This chapter is barely changed but the minor details are important... so look for them.
"Take your feet off of that desk now!"
The familiar roar of the rude boy from the exam made Cassius wake from his meditation. He turned to the source and frowned, his eyes widened. 'Bakugo, that Bakugo... from Aldera! He's the reason I went to online schooling!' Shivering, Cassius focused on the pressure of mana in the air. 'I am powerful, I am skilled, I can do this... He cannot hurt me now.'
The sound of the door opening revealed the familiar face of the only other Quirkless kid he knew, or had known,... Izuku Midoryia, also from Aldera. Only he oozed power on a scale that Cassius had never sensed before. He had a quirk, but clearly never had one before... what the hell, it wasn't magic either, that much was very clear.
'I sense lifeforce and consciousness in the power, what the hell is he?' It was the strangest thing, like an echo of personality in the power...
"It's the first day and you're already disrespecting this academy by scuffing school property, you cretin!" The sound of the idiot's voice made him turn back.
"You're kidding me, right? Your old school put a stick up your ass? Or were you born with it?" Good ol Bakugo... idiot.
"Uh... Let's start over. I'm Tenya Iida from the Somei Private Academy," Iida said, as if he could make friends with Bakugo.
"Somei, huh? So you must think you're better than me. I'm gonna have fun tearing you a new one," Bakugo replied.
"You would threaten me? Your own classmate? Are you sure you're in the right place?"
"Ha!"
The two boys then look over to see Izuku standing at the door, both a little stunned. "Huh? It's him," Iida says. Everyone in the class turns to look at Izuku.
The boy seemed to curdle in his place, it was kind of cute really.
Iida begins to walk over toward him. "Good morning! My name is Tenya Iida from..."
Izuku interrupts him, "Yeah, I Know. I'm Izuku Midoriya, nice to meet you"
"Midoriya, you realized there was something more to that practical exam, didn't you? "
"I had no idea" Izuku started to panic, his trademark really.
"I misjudged you! I hate to admit it, but you are better than me."
"Sorry. I actually didn't realize anything."
"Oh, that curly hair! You're the plain-looking one! You passed, just like Present Mic said!" A cute girl, with a strong aura of power, said approaching with a smile. "What do you think we're doing today besides orientation? I wonder what our teachers are like. I can't wait to meet everybody!"
"If you're just here to make friends then you can pack up your stuff now," A man said lying on the floor in a yellow sleeping bag looking like a caterpillar.
"Welcome to UA's hero course,"The man says as he unzips part of his sleeping bag and drinks a jelly pouch. He stood up and unzips the rest of his sleeping bag. "It took eight seconds before you all shut up. that's not gonna work. Time is precious. Rational students would understand that. Hello, I'm Shota Aizawa. Your teacher," Aizawa says to the class. "Right let's get to it. Put these on and head outside," From within his bag, the man pulled out what seemed to be a uniform.
"""
"A Quirk assessment test?! What about the entrance ceremony? The orientation?"
"If you're going to become a hero, you don't have time for such leisurely events. You kids have been doing these since junior high, too, right? Physical fitness tests where you weren't allowed to use your Quirks. The country still uses averages taken from results from students not using their Quirks. It's not rational. Well, the Ministry of Education is procrastinating. Bakugo, you tied at the top of the practical exam, right?" Cassius enjoyed the disgruntled look on Bakugo's face, knowing he only tied for first and didn't own that spot. " In junior high, what was your best result for the softball throw?"
"Fifty-Seven Meters, I think."
"Then, try doing it with your Quirk. You can do whatever you want as long as you stay in the circle. Hurry up. Give it all you have got."
"Then, well I'll add a blast to the pitch. " The boy's potent aura shifted and he threw the ball with a blast of so strong they all felt it in the air. "Die!"
"Know your own maximum first. That is the most rational way to form the foundation of a hero."
"What's this?"
"It looks fun! We can use our Quirks as much as we want!"
"As expected from the hero course!"
Cassius cringed at the dumb statements of the three students, it was so arrogant and obviously not what Aizawa would want to hear.
"It looks fun," huh? You have three years to become a hero. Will you have an attitude like that the whole time? All right. Whoever comes in last place in all eight tests will be judged to have no potential and will be punished with expulsion."
The cute girl from earlier barked out. "Last place will be expelled?! But it's the first day of school" No, even if it wasn't the first day of school, this is too unfair!"
Aizawa turned to her. "Natural disasters, big accidents, and selfish villains. Calamities whose time or place can't be predicted. Japan is covered with unfairness. Heroes are the ones who reverse those situations. If you wanted to go talk with your friends at Mickey D's after school, too bad. For the next three years, U.A. will do all it can to give you one hardship after another. Go beyond. Plus Ultra. Overcome it with all you have got. All right, the demonstration's over. The real thing starts now."
Cassius shivered, and focused his mana. 'I got this... I got this... I will succeed and I will not end up in last place... no one will stop me... I have worked to hard... and that will be everything.'
Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.
