained to Harry that he and Sirius were going out, but would be back in the morning.

Harry nodded; he just wanted to take off his robes.

While Harry was colouring, Remus dozed on the couch until Sirius arrived, who told them that the interview would be great. Remus said goodbye to Harry, Sirius helped Harry to sleep and ran to the Bunker. Kreacher helped him open and close the bunker, Moony had already been transformed for over an hour and Kreacher returned to the house where he closed everything with magic and lay down on the couch in his strange little master's room with the howls in the background.

Hello guys, I felt like the end was a little rush, but there is no need to fill it with unnecessary dialogue. Next chapters the interview, hope you like this chapter and thank you for the Reviews, remember I do this for fun.
