"Aftermath Part 2: Dread Scott" Total Drama: All-Stars Improved - Episode 12

(Aftermath intro plays before cutting to the hosts, Blaineley and Josh)

"Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Total Drama: All-Stars Aftermath show!" Blaineley called out to the applauding audience, "I'm Blaineley, this is Josh, and today's episode is gonna be a very special one!"

"Oh really? And why's that, Blain?" Josh asked, trying to make it seem like he didn't know what she had planned even though they were both aware.

"We'll get there when we get there. But first, let's welcome the seven All-Stars who've been voted off the show! Starting off with a man who can exercise anything except his brain, give it up for Lightning Jackson!"

Lightning walked onto the stage while everyone cheered for him. "Lightning's brain is a muscle?" he asked confusedly, before redirecting his sentence, saying, "Uh, I mean, sha-BAM!"

The next batch of contestants came out as their name was called. "Season 2's underdog champion, Beth!"

Beth waved to the audience and said, "Cool, this is the first time I'm on this show after being eliminated!"

"An astute observation, dear. Next up, silent stud turned master manipulator turned Alejandro's alpha amigo, give it up for Justin!"

Justin's theme played as he walked across the stage, with most of the viewers (especially Katie and Sadie) swooning over him. He simply ignored his die-hard fans, turned to the hosts, and said, "It's great to be here!"

"Newark local with more hairspray than the entirety of that one 80's movie, it's Anne Maria!"

Anne Maria said nothing as she came on stage, simply applying some more hairspray to her hair before sitting down and filing her fingernails.

At this point, Blaineley was starting to get bored. "Alright," she said, "This is taking just a tad bit longer than I wanted it to, so let's get our most recent pieces of slingshot fuel out on stage for you all. Come on over!"

Duncan, Cameron, and Tyler then arrived on stage, with Duncan pushing Cameron's wheelchair while Tyler sat down in an empty seat next to Beth. Everyone went quiet upon seeing Cameron's injured state, and more so for the fact that Duncan was assisting him despite the fight they had earlier that episode.

"Oh right, I almost forgot, that happened to Cameron…" Josh said to himself. "Uh, welcome to the Aftermath, gentlemen!"

"Thanks," Cameron then spoke up, "I'm happy to let you all know that I'm doing just fine, and don't worry about Duncan. He and I are on good terms despite the little, uh, disagreement we had."

Meanwhile, Scott noticed all the sympathy Cameron was getting and began to get more and more infuriated. "Oh, I see how it is," he snarled, "Yeah, when poor widdle Camwin has this happen to him, you guys are all over him. But when I get maimed by a mutant shark, almost die, and then get put on a life support machine just to keep me alive, you all make fun of me!"

Courtney stood up and tried to ease him. "Scott-"

"Is that how this works? HUH!?" He threw his fists in the air as venom soured his voice.

Soon, one of the season 4 veterans, Sam, got up to explain something to the Schemer. "Listen, Scott," he said, "I'm gonna say this on behalf of everyone that season, but we were all out of line back then."

"Oh really?" Scott asked in a still angry tone. "And why's that, Couch Potato?"

Sam took a deep breath before continuing. "Well, when we saw what had happened to you, none of us knew how to react. We only laughed at that moment because we thought you'd gotten your karma for being mean to us. But even if you were mean, you didn't deserve to have to almost die, and you definitely didn't deserve to have us make fun of you for what happened to you. So, I just wanted to let you all know that… We're sorry."

Scott simply stared at the Gamer before he started laughing like a madman. It started out quietly, but eventually became louder and more deranged, with even the likes of Izzy (who was also in the audience) getting worried for him. After he had finished laughing, he said, "Well it's a little too late for 'sorry' now, don'tcha think? I don't care if you guys felt bad for it, you still laughed at me because I almost died! And for what, because I knew how to play the game and maybe I wasn't in the market for friendships?"

Dakota then got up to defend her love interest. "He's not saying any of us were in the right!" She snapped. "That's why he's apologizing!"

"Oh really? And how does he know you guys suddenly realized that what you did was screwed up beyond belief?"

"Alright, why don't we cool it, everyone?" Josh tried to speak up.

"I just told you, I talked with everyone after the show ended! Social media's a thing, ya know!" Sam retorted, ignoring the host's comment.

"Not really for me, since the internet stuff back at the farm is terrible…" Scott muttered to himself before raising his voice again, "But that's besides the point! Just because all of a sudden you feel sorry doesn't change what you did!"

