Izumi POV

"So, this is going to be a little weird," I said, walking into the room.

"Um, Midoriya?" Ilda asked.

"Yeah, so I have to admit that I've kinda been lying to you all about my quirk unlocking just before the year started. The truth is my quirk has been activated since I was four, but my mother forced me to suppress it and claimed that I was quirkless," I started. "My quirk is called Shifting, at first the only thing was when I went to sleep my body had a chance of shifting to be male, female, or neither but both at the same time. A couple of months before the entrance exam I was training when something fell on me and what you've seen activated."

"Wait, so are you saying you are…?" Jirou asked.

"Genderfluid, both mentally and physically," I said. "I'll probably start using something like a hair tie or bracelet to let you know what my gender is for the day since it is a bit weird," I admitted. "Today I'm female so if you would please use those pronouns for me I would be very grateful."

"Of course Mid-" Ilda started.

"Can you please not call me by her name. You can all call me by my first name which will change with my gender, or not, I'm not fully sure yet," I admitted. "For today you can call me Izumi."

"Alright, well thank you for telling us this Izumi. I'm glad you were comfortable letting us know," Ilda said.

"Well, it was easier to explain since she will be moving to the girl's side of the dorms," Nezu said, appearing from somewhere.

"Oh, so that's where my new room will be?" I asked.

"Indeed, you will be the solo resident on the female side of the second floor," Nezu clarified.

"Would you like some help in moving all of your stuff?" Yaoyorozu asked.

"No thanks, I'll do it myself," I said.

"Here, I shall show you it," Nezu said, walking over to me.

"Thanks," I said, following him up to the girl's side of the dorm.

He led me to the hall where there was a single door near where the second one would be if there were four. He put a key in and unlocked it leading me into a room that was the length of three rooms. There was a king size bed, a couch, a desk, a television, a large dresser, and another door.

"We decided to give you more room since you will be effectively living here until a different place becomes available to you. We here at UA put our students first and will do whatever we can to assist them both academically and not, even long after they have graduated," Nezu said.

"I- thank you," I said, slightly tearing up.

"Also, I thought I would let you know that I have reached out to your sisters and they will be transferring here next week from I-Island. Your older sister will be a third year in the hero course and provided that she passes a small test your twin will be joining your class," he added.

"R-really? How, we don't have an empty spot," I said.

"I'll be honest with you, after his meeting with you Detective Tsukauchi met with young Bakugou and his parents. From the notes he sent me I am expelling him, having him blacklisted from hero courses, and I am going to put in an application for him to have permanent quirk suppressant cuffs put on him for the rest of his life," Nezu said.

"I-isn't that a b-bit much?" I asked.

"Not in my mind. He broke more quirk laws than most C-Class villains, if the cuffs don't go through I will be pushing for his imprisonment. What he did can't go without major punishment. The class will be informed of his expulsion tomorrow during home room, at that time you will be collecting anything you require from your previous apartment. Midnight and All Might will be there to both assist and make sure she doesn't do anything if she is there. It's our job as a school to keep you safe and we have already failed once, I refuse to let us do it again," Nezu said, looking at me.

"I- thank you," I said, realizing that I actually had people who cared for me.

"But of course, here are your new keys," he added, handing me three keys.

"Thank you, I guess it's time to get working on transferring everything over," I sighed.

"I can't wait to see you rise up and become the amazing hero I know you will be," Nezu added, walking out.

I went to my old room and packed up all of my merch and clothes and other things before taking the boxes over one by one. Once they were all over I started to unpack my basics before I got to my merch and I looked at All Might's face before remembering the first time we met.

"A quirkless hero? I'm sorry young man but without a lot of hard work and equipment, more than any normal hero can carry, I would think not. You seem to have a keen mind and a knack for studying heroes though. If you were to get a little stronger I would say to try for the support course. Sure they don't get the recognition that heroes get unless they are field support, but it is still a noble course to help others. Either way I must wish you good luck in your endeavors," he said before walking to the stairs.

"If only my quirk wasn't useless and made me able to be like that old American hero Spider-Man or something like that?" I muttered, waiting a moment before walking down.

A couple of months after that my quirk mutated or evolved and I got my wish. I could swing webs, climb on walls, had a strange sixth sense, and was almost like Spider-Man's old enemy/ally Venom, but unlike him I don't have a sentient quirk… right?

