Another day, another chapter…..

Did you enjoy chapter two? No? Yes? Either way, you'll like this chapter!

I've been trying to learn some dance moves, but thankfully no one's going to see me dancing. Dancing is harder than I thought, professional dancers must have their feet aching when they dance!

But, enough of that, let's dance off into chapter three!

Chapter 3: Dark Emperor Part 1

One month later…

Leo had woken up and was ready to start his day, at first he didn't want to get up from the couch but the smell of breakfast finally got him to move. He went into the kitchen and saw the Helltaker making some breakfast.

"Good morning, Bruce." Leo said groggily.

"Morning to you, you sleep well?" The Helltaker asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Leo replied.

"Are those pancakes you're making?" Lucifer said, coming downstairs.

"Yep and they're chocolate filled too." The Helltaker said.

Lucifer's tail wagged at this and took a bite out of the stack of pancakes next to the Helltaker.

"Mmhmmmmm, soooo good!" Lucifer said, happily.

"Bruce always knew how to make the best pancakes." Leo said with a smile. "Always a mystery to me how he perfectly makes them."

"I know, right?" Lucifer said. "I swear that there's sorcery involved."

"Nah, just pure skill." The Helltaker laughed.

"Lucifer, there is an issue that requires you." Pandemonica called from upstairs.

"What is it?" Lucifer asked, annoyed as she was in the middle of eating her pancakes.

"I would rather speak in private, it's serious." Pandemonica said.

Lucifer stopped eating and sighed knowing that her duty calls.

"Enjoy your pancakes, boys." Lucifer said. "I have a kingdom to run."

Lucifer rushed upstairs to see Pandemonica waiting for her, leaning on a door.

"Well?" Lucifer asked. "What is the problem that is so bad, that you had to interrupt me eating my pancakes?"

"A coup d'état happened." Pandemonica said bluntly. "Apparently, your guards have been trying to contact us for a while."

Lucifer's eyes widened at this, but she soon calmed down.

"Who is responsible for this?" Lucifer asked.

"A demon named Drallmak appeared out of nowhere and attacked your castle in Pandemonium." Pandemonica said. "He also has an army of demons under his command called The Odium Brigade."

"What happened to them, were they apprehended?" Lucifer asked.

"No, they managed to take over the castle and Pandemonium itself." Pandemonica replied.

"WHAT?" Lucifer shouted in shock. "Why haven't I been informed of this earlier?!"

"Your skeleton guards say they somehow knew you were on earth and cut off any form of connection to us." Pandemonica said.

"Then, how did they finally contact us?" Lucifer asked.

"They had to do it the old fashioned way, by making a portal to a post office and mailing a letter to us." Pandemonica replied.

"Good grief…..." Lucifer said. "Has all of Hell truly fallen to them?"

"No, thankfully your Phantom Order was able to hold them back for a while, but I can't say that they'll last any longer." Pandemonica said. "If they manage to defeat the Phantom Order, all of hell is certainly doomed."

With this, Lucifer closed her eyes and held two fingers to her head.

"Everyone, downstairs NOW!" Lucifer spoke telepathy with a voice of authority not heard from her since she left Hell.

Within minutes everyone was downstairs, some of them still in their pajamas while others were fully dressed.

"What's up, Lucy?" Justice yawned. "You called us?"

"Yes, there is a dire problem in Hell." Lucifer said. "A coup happened and Hell has nearly been turned upside down."

Justice's eyes widened at this, Judgement had a look of shock on her face, while the others (except for Pandemonica) were baffled at how Hell was so close to being overthrown.

"L-Lucy, if this is a joke it's not funny-" Justice said, unsure if this was a serious matter.

"I'm serious, Justice." Lucifer said, glaring at her.

Justice, who finally seemed to understand the severity of the situation, grinned nervously.

"So, Lucy, who was behind this?" Justice asked.

"A group named The Odium Brigade led by a demon called Drallmak." Lucifer said.

"Drallmak?" Justice said. "Never heard of him before."

"Indeed, this is the first time I've ever heard of him before." Lucifer replied.

"What about the Phantom Order?" Justice asked. "Are they alright?"

"I can only assume the best, Justice." Lucifer said.