But then, someone else came to Sam and Dakota's defense, that person being Duncan. "I'd know a thing or two about that!" he shouted, with everyone turning their attention towards him.

The Delinquent turned his head towards Cameron, who simply nodded, before turning back towards Scott. "Listen," he then went on, "I know what that's like. I was a huge jerk to Cameron during that challenge, to the point where I went and attacked him. It was a messed up thing for me to do, especially since it came right out of nowhere, but I regret it. And as much as I wish I didn't do what I did, I can still use it as a learning experience moving forward, so that I can be a bit less of a jerk to all of you. I mean, that's basically why I quit the game!"

This surprised everybody, including one of Duncan's prime victims, Harold, a fair deal.

"Wait, so you're saying you actually… Regret all of that?" Tyler asked.

Duncan just sighed. "Yeah." He then turned to Harold. He then began to think of all the times he mistreated the nerd, since the very beginning. Like his ex-girlfriend, Courtney, he started to face the facts of why everything spiraled downwards for himself. He turned his head away at the ground, before giving one more large sigh and looked at Harold again.

"Harold," he began, "I'm sorry for being a jerk to you, too. You didn't deserve it, and even if I thought it'd make me look more worth people's time, I know for a fact that's not the case."

Harold was still astonished that Duncan, who had frequently bullied and tormented him every season, was finally apologizing. He didn't even say a word. He did however know that Duncan was pained from all of his mistreatment, and had even begun crying once again. He then took a deep breath and walked towards his former enemy, both of them stopping halfway across the stage. The entire studio went completely silent for that moment, until Duncan started sniffling, then slowly tearing up, before Harold cracked a light smile and put his arms open, as if for a hug. Duncan finally folded and rushed into Harold's arms, embracing him while bawling into his shoulder.

It was as if a giant weight was lifted off of Harold's shoulders, now knowing in his heart that his former bully was doing this as an act of sincerity. So, of course, he was more than welcome to return the hug. The audience responded with a standing ovation.

Afterwards, everyone sat quietly for a bit before Blaineley continued the show. "Well, I guess I appreciate a bit of sentiment," she said, "But it's time for today's special announcement! The eleven of you that got out now have a chance to get back in!"

"That's right!" Josh added, "We've set up a series of mini-challenges for you all, and whoever's the last one standing gets to come back to Total Drama: All Stars!"

The audience applauded as this was announced, although some of the eliminated contestants seemed a bit on the fence about this. Duncan was the first to speak up, saying, "Actually, I think I'll sit this one out. If I want to be a better person, maybe it'd be best if I did it outside of the show."

"Your loss, Duncan! Anyone else not in the mood for another chance at a million big ones?" Blaineley then asked.

A few more ex-contestants then spoke up. "Yeah, I was just eliminated, so it might be kinda unfair to go right back in, you know what I'm saying?" Tyler explained.

"Given my current state, I know I definitely won't be doing this!" Cameron affirmed.

Sierra, the first boot of the season, also declined, explaining, "I'm kinda in the same boat as Duncan, if I want to be a better person, I think I should do it outside of the show. Besides, Cody's already there, so I feel like that could cause some trouble."

"Alrighty then, suit yourselves," Josh said to the four contestants who opted out of the rejoin. "As for the rest of you, we'll get started setting up the challenge, so just do whatever you want in the meantime, and we'll call you up when we're ready!"

"Time for me to show these chumps I've still got it in me!" Scott maliciously said to himself. Courtney glanced at him uncomfortably before looking towards Bridgette, who was sitting behind her. "I hope I can get back into the game, but I'm still not too sure about this…"

Bridgette put her hand on the CIT's shoulder. "Don't be so worried, Court," she said, "Just do your best and remember what I told you."

"Yeah, you got this!" Geoff added.

After hearing the couple's words of support, Courtney turned around and said to herself, "I'm sure I do…"

(Commercial break)

Once the break started, the episode cut back to the Aftermath stage while the show was off-air at the time. While everyone was talking amongst themselves, Leshawna turned to Harold, who was sitting next to him, and put a hand on his shoulder. "Didn't know you had it in ya to be cool with Duncan again!" She told him.

"Well, I'm no psychologist," Harold then explained, "But I do believe that the reason Duncan bullied people like me is due to years of imposter syndrome and constantly bottling up his emotions as a means of not seeming weak in front of other people who encouraged his behavior." Everyone stared at the Dweeb for a second, before he then said, "Alright, fine, I watched the episode where he explained all that stuff."

