Luz wondered how to get everyone to get along, she knew this would be a difficult thing to do and she needed a plan.

"Maybe I could join some kind of group? Maybe start an all inclusive club?" Luz wondered.

Luz was so lost in thought, she didn't realize she was walking out of the barrier that protected students from anyone in that would try and harm them. Luz walked a little way from the school, when she heard something.

"It would seem like our informant was telling the truth, now how do we get through the barrier?" A hooded person asked.

"We leave that to our spy." Another hooded person said, "As long as she does her job, then all these years of waiting will finally be worth it."

Luz knew she just learned something she shouldn't have, and she slowly began to walk backwards, hoping to tell someone about this... when she fell to the biggest trope of all time... she stepped on a twig. The hooded figures stood up and looked around, seeing Luz.

"We've been spotted!" One said.

"Relax, it's just a child." The other said, "I heard about her from our informant, she's half human and doesn't have a good grip on magic."

"So, what you're saying is, we can kill her?"

"Yes."

The two began walking towards Luz, who held out a shaky hand.

"Stay back!" Luz said, "I... I'm warning you!"

"Please, you won't be able to do anything." A hooded figure said.

Luz closed her eyes and made a spell circle. She heard screaming and opened her eyes, seeing them wrapped up in vines. Luz was confused, because she knows she didn't perform a plant spell. She looked around and saw something long and...black retreat into the woods. Luz turned back to the two hooded figures and pulled out her phone. She texted her dad to get here as soon as possible, that there was an emergency. Luz then quickly took off after the... thing that saved her. She made her way to a clearing and noticed a large snake creature. It had the body of a human with black scales, long claws, massive leathery wings, white hair, ram horns, and instead of legs, it had a snake tail.

'A snake demon... I haven't seen one in person.' Luz thought, 'Did... did it save me?'

The demon began to shift and became smaller, until it took a different shape.

'Wait, is that?'

"Tracey?"

I won't lie, I'm having severe writer's block with this, and I've been taking care of my mom's dog the past several days, so that is also affecting my writing. Thankfully my birthday is next Tuesday, which I may take a break for a few days around there, we'll see. Follow, Favorite, and Review for more.