"Phantom Order?" Leo asked.

"They are five demons in charge of Hell's military and Rings under my command." Lucifer said. "I personally assigned them to temporarily govern over Hell if something ever happened to me."

Lucifer turned to look at Pandemonica who had a blank expression on her face.

"Pandemonica, is there any way we can enter Hell without the brigade noticing us?" Lucifer asked.

"Yes, we can use a shadow portal to enter Hell." Pandemonica said. "It should conceal our presence."

"I'm sorry to interrupt, but what's a shadow portal?" Leo asked.

"A secret technique handed down from the shadow demon clan called The Death Whisperers." Pandemonica said. "It allows one or multiple people to travel to many places undetected."

Lucifer sighed at this and scratched the back of her head.

"Pandemonica is a descendant of The Death Whisperers." Lucifer stated. "She'll be able to get us into Hell with no issues."

"I thought you won't mention that name anymore, Lucifer." Pandemonica said, glaring angrily at Lucifer. "I am no longer part of that clan, never was, never will be."

"I figured I might as well let the cat out of the bag." Lucifer said.

"Look, are you guys going to keep arguing or what?" Zrdada said, lighting a cigarette. "I thought we had a home to save."

"As much as I don't want to agree, my sister is right." Malina said scowling. "Hell could be overthrown any minute now!"

"Of course, Pandemonica, lead the way." Lucifer said.

"As you wish." Pandemonica said.

With this, Pandemonica conjured up a black portal and she, the harem, The Helltaker, and Leo entered the portal to see a new type of Hell.

"Where are we?" Leo asked. "I know we're in Hell, but where specifically?"

"The Ring of Greed." Pandemonica replied.

Inside of Lucifer's Castle…

A demon sat on a throne with three other demons by his side.

"Emperor Drallmak." A demon servant said as he entered the throne room.

The demon- Drallmak opened his eyes as he was previously sleeping before. Drallmak glared at the servant with anger in his eyes as he was interrupted from his sleep and the servant immediately fell to one knee.

"F-F-Forgive me, your highness, I bring you urgent news….." The servant said.

"What is it?" Drallmak said in a deep tone.

"It appears that Lucifer has somehow managed to return to Hell." The servant said.

"WHAT? How….?" A demon next to Drallmak said. "I thought that all forms of communication were cut off?"

"Worry not, Anoth." Drallmak said. "You need not worry about little insects in this realm, besides I have bigger things to focus on."

The demon next to him wore a black helmet with black hair seeping out from the back and had red crimson eyes peering through the eye holes- Anoth gritted his teeth wanting to shout, but composed himself to not anger his emperor.

"Leave us be." Drallmak said to the servant.

The servant bowed and quickly left the room, fearing for his life. As soon as the servant left, one of the other demons next to Drallmak spoke.

"That was rather out of character for you, Anoth." Another demon next to Drallmak said coldly. "Even Jargixos would have shown more discipline."

"You said it, Sanoky!" A demon said, laughing. "You were totally out of character, bro!"

The first demon to respond wore round glasses, a white shirt with a red tie, and a lab coat. The second demon who was laughing wore a pink coat that was too big for her along with purple shorts and big blue boots.

"Tch, stay out of this, Jargixos." Anoth said. "You too, Sanokar."

At that moment five demons stepped into the room, some looking slightly bruised and bloody. An old male demon with gray skin who wore regal wizard clothes with a staff, a giant demon with purple skin who was basically naked except he was covered in his private parts whose steps rattled everything around him, a youthful female demon wearing a dress who was trying to apply some makeup to herself, a male demon whose face was hidden with a cloak, and a female demon with red skin wearing silver armor that exposed her bulging muscles.

"Ah, welcome my commanders." Drallmak said. "I suppose you bring good news?"

"Yes, your majesty." The female demon with the silver armor replied. "We are close to erasing the fools who dare oppose you."

"Hmmmmm? Don't you mean it's really a stalemate?" The female demon in the dress said with a grin. "Don't go on lying to his majesty like that, Igaloz"

"Is this true, Igaloz?" Sanokar asked.