Bridgette then joined in on the conversation and asked, "Well, how'd you feel about it then?"

"I was a bit surprised to learn that he felt that way," Harold responded, "But it's good to know that he's not completely heartless!"

"Of course! I talked with Courtney over here a few days ago," Bridgette went on to explain as she pointed her hand towards the person she brought up, before putting an arm around her. "And she showed me that firsthand!"

"Yeah! Hopefully I'll be able to win this rejoin challenge…" Courtney, before pausing. "Harold…" she continued, "Um… sorry I was also a jerk to you back then. Honestly, now that I think about it, I totally see why you rigged the votes. Duncan was pretty bad towards you, and I wish I could've tried to manage that in a better way, but not only did I end up being a massive control freak, but I also let his treatment of you get even worse to the point that you did what you did." She put a hand on his shoulder. "So, yeah, my apologies."

"I'm willing to let that also be water under the bridge," Harold responded, forgiving Courtney despite how she also mistreated him. "If Duncan can redeem himself, I don't see why you can't!"

Courtney smiled. After a couple of seconds, the two shrugged and pulled each other in for a hug. "Oh, Harold…" the CIT sighed as they embraced, before they pulled away. "You didn't deserve any of this."

"Wow, Harold!" Bridgette beamed, "It's good to see that you're able to forgive them!"

"Eh, I don't like to hold grudges all that much," Harold shrugged. "Also, I'm surprised we haven't talked with each other more often. Like, yeah, Geoff did kinda mess with me a little back then, but you do seem kinda cool!"

"Oh, thanks!" The Surfer Chick proclaimed with a bit of blush, "You always seemed pretty cool yourself!"

"I do wish you could've said something back in that kitchen challenge, you know?"

Bridgette's blush became a bit heavier. "Yeah… I kinda wish I did too, but I'm not really one for confrontation, y'know?"

This statement confused a nearby Geoff. "Wait, babe," he asked her, "What about those disagreements we've had before?"

"Well, yeah, all that happened, but it's never fun and it always makes me feel… Not good, I'll put it, so I just tend to stay away from that sort of stuff whenever I can. And as for the whole kitchen thing, I don't know why I agreed to get in on that prank with the lake…"

Both Leshawna and Courtney, remembering they were a part of that stunt as well, both looked around with some guilt, and rubbed the back of their heads.

"Ohhh…"

"Yeeeeaahhh…"

"I don't even know what I was thinking back there, honey bun…" Leshawna said with guilt.

Harold just shrugged it off. "Meh. Just let bygones be bygones."

Bridgette looked at him with remorse, then went over to hug him. Courtney and Leshawna had the same look, and also joined in on the hug. Harold was slightly thrown off by this at first, but he just smiled and embraced the tenderness he was receiving.

After the group hug broke off, Courtney took notice of the fact that something wasn't right with Scott. "Scott?" she said to the Farm Boy, "I know you're still upset about what happened last season, and I'm sorry it happened to you, but it might be best if you try to move on from all that, right?"

"Move on? Really? I was made fun of for almost dying!" Scott snapped before regaining his composure. "Sorry, I've been a little on-edge today, but I'm still gonna give it my all in this challenge to show these people that they can mock me being injured all they want, but in the end, I'm gonna be having the last laugh!"

"You do you, I guess…" Courtney muttered.

Meanwhile, Cameron had wheelchaired himself over to the other side of the stage to interact with some of the other ex-contestants as well as the season's rejects. One of them, DJ, asked the former Bubble Boy, "Hey, I heard you got a bunny for your girlfriend before you left?"

"Oh, right, Peter!" Cameron proclaimed before pulling out his rabbit's small cage. "This is Peter, everybody." Peter was able to get an "Awww!" out of plenty of the people there, with DJ then saying to himself, "I still kinda miss my bunny…"

"You two did seem close, I'm so sorry you lost him, Must have been like losing a loved one." Cameron consoled, putting his hand on the Gentle Giant's arm, as he nodded in agreement about the last statement.

"And seeing Harold getting along with everyone over there makes me feel sorry that I also picked on him…" DJ said to himself. This drew the attention of his mother, who was sitting not too far away, as she walked up behind her son and smacked him up his head. "You'd betta be sorry, boy!" she scolded, "You was real mean to him!"

"Ow, man! Okay, Momma, okay! I said I'm sorry for it!" He stumbled back a little. "I guess I just kind of felt like I had to go with the flow, it wasn't really cool of Harold to leave his drawers everywhere. Looking back though, I feel a little dirty." Harold just coughed in his hand.

