After a good nights rest and a more than filling breakfast they gathered in the training hall, the queen sat to the side, Luna and Solara joining the queen. Sitting on the chairs at the table set up for them. Ignis gave himself the responsibility to care for them. Getting them tea and snacks.

Gladio, Noct, Ravus and Prompto are dressed to exercise. They stood around doing basic stretches, getting the body ready for some training. Ravus wanted to see Prom skills. They talked about how she was in the crownsguard before she had Astrum. Even discussing her joining again. Plus this will show them that she's got powers.

"Something wrong blondie?" Gladio wonders, Prom looking nervous.

"I've never used it on purpose so I don't know if it'll work." Prom says looking down at her hands.

"What happened last time that activated it?" Ravus asks.

"She was protecting a little girl." Ignis answers from where he stood by the ladies.

"Thinking of protecting Astrum in a hypothetical situation." Gladio says referencing when the king asked her.

"Protecting herself from pain." Noct answers referencing the time Prompto kicked Ignis in the stomach.

Ravus stood there thinking, how to get her use her powers. Obviously protecting is the key. He's not heartless to use his men as a sacrifice. So what can they use? He doesn't want anyone to be hurt. Then the silver haired prince got an idea. He goes away then comes back with an anatomy dummy. All curious to where he got it and how fast he got it. He sets it down in front of Prompto. With a small proud grin he slaps the plastic head. "Use this. Imagine it trying to harm you or the baby." He suggests.

Prompto stares at the fake eyes staring at her. "I don't know, it feels kind of weird." she says. She knows it's not real but it still has a face, without skin but still.

"Try closing your eyes." Noct suggest. Prom looks at him then back at the dummy.

"Okay." she says with a shrug. She has no idea what she's doing so she'll try anything. She closes her eyes.

"Try clearing your mind, like your meditating. Take deep breaths in then out." Gladio instructs from her right with a soft and low tone. She follows his instructions, clearing her mind as she take deep breaths in and out.

"Think about protecting Astrum." Noct says in a whisper to her left. She nods her head.

She starts thinking about the girl, in her mind replacing the girl with Astrum, thinking about the MTs that attacked her and Noct, imaging if Astrum was with them. What would she have done? Of course protect her baby. Even at the expense of herself. She doesn't matter not when her baby is in trouble. She'd stand in front of the enemy and snap their neck. Make them suffer for trying, make sure they regret their choices. She'd snap their neck herself.

She opens her eyes seeing the fake eyes, in the black of the irises she saw the magenta of her eyes. She notices to late her hand raising, didn't even know she was doing that. When Prompto rest her hand against the dummy a large explosion happened knocking her, Gladio, Noct, and Ravus away as the explosion boomed, shaking the room. Ignis and Sol standing, acting quick to deflect some of the debris from the dummy. Ravus flying overhead them, landing roughly on the floor, Gladio being flown to some weights, crashing into a rack. Noctis flew into some training mats which caused him to slide into the wall. Prompto launched herself into the weapons rack.

After the shock of what happened settles, they move. Ravus is helped to his feet by Luna and his mother. He shakes his head as he groans. He was not expecting that to happen. He looks up to to see Sol and Ignis going to check on Gladio. They help him up as he groans too, face scrunched up in pain. He leans on Ignis who happily supported him. The ones thrown by the explosion have ringing ears. Ravus sees his mother say something, Luna nodding leaving his side, rushing to Noct. Worried she checks on him. Making sure his his back isn't worse than before.

She has nothing to worry about as he is fine, better than the other two. He was just in shock. He gets up slowly, eyes scanning the room now a mess. His eyes land on the unmoving leg of the blonde as she rest in a pile of sharp weapons. She wasn't moving, why wasn't she moving? Quickly he gets to his feet. "Prom!" He shouts, though his axis shifts and he tipping to his right. Luna catches him. All groups converge at where Prom landed. All seven of them worried about the fact the blonde hasn't moved.

They find the blonde staring off into space looking at the ceiling, her eyes still glowing magenta, though it seems she's not mentally there. They watch her like that for a minute, she didn't blink once and she didn't seem hurt. They flinch when her eyes go down to meet Lunas. Then prom blinks. After two blinks her eyes go back to the natural blue and violet. Slowly her face scrunches in pain. "Ow. Ow. Ow." she groans as she moves to get up, taking her time as no one offered to help. She ends up slipping and falling back down. "Ah!" she squeaks loud landing on the floor with an 'oof!' Noct moves forward to help her up. She happily takes his hand. She rubs her back, as she steps closer to the group.

Luna and Sylva staring at where she landed, ice and snow softening her fall. Where she slipped is covered in ice. Most of the weapons are covered in ice so she wouldn't end up getting slashed, while being covered in powdered snow to cushion her landing.

"What did you do?" Ravus asks. Prompto shrugs.

"Protecting Astrum." she answers.

"Slightly nervous to asks you to show your firearms skills." He adds. Prompto laughs.

"That should be safer, unless you are staring down the barrel of the gun I'm using." Prompto said it to reassure the prince but after what he just witnessed it might as well been a threat. Even though she said it with a cheerful grin.

They then checked the dummy finding it burned, melted, and electrocuted. The explosion happening from when it all happened at once. It was a little embarrassing for the blonde when knights came rushing in alert for an enemy. Sylva having to explain the situation. Not in detail as she also doesn't quite believe what she just saw. Surely the Astrals would have warned her or Luna about this.