"Y-Yes, but please your majesty I can eliminate them, I swear!" The demon known as Igaloz said. "I just need more time…"

"And just how much time, Igaloz?" Anoth asked, angrily. "Until our enemies get a fighting chance?"

"You have no room to talk about failing his majesty, you swine!" Igaloz shouted.

"That was a long time ago." Anoth said. "To think you're still this petty after all this time….."

"Why don't you come face me, you coward?!" Igloz shouted.

"Is that a challenge, Igaloz?" Anoth said.

"What do you think?" Igaloz asked, preparing to unsheath her sword.

"Enough." The old male demon said, hitting the ground with his staff.

Igaloz and Anoth both turned to the old demon with a hint of fear in their eyes.

"Stay out of this, Julmanath!" Igaloz said, trying to appear tough.

"You are both disgraces to our majesty and brigade, you should both be ashamed of yourselves." The demon now known as Julmanath said. "You both have the nerve to talk about such foolish matters in front of his majesty, buffoons…."

"Ah, to be young again, to be perfect and strong, that said…." The female demon in the dress said, with a chuckle. "If you two want to fight, go do it somewhere else."

"Zulmuna is right, you wanna fight….." The giant demon said. "I'll slaughter you both right here, right now."

"Ah, no need to get violent, Gunor!" Jargixos said. "You might stain our majesty's clothes!"

The giant demon now known as Gunor kneeled on one knee.

"Forgive me, your majesty. I am acting just as foolish as them." Gunor said.

Drallmak sighed deeply, slightly annoyed with all of the ruckus his commanders had been making.

"All is well, Gunor. As for you both, Igaloz and Anoth….." Drallmak said. "I do not want to see this type of behavior in front of me again, do you both understand?"

"Yes, your majesty…" Igaloz and Anoth said.

"Now all of you leave." Drallmak said. "Enjoy your day to your heart's content."

"Thank you, your majesty." Everyone said except the demon with the cloak that hid his face.

"I will kill you someday, Anoth." Igaloz thought as she began to leave the room.

With this, all of the commanders left the throne room and went about their day.

Meanwhile in The Ring of Greed….

"I can't bring myself to believe this…." Zrdada said, looking around. "This place was one of my favorite places to go trade."

"You're right, it's so deserted." Modeus said.

"Yeah, it looks so empty and- Wait! I smell blood!" Cerberus said.

Cerberus then dashed to a nearby shop with a sign that said "Sweet Goodies" to find an elderly female demon next to the wall who was impaled by a spear but still alive.

"Cerberus, this isn't the time to-" Malina said as she entered the store.

Malina's eyes widened as she saw the elderly demon.

"Jeba!" Malina shouted as she rushed towards her.

The rest of the harem, The Helltaker, and Leo also entered the store to find them consoling the impaled demon.

"Jeba." Justice said as she approached her, her voice thick in grief.

"Ah, my little bitties…" Jeba said, with a laugh. "Have you come for a treat? Chocolate bar? A lollipop, perhaps?"

"Don't move, Jeba." Lucifer said. "I'll heal your wounds for you."

"Ah, but it is already too late." Jeba said as she revealed multiple wounds that were bleeding out.

Lucifer's face crumpled trying not to cry, but slowly her tears started to show.

"Azazel! Help me heal all of her wounds!" Lucifer shouted.

"I wish I could, Miss Lucifer, but my angel powers may end up hurting her more than helping her." Azazel said.

Leo and The Helltaker were equally confused about who this person was, but could tell that this person was of great importance to Lucifer.

"Pssh, Monica, who is this?" Leo asked in a whisper.

"Her name is Jeba the confectioner demon, she was well known throughout Hell for her sweets that captivated many people." Pandemonica replied. "She has been making and selling sweets for as long as I can remember. She is as nearly old as Lucifer and she always made exclusive sweets for her as we demons love sugar."

Jeba then began to slowly stand up and walk towards a cabinet to reveal a strawberry-chocolate cake.

"I've been waiting for a while to give this to you for your birthday, Lucia….." Jeba said. "Too bad, we won't be able to celebrate together, eh?"

"Don't say that!" Lucifer shouted. "Please don't say it like that….."

"You worry too much, Lu-" Jeba said as she coughed up blood.