"Good, I knew I dun' raise you betta," she said in a huff before hitting him again. "Ow!!"

DJ's momma lifted her hand to slap her son a third time, but another hand grabbed ahold of hers, and she looked over. It was Harold, who glared at her rather sternly. The lady's expression went to one of surprise, and Harold slowly lowered her hand back down, before she took her seat again. DJ felt both embarrassed and dumbfounded by what he just went through. "I guess that just happened," he said awkwardly.

As he was standing not too far from DJ, Duncan decided to take advantage of the big guy's exchanges, and walked up behind him. "Uh, don't worry about it, bro," Duncan consoled, resting his arm around DJ's shoulder, "I know, I mostly got you a new Bunny back then so we could win the sledding challenge, but now, I kinda feel like I don't give myself enough credit doing something for you like that. I should have considered more how much that meant to you."

"Aw, Duncan," DJ started to assure him, "What matters is you did that for a person you can call your friend. And I mean proudly. Because let's be honest, we all knew there was that spot of gold inside you, man." He said.

"Ain't that right," Leshawna added.

Duncan looked up to see all the other former contestants nodding in agreement, including Harold, and even Courtney. Duncan smiled in relief.

After some time, Blaineley announced, "Alright, everybody, we're about to go on again!" As the show came back on the air, with Josh delivering the opening lines.

"We're back, everyone! It's time for us to find out which of these seven individuals will get another shot at the million-dollar prize!"

Courtney, Scott, Owen, Lightning, Beth, Justin, and Anne Maria all stood near the hosts, ready for the rejoin challenge. "Your first challenge," Josh explained, "Is to dig through this bowl of nuts to find one of four golden Chris McLean heads!" Two interns came in carrying a massive tub full of peanuts and accidentally dropped it on Scott's foot. The audience laughed at his pain, but this only made his blood boil more. Still, he chose not to say anything as he already blown off a lot of steam earlier.

Blaineley followed up on what Josh had explained earlier, saying, "The three people that are without a Chris head will stay eliminated, so may the odds be ever in your favor!"

"Is she even allowed to say that?" Harold shouted from offscreen, knowing exactly what Blaineley was quoting.

The co-hostess just frowned and blew an air horn honked as the contestants frantically dug through the vat of nuts. Scott was the first to find a golden Chris head in the far corner of the vat near where he was, and he said to himself, "Yes!" upon finding it.

"Great Scott!" Josh announced, "Scott has secured himself a spot in the next part of the challenge!"

Owen took this as an incentive to search harder, now eating through the nuts to find another statue. However, a buzz was heard in the background, followed by Blaineley telling the Funny Guy, "Owen, that's cheating! You're disqualified!"

"Eh, I've already been disqualified from the game before, so this isn't all that different," Owen mentioned before going to sit down. Despite this, two more Chris heads were exposed within the vat, and both Lightning and Justin grabbed them before anyone else could.

"One more Chris head left! Who's gonna move on?" Blaineley exclaimed.

Courtney was beginning to get a bit worried, but at the same time, she didn't care if she got back in or not. Despite this, she soon grabbed hold of the last Chris head while digging through the peanuts and pulled it out.

"And Courtney is also advancing to the next part of this challenge!"

The C.I.T. just smiled awkwardly and waved.

The scene then cuts to the next part of the challenge, with the four people left at the ready.

"Your next and last challenge," Blaineley explained, "Is a friendly real-life board game! You'll each spin this wheel and advance up to three spots on the board, but be careful! Some of the spots are safe, but some will throw you a trivia question about either the show or just some general information! Whoever makes it to the other side first returns to Total Drama: All Stars!"

Back in the audience, Noah spoke up and said, "You sure it won't be you that ends up joining? Again? Because we were all soooooo excited when that was the case."

"Unfortunately, that's not happening…" Blaineley said as she rubbed her neck. "Where was I… Oh yeah. Courtney, you're first!"

Courtney stepped up to the wheel and said, "Here goes nothing…" before giving it a spin. It landed on 2, so she moved forward two spaces before landing on a question space.

"Oooooh, time for some trivia!" Josh said as he pulled out a card from his pocket. "Courtney, can you tell our audience who was in the bottom two in the episode where you briefly came back?"

Courtney paused and thought for a moment, knowing she was on a fifteen-second timer that was already going on stage, before answering, "Beth and Zoey! And Beth was eliminated!"

"That's correct! Now it's Justin's turn!"