I looked up with realization. What if my original quirk has a level of sentience but not to a full degree but just a minimal to help me with aspects of my quirk? I mean, that would explain me breaking out of that mind control during the Sport's Festival. But if it's sentient then why didn't it do something else to help me? I thought, sitting on my new bed. I'm tired, I'll deal with that later. I decided, closing my eyes.

I opened my eyes and heard a small knocking on my door. I got up and opened it to see Midnight standing there.

"Ready to go get your stuff?" she asked.

"Let me toss some clothes on," I yawned, closing the door and grabbing a pair of pants and a shirt. "Let's get this over with," I sighed, walking out.

"So, today you are?"

"Male," I said.

"Alright, just making sure. All Might will meet us at the apartment," she said, leading me to her car again.

This time the drive was mostly silence and awkwardness at was about to happen, as well as a little bit of fear on my side. When we pulled up to the complex I saw All Might walk out from around a corner.

"After you Midoriya," All Might said, looking at me.

I took a deep breath and walked to her apartment. I unlocked the door and walked in and sighed as it seemed she wasn't home. I went to my room and started to box up everything including all of the merch I had. Once most of my stuff was in boxes Midnight helped me take them to her car while All Might stayed behind. When we were walking back to grab the rest I heard her voice.

"Excuse me, but why is All Might in my house?" my mother asked.

"How about I explain, All Might, help Izuku with the rest," Midnight said.

"The rest of what? What are you doing with my son?"

"We are moving him out of your care since you have been declared unfit to raise or care for a child properly," Midnight said, as I walked into the mostly empty room.

I heard them yelling at each other as All Might and I grabbed the rest of my stuff with him taking most of the heavier stuff.

"Izuku, put your stuff back and tell them that I have been nothing but kind and attentive, even when you were disabled," she said.

"I was never quirkless, you thought that my quirk would ruin your image. You never thought about me. I had to fit your image for me for your benefit, even if it harmed me. You never told me about my sisters, about my own twin. You were never a good mother to me, you weren't even a real mother," I said, only realizing at the end that I shifted into my Mania form.

"You dare lie about me?" she asked.

"You might say I lied, but I told all of this to a person with a truth detection quirk. I don't care if you hate me, if you think I'll roll over for you, but know this, I am gender fluid, and I will be a hero that you won't be able to ride the tail coat of. I am cutting all ties with you and I hope you can one day see what you did was wrong," I said, walking past her and out of the apartment.

All Might and Midnight followed me out of the house as I shifted back into my normal form and put the rest of my stuff in the back of her car. The ride back was pure silence with neither of us breaking it.

Bakugou POV

"The fucking hell you mean I'm expelled?!" I yelled.

"You have bullied, beaten, scarred, and even tried to kill a student at UA all for discriminatory reasons. Using your quirk to do so makes it so that if we wanted we could have you sent to Tarturus, however, we have decided to give you a chance to live in society as a normal person," the white rat said.

"How the fuck can my son be a normal person if you want to make him quirkless? If he can't use his quirk then what use is he?" the hag asked.

"Quirkless doesn't mean useless," the hobo said.

"How dumb can you be? Quirkless are the failures of society," she yelled.

"Alright, how about a compromise. Katsuki Bakugou will be expelled from UA and blacklisted from Hero Courses in Japan. He will not be forced to wear quirk suppressant cuffs but if he uses his quirk on a living being, even if it's self defense, he will be arrested and labeled as a C-Class villain. The third option would be to just arrest him now," the rat said.

"So, my brat is going to be the scapegoat for you?"

"Not at all, he is going to answer for his crimes, but we are going to be very kind and let him try to be a better person," the hobo explained. "He's not the only one either, we are also going to be going after Aldera legally as well."

"We'll take the second option," the hag said.

"What?" I asked, confused at why she was agreeing.

"Just shut up for a moment," she growled.

"I see you finally understand the position that you are in. He will be able to retrieve anything he left at UA tomorrow. Bakugou, be warned, you are on very thin ice," the rat said, glaring at me.

I'll show that shitty nerd what happens when you try to ruin my life.

AN-

This was a lot harder to write than it should have been(thank you meds). Inko is a bitch, both in my fics and the actual anime/manga. This is a hill I will die standing on. Next chapter will have a major incident happen. It won't be terrible but necessary for the fic to move forward. Make sure to follow, favorite, comment, and kudos! Link Out!