"Jeba!" Justice said.

"Listen to me, Lucia…. On the floor, you will find a secret entrance to a room." Jeba said. "Take the book you see on the table."

"Wait, what is the book?" Lucifer asked. "Jeba? JEBA!"

Jeba did not respond as she had taken her final breath already.

"Jeba?" Lucifer said. "No, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!"

Pandemonica walked over to Jeba's body to check her pulse.

"She's gone." Pandemonica said.

"Dammit." Justice muttered.

"Rest in peace, Jeba." Zrdada quietly said.

Lucifer, who was quiet for a while, stood up and was starting to leave the store, struggling to control her grief.

"Miss Lucifer, wait!" Azazel said. "I'm sorry, I should have tried to help, maybe she could have-"

"Spare me your words angel." Lucifer said, coldly.

With this she left the store, leaving Azazel feeling heartbroken and guilty. Leo also left the store to find Lucifer sitting on the ground, her face buried in her legs.

"Hey, Lucifer….." Leo said. "I know what just happened hurts you very much, so I won't try to sugarcoat it. But, we- no Hell needs you more than ever."

"So please come back to us."

Lucifer looked up for a moment at Leo, her eyes wet from crying for so long.

"Y-You are right, I can't be acting like this, not when my home is getting invaded." Lucifer said, wiping her tears away.

"Ready?" Leo asked, his hand extended to Lucifer.

"Ready." Lucifer said, her hand grabbing his hand.

Leo and Lucifer returned to the shop to find the harem and the Helltaker waiting for them outside.

"Lucy! Are you all right?" Justice asked, worried.

"Yes, I'm fine now." Lucifer replied with a small smile. "Azazel… "

"I apologize for my words earlier, I hope you can forgive me."

"Apology, accepted." Azazel said with a smile.

"Thank you. Pandemonica, can you track down the Phantom Order for us?" Lucifer asked.

"Yes, but we have to go to the ring of Violence to get to them." Pandemonica said.

"That should be no problem for us, lead the way." Lucifer said.

"W-Wait a second, the ring of violence? From what I'm hearing that sounds like we might be entering true hell." Leo said, nervously.

"For crying out loud, man up already will you?!" Malina said, grabbing Leo by his collar. "You want to be a pussy? Then be my guest, just remember that you signed up for this shit!"

"THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO BE ARGUING ABOUT THIS!" Judgement shouted, startling both of them.

Malina looked at Judgement, then Leo, giving him an angry glare before letting him go.

"Let's just get to this ring before anyone shows up." The Helltaker said.

Pandemonica then conjured up a portal to the ring of Violence and they all stepped inside to find…. demons working together?!

Lucifer was baffled at the fact that the demons of the ring of Violence were actually working together. One of the demons carrying a box saw and recognized Lucifer, and immediately bowed down towards her.

"My queen, you have finally returned." The demon said in a voice of relief. "I worried this might be the end of this realm."

"I can't just leave my home to die, now can I?" Lucifer said. "Do you mind if you can explain what has happened to this ring?"

The demon raised his head to look at his queen.

"Of course, when the Odium Brigade took over Pandemonium, some of the demons nearly sided with them until they saw how brutal and merciless they were to other demons." The demon said.

"Ever since then, the demons of all the rings decided to act serious for the sake of their home. We may be evil, wicked, or whatever they want to call us, but we have feelings too!"

"You're right, my dude!" Justice said. "Hell is our home and we ain't just sit back and let it get turned to dust!"

"I forgot to ask, but what is your name, young one?" Lucifer asked.

"My name is Abazou, my queen." The demon now known as Abazou said.

While Lucifer and the harem were talking to Abazou, Leo and the Helltaker wandered off to explore around. As they explored, they noticed many demons were staring at them due to them being human, some even licking their lips.

"Be on your guard, Leo. These demons are giving us funny looks…" The Helltaker said.

"Yeah, I just noticed too." Leo said, glancing around him.

Out of nowhere a male demon child with whitish skin wearing a brown shirt and medieval shoes walked up to them, his mouth wide open and eyes sparkling like stars.

"U-U-Um, excuse me? Are you from earth?" The child asked, stuttering.