Justin stepped up to the wheel and spun it, with it also landing on two. Blaineley then asked the Eye Candy his question. "Justin, who did you mention you were going to see after you were eliminated?"

Justin then answered, "Oh, of course! That'd be my dermatologist!" He turned to the camera and waved. "Hi, Eric!"

"Nice job! Lightning, you're up!"

Lightning confidently strode up to the dice and struck a pose. "Today's forecast calls for Lightning! Sha-bam!"

Lightning spun the wheel and it landed on a 3. Josh then told the Airheaded Athlete, "Lightning, this question is on some sports trivia, so you shouldn't struggle too much on this."

"Well, Lightning's already got the lead, so I'm definitely gonna get back in at this rate!"

"Oh really?" Josh pulled out another card from his pocket. "Well then can you tell us how many pawns there are at the start of a chess match?"

Lightning's eyes widened as he pondered the question. "Oh, well uh…" He gaffed, "That's a tricky one. Lightning don't play that many card games…"

"Time's ticking, pal."

Eventually, Lightning came up with an answer. "I got it!" He enthused. "Sha-eleven!"

A buzz was heard in the background, which made Lightning confused. Josh then told him, "Ooooh, sorry, but the correct answer was eight. Looks like Lightning won't be striking twice."

"WHAT!?" Lightning shouted. "BUT LIGHTNING WAS SO SHA-CLOSE!"

"Yeah, well, too bad, so sad," Josh shrugged, "Now go on ahead and take a seat."

After Lightning left the stage, Scott spun the wheel and also landed on a three. "Nice!" he said to himself.

"Alright, Scott!" Blaineley said to the Con Artist, "Can you tell us who invented the combine machine?"

Scott immediately answered with, "Hiram Moore, late 1830's!"

"Correct! How do you even know that?"

"Farm research, obviously. Because I'm a farmer. Ah-duh."

Courtney then spun the wheel again, and once again, it landed on 2. She moved forward to a green spot on the game before Josh announced, "Great job, Courtney! Not only are you in the lead, but you're now in a safe space!"

"Really?" Courtney asked. "Uhm, cool!"

"It sure is! Justin, back to you!"

Justin spun for his second time and landed on 3. "And now Justin's in the lead!" Blaineley proclaimed.

"Well that's great!" Justin said pridefully, "But what's my question?"

"What number was your elimination in season 1?"

Justin thought about it for a second. "Uh, I got out fourth, didn't I?"

Another buzz was heard in the background. "Ooooh, sorry! Since Eva returned later in that season, you got the third boot instead!"

Back in the peanut gallery, Eva told the Aftermath host, "I kinda wish I didn't have to go back there anyway. It was a huge waste of time!"

This confused a nearby Bridgette. "But didn't Chris say people wanted you to come back?"

"Yeah, actually, it was just a really stupid idea that my probation officer had to give me more opportunities to interact with people," The Female Bully explained. "I think Chris only said that because he wanted me to feel better about myself or something. Not like I do to begin with…"

Back on the main stage, Blaineley regained her train of thought and said, "Really? Well, anyways, Justin, you're also not coming back to Total Drama: All-Stars!"

Justin simply shrugged and said, "I've been saying, it's not like I needed that show, anyways!"

"Sure. Anyways, it's now down to just Courtney and Scott!" Blaineley announced. "Who's gonna make it back into the show?"

Scott spun the wheel again, and it landed on a 2. Josh then asked the question, "Alright, Scott, you're back in the lead, but if you want to keep it that way, can you tell us who was mainly responsible for your elimination last season?"

Scott appeared a bit stumped by this question. "Uh, well, I'm pretty sure everyone hated me by then, so I'm not sure I can narrow it down to one person…"

"That's true, but one person in particular really wanted you gone. So who was it?"

Scott thought about it a bit more before answering, "Uh, was it Cameron?"

Another buzz was heard in the background. "Ooooh, sorry, but the correct answer was Zoey!"

Scott cringed upon remembering Zoey's "commando" phase. "Oh yeah, right…"

Josh then continued, "Alright, so if Courtney gets her next question wrong, the game continues. But if she gets it right, you're out and she's in."

Scott turned towards Courtney and somewhat nervously told her, "I would say good luck since you're one of the only people here who's nice to me, but this is a matter of which one of us gets back in the game, soooooo… Bad luck?"

Courtney was somewhat confused by what Scott was trying to say to her. "Uhm, okay, I'll… take that as a compliment?" she responded.