"Uh, yeah?" Leo said.

"I was wondering if you could take me with you back to earth…" The child said, looking down.

"Why? And besides, we could be servants to a demon or something, how could we help you?" The Helltaker said, raising an eyebrow.

"I-" The child said.

"I wouldn't listen to him if I were you." A demon said behind them.

The Helltaker and Leo turned around to find a male demon with long black hair wearing clothes like a homeless man along with a bottle of alcohol in his hand.

"His parents were formerly humans that turned into demons after a contract and they fed him stories of how much the earth was a wonderful wonderland, that's why he's so interested in you two" The demon continued.

"Fools they were, they both got killed for killing a soldier, supposedly the soldier was trying to buy off the child from them for a rather large sum of money and when they refused his offer, the soldier threatened to report them for some type of crime they did. When that happened, they killed him and they were later killed for the crime of killing a Phantom Order soldier."

Leo and the Helltaker were shocked by this and looked back at the child who was on the verge of crying.

"I-It was the soldier's fault! My parents wouldn't have done that if he wasn't such a creep!" The child said, crying.

"Bullshit, what do you think this is? Heaven? In Hell, not everyone will follow the rules!" The homeless demon retorted back.

"And what gives you the right to berate a child over his dead parents?" Leo said angrily, veins showing on his head. "You speak as if you were there personally!"

"I hear it from rumors and for your information-" The homeless demon said, but didn't get to finish his sentence as he was punched in the face by Leo, sending him flying.

Leo raised his fist which was steaming.

"Exactly, my point. I don't want to ever see your face again, got it?" Leo said.

The homeless man tried to scare Leo by giving him a glare, but as soon as he saw Leo's face, he ran away fearing for his life.

"T-That boy…..….. He had the face of a true demon!" The homeless demon thought as he ran away.

"Hey, Leo? Are you good?" The Helltaker asked.

Leo turned around to face The Helltaker and gave a small smile.

"Yeah, I'm good." Leo said.

Leo then felt a tug on his pant sleeve and looked down to see the child.

"T-Thanks, mister…." The child said, shyly.

"No, prob. You still want to come with us?" Leo asked. "It's going to be very dangerous from here on out."

"Yes, I'd like to come with you!" The child said, excitedly. "My name is Rakisa!"

"I'm Leo. Think of me as your big brother." Leo said, extending his hand out to him.

"Sure." Rakisa said, holding his hand.

"We should probably head back to the others, they may be worried about us." The Helltaker said.

With this, Leo, Rakisa, and the Helltaker headed back to where they first came. The harem was nowhere to be seen, but Abazou who was waiting for them waved at them to get their attention.

"Abazou, right? You were talking to my harem." The Helltaker said.

"Indeed, Sir Helltaker. They have been waiting for you in the stronghold." Abazou said.

Abazou took them to the stronghold, which after a lengthy amount of walking, they reached a room where a meeting was being held. Five demons were sitting around a round table arguing with each other.

"We should attack now while we still have the chance!" A male demon with pale skin yelled, wearing a gold helmet along with dark green clothes.

"Calm down, we need to think before we attack." Another male demon with pale skin said calmly with black long hair wearing a black tabard with a red cape.

"When is this meeting going to be over?" A female demon with pale skin thought, wearing glasses and trying to solve a sudoku puzzle.

"Then, you both better figure it out soon because Drallmak isn't going to sit patiently as we make a plan." A male demon with pale skin said, wearing bandages all over his mouth along with purple hair tied in a ponytail.

Another female demon with pale skin wasn't even talking, just simply chewed bubble gum, blowing it into a large bubble. She wore skimpy clothes with nothing covering her except a white robe.

Justice, Lucifer, and Judgement were also in the room.

"Excuse me, my queen, commanders, high prosecutor, and former high prosecutor." Abazou said. "I have returned with the Helltaker and Leo."

Everyone in the room stopped talking and looked at the new visitors. The female demon with bubble gum immediately blew her bubble making a loud pop and the female demon who was trying to finish her Sudoku looked up for a few seconds to look at them before returning to her puzzle.

"Where the hell have you two been?!" Lucifer said angrily, looking as if she might break the Helltaker's spine. "We were looking for you everywhere!"

"We were exploring around here. We kinda figured that you guys wouldn't need us and would do most of the organizing and rallying up demons from all of the rings." Leo said, trying to make up an excuse.

Leo seemed to finally notice that everyone in the room was staring at him including the Helltaker with this he let out a nervous laugh.

"Sorry." Leo said quietly.

Lucifer sighed, not wanting to deal with Leo anymore.

"Don't mind them, they're just simple-minded idiots who don't know better." Lucifer snarled.

"I see….. Then let us carry on with the meeting." The male demon with the black tabard said.

With that the demons resumed their meeting. Justice then walked up to them, giving off a big smile, unfazed by the current events.

"Yo, Leo, glad you could make it! Let me introduce you to the commanders of the Phantom Order!" Justice said, gleefully.

"The dude with the gold helmet is Xanodezer, the black long-haired one is Jonos, the bandaged mouth is Tzomon, the girl with glasses is Valael, and the one in the robe is Laphazo." Justice said like she was an announcer in a game.

Tzomon -the demon with bandages- sprouted a vein in annoyance.

"THEY ARE SOME OF THE MOST POWERFUL DEMONS IN HELL!" Judgement said. "THEIR POWER IS ONLY RIVALED BY VERY FEW!"

Tzomon sprouted another vein, looking like he might explode from anger.

"The Phantom Order was made to keep all demons in check, to make sure no one disobeys the laws we put in place, to enforce the law." Lucifer said.

"I chose the most powerful demons I could find and tested them to see who deserved the rank of commander."

"Can you please leave the room, if you aren't going to contribute to this meeting?!" Tzomon said. "We all need to seriously think about how to take down the Brigade."

"Alright, Alright we're leaving." The Helltaker said.

"Come on, Rakisa. The 'commanders' don't want us here." Leo said grinning.

"Huhhhhhh? Aw, man….." Rakisa said. "Can I take this?"

Rakisa held up a gold coin that seemed sparkly to him.

"Sure, kid! Consider it a souvenir!" Justice said.

"Hey, Lucy, where are the rest of the girls?" The Helltaker said as he began to leave the room.

"They're in the 'special' room, you'll see it down the hall." Lucifer said.

"Got it." The Helltaker said.

With that, the Helltaker, Leo, and Rakisa left the room.

"Lucy, huh? Didn't know that you were that close to the human." Tzomon said, grinning.

"Shut up, Tzomon." Lucifer said.

"Are you two done yet? I want this meeting to end as soon as possible." Valael said, sighing.

Lucifer and Tzomon were both shocked on hearing Valael speak as she had a tendency to not talk.

"I just want to report to you that I have figured out the type of demons that the commanders are of Drallmak's army." Valael said, looking serious.

"What are they, Valael?" Jonos said.

Valael spread five pictures across the table which were revealed to the five commanders of Drallmak's army.

"The giant demon with purple skin is Gunor the Slaughter demon, his power is known to kill demons with a single swipe." Valael said.

"The old fart with the wizard clothes is Julmanath the Warlock demon, his magic is to be one of the rarest types- necromancy. Our soldiers have seen his power and it's nothing to joke about."

"Muscle girl is Igaloz the Warrior demon, her stamina on the battlefield is unlike anything I've ever seen and she has great willpower to kill other demons."

" is Zulmuna the Charming demon, we don't exactly have any information on her yet, but we do know that she likes to remain beautiful and she fights with a whip."

"The last of the commanders is the only commander we have no information about except his name Muralthabura the Danger demon and that this commander wears a brown cloak covering their body. We also don't know this commander's gender or possible abilities as they have never been witnessed."

"Are there any other demons who are close to Drallmak or have a high position?" Xanodezer asked.

"Yes, a spy of mine told me that there are three demons who are in the army even above the commanders, but they are next to Drallmak practically all the time like a bunch of elite bodyguards." Valeal said.

"We don't have any information on them at the moment, unfortunately."

"So, we should target the commanders, go after these 'supreme' commanders next, and kill the big head honcho, right?" Tzomon said.