"Courtney," Blaineley then said to the CIT, "Who was partially responsible for your elimination this season?"

It didn't take long for Courtney to remember the events of that episode, especially regarding her fight with Gwen. However, she still answered with, "It was Jo, since she told Gwen to be assertive. Although I'd say it was primarily my fault since I was the one who snapped at Gwen in the first place."

This time, a "ding" was heard in the background. "And that's a wrap!" Blaineley announced, "Courtney, you are officially back in the game! Brace yourself as you return to Total Drama: All Stars!"

Courtney was surprised by this, but was still happy she won anyway. "Really?" She said, "Erm, cool, I guess!"

Blaineley then turned to the camera and narrated, "And that's all for today's Total Drama Aftermath! What'll the game be like with Courtney back for revenge? Find out on the next episode of Total! Drama! All-Stars!"

After the cameras went off, Bridgette ran towards Courtney and told her, "Great job getting back in, Court!"

Courtney looked towards the Surfer Girl and laughed nervously, "Haha… Thanks, Bridgette!" She then turned towards the other people she had beaten in the challenge and said, "No hard feelings, you guys!"

Owen responded by saying, "Eh, Noah and I just got a new reality show deal, so I'm not too worried about it."

"Dude, didn't Chris have you disqualified?" The Schemer asked, "I'm not sure he'd be too cool with you coming back."

"Well, yeah, but we still got all those other reality shows!"

Noah paused for a moment and then asked Owen, "And I'm assuming you're gonna say something corny like 'we also have each other' or something along those lines."

Owen embraced his friend and proclaimed, "Yep, we sure do have each other, buddy!"

Noah simply chuckled and responded with, "Never change, man."

Soon enough, someone else joined in on the two, that someone else being Izzy. "Hey, save some love for me, guys!" she said.

Noah rolled his eyes and said, "Oh, hi. Wasn't expecting you to show up."

"Yeah, Chris kicked me off the island after he found out I was still hiding in that cave. At least it means I get to spend more time with you guys!"

"Wow, Izzy!" Owen remarked, "You're so… Sentimental!"

"Aw, shucks, Big O!" Izzy responded before pecking Owen on his cheek, making a goofy smile form on his face.

"Yep, classic Owen," Noah said in response to Owen's expression, simply happy that his friend was also happy.

Back with Courtney, she stood by Bridgette and told her, "You know, it's nice that I'm going back to the game, but I'm also pretty worried."

"Hey, no sweat!" Bridgette said as she put her hand on the CIT's shoulder. "Just remember what I told you, and you should be good to go."

A nearby Geoff then added to the conversation, "Yeah! If Bridge and I can improve ourselves for each other, who says you and Gwen can't do the same thing?"

"Well, thanks, you guys. Really," Courtney said in a flattered tone. She then glanced towards Duncan, who was standing near her, and looked a bit worried. However, he just told her, "Just… Be thankful you have this opportunity."

Courtney then thought of something and her expression lit up. "Who's to say you can't have an opportunity to improve either?" She responded, making Bridgette proud of her. Duncan simply nodded and left the stage.

Scott also wanted to talk to Courtney before he left. "Hey," he said, "Thanks for, uh, being sorta civil around me. I'm at least glad someone can be like that, you know?"

"Uhm, yeah, sure," said the CIT. "You take care of yourself now, alright?"

"Sure, yeah," Scott responded before also leaving.

The scene cuts to early the next morning, where Courtney is heading towards a dock with some luggage bags. Once she arrived at the boat at the end of the dock, Chef stepped off it and asked, "Back so soon, now are we?"

"Yep, I'm back," Courtney responded as she got on the boat. "Let's just hope for the best…" Chef then got on behind her and drove the boat out into the horizon.

NOTES FROM AUTHOR: Another episode done! Sorry this one took a while to get out, I was busy with stuff like school and hobbies per usual. But with this Aftermath, not only did we go into Scott having a Joker arc (per the idea of one of the co-writers), but now we're having Courtney come back to the game! Given her literally being the second boot, it's safe to say that we could've done a lot more with her even if she and Gwen are on good terms again. So, we decided not only to develop her in the Aftermaths where she'd be much calmer than she was before, but now she's coming back to the game with a whole new personality! Well, she's still very competitive and somewhat immature, but she'll now be less impulsive and rude to the other players. And of course she and Gwen will have plenty of screen time together, so don't you worry about that.

Thanks for reading this episode/chapter of All-Stars Improved, and I look forward to bringing you all more!