"Yes, but it won't be easy." Jonos said. "But, if we manage to do that, the overall morale of the brigade will be destroyed after seeing the ones they hold in high regard fall."

"IT SEEMS THAT WE FINALLY HAVE A PLAN!" Judgement said. "WHEN SHALL WE BEGIN THE PLAN?"

"As soon as we manage to convince the other leaders of the other rings to join our cause." Xanodezer said. "I worry that they may have other plans of their own."

"You shouldn't worry about that, Xano." Lucifer said. "As queen of hell, they will have to listen to me one way or the other."

"Would you look at that…. Everyone's actually working together for once." The demon known as Laphazo said with a small smile.

"So, you finally speak Laphazo….. Even Valeal spoke before you." Tzomon said bitterly.

"She only spoke so that this meeting would end sooner." Laphazo said.

Laphazo opened one of her eyes to see Tzomon staring at her disapprovingly.

"Don't give me that look! I did some shit too, bastard!" Laphazo said.

"And that is?" Xanodezer asked.

"It seems that Drallmak and his supreme commanders are after something…" Laphazo said. "Some type of powerful weapon…."

"Do you have a name for this weapon?" Jonos asked.

"Yeah, it was a sword called Epilogue: Warglaive of the End." Laphazo said.

"Wait, isn't that sword nothing more but a legend?" Justice asked, confused. "I heard that it wasn't just a myth to get children to join the Phantom Order."

"It was a weapon made by the first demons of Hell." Laphazo replied. "They made the sword as a failsafe against the angels believing that they may come to Hell to wipe us out. But it was never used in the end and was stored away so that no demon would abuse its power."

"It was discovered by one of the supreme commanders of Drallmak and after torturing one of the descendants of the first demons, they were given a scroll that contained a hint of obtaining the sword." Laphazo said angrily, gritting her teeth.

"Hot damn, this isn't good at all." Justice said, now worried.

"Luckily for us, there are four scrolls needed to be found in order to find the sword." Laphazo said. "They may have one, but we just need to get the other three."

"Then what? Burn the scrolls?" Xanodezer asked.

"We may have to if this sword becomes public knowledge." Laphazo said.

"Our ancestors would be rolling in their graves if we did that." Tzomon said.

"We will only do that if truly necessary." Jonos said.

Suddenly a loud explosion could be heard along with many demons screaming for help.

"What the hell!? What's going on?!" Tzomon said, becoming immediately alert.

At this moment Abazou came running into the room out of breath.

"A-A demon from the brigade came out of nowhere and is attacking us, sir!" Abazou said, frantically.

"Dammit, of all times….." Valeal said.

"I SHALL END THIS DEMONS LIFE!" Judgement yelled and was ready to dash out of the room.

"Not so fast, Judgement….." Justice said, breathing a bit heavily.

"WHAT IS WRONG, MASTER?" Judgement asked.

"Judging from this powerful ki, you wouldn't stand a chance." Justice said. "Let one of the captains fight this demon."

Jonos rose from his seat and walked at a fast pace to the door.

"I shall deal with this adversary, my queen." Jonos said, before disappearing from their eyes.

Lucifer breathed deeply and sighed.

"The rest of you, stay on your guard, just in case." Lucifer ordered.

"Ah, there it is…. The old Lucifer I used to know." Tzomon said, smiling.

"Keep smiling like that and you might wind up dead." Laphazo said.

"Why you-" Tzomon began to say, but quickly decided to not argue about it, although he was still salty about it.

Meanwhile…

Jonos had just left the stronghold to find the demon who had caused the explosion, his eyes quickly scanned the battlefield until he found what he was looking for. He ran over to where he found the demon and sheathed his sword that he had been hiding on his side.

"Everyone behind me! Don't attack the enemy!" Jonos shouted to some nearby demons.

Jonos then turned to face the demon who had attacked them, his eyes widened but for only a second as he realized who his opponent was.

"You shall pay for attacking us, demon." Jonos said, calmly. "Or should I say, Igaloz?"

"So you know my name….. So what?" Igaloz said, with a grin. "You underestimate me."

"Our blades shall do the talking." Jonos said, getting into position.

"Indeed." Igaloz said, unsheathing her own blade.
