Here's the next chapter. Hope everyone will enjoy it

The next morning had come and Issei groggily opened his eyes. The guest bedroom he was sleeping in was quite lavish and refined and he couldn't help but find comfort in the bed but even so he didn't get much sleep after the night prior. The room was dark but a light shined through the curtains assuring the brunette that it was day time.

Issei got up from the bed and went over to his duffle bag he'd packed for the trip where he took his toothbrush and toothpaste from and went to the bathroom where he turned the sink on. He looked up at the mirror and noted that he looked like shit as his hair was all messy and his eyes held a look of exhaustion in them.

'I can't wait to leave this place. There's hopefully not much that crazy fox could force onto me once we get back to kuoh.' He thought as he slowly brushed his teeth while staring at himself drowsily in the mirror.

Just as he was doing that a knock was heard at his door causing the young man's ears to perk up.

"Issei you up?! We're all meeting up with Azazel and the rest of the class in botanical gardens." Kiba said from outside his door.

Issei spit the toothpaste out into the sink and quickly rinsed his mouth before exiting and the bathroom and turning his attention to the door.

"Ok I'll head there in a moment!" He shouted back as he proceeded to get dressed and fix his hair to look somewhat presentable to others.

"Just don't be late. I'll see you in a bit." The knight said as he took his leave.

The brunette looked at his bag and pulled out a red T-shirt and some jeans that he promptly put on and then fetched some socks.

He then walked to the door but paused as he thought of all that had happened with Yasaka the night before and sighed.

"Let's just see how the day plays out." He said to himself quite uncertain of how things would go with the mysterious blonde milf.

Not too much time later Issei had made it to the garden where everyone else was waiting for him. Not only the devil's but Issei's human classmates as well.

Issei took a thorough look around and noticed that many of Yasaka's yokai subordinates we're also around but all in disguise no doubt due to the less than supernatural company present.

"There you are Mister. How could you keep Lady Yasaka waiting?" Irina asked as she scolded the young man.

"Heh heh sorry. Just had a rough time waking up this morning." Issei sheepishly chuckled.

Irina just sighed at her friends irresponsibility and left it at that knowing there was no point in dragging on about it.

Kiba placed a hand on Issei's should gaining his attention.

"I spoke with Akeno and the president this morning and gave them an update on how everyone is doing." He informed the young man with a kind smile.

"That's good to know. Thanks Kiba." Issei said giving him a thumbs up.

Issei looked over and saw Azazel standing next to Yasaka who like her subordinates was disguised in her human form and his eyes gravitated towards the woman turning into an annoyed glare.

The older woman did not fail to notice and matched the brunette's less than friendly gaze with a sweet and innocent smile as she just waved at the boy.

Issei turned his head away in defiance and looked back at the fallen angel leader.

'Come on Azazel tell me were getting out of here today.' Issei thought desperately.

Azazel looked at his class and cleared his throat as he had everyone's attention now.

"Well now that everyone is here I find it appropriate to tell you now that after considering Yasaka's proposal for community negotiations and smoothing things over with everyone back in Kuoh... we will be staying an additional two days here in Kyoto, under Yasaka's generous hospitality of course." Azazel told everyone with a casual smile.

Issei's heart sank in despair as he heard the one thing he absolutely didn't want to from the man.

Contrary to the brunette everyone else was very excited and happy to get to spend more time in the beautiful city.

"Can't believe we're gonna be staying in this banging city of babe's for another two whole days." Matsuda shouted in pervy joy.

"Good thing I still have space on the camera for some more pics." Motohama squealed in joy.

"You pervs better not get yourselves arrested while we're here." Kiryuu teased.

As everyone continued to fret about the exciting news Issei just continued to wallow in his frustration.

'Come the fuck on Azazel. Why did this have to happen.' Issei thought despairingly.

"We've already taken the liberty of planning a fun day outside of the innermost part of Kyoto where you guys haven't been to yet. But before we go make sure to eat a fulfilling breakfast." Yasaka spoke kindly to the class as she explained the brief basics of the plan for the day to them.

"Far be it for me to pass up an offer like that." Azazel spoke cheekily as he left first for the dining room followed by the excited class.

Issei quickly made to leave with everyone else not wanting to be alone near Yasaka who was in no rush to join the rest of the gang.

"Hold on now dear. Why are you in such a rush Issei?" Yasaka stopped the man who groaned as he turned around to face her.

Before he could even think of how to respond next though he was quickly enveloped in a hug by Yasaka.

"I'm really glad that we get to spend some more time together. I have a special little quest for you later after we've done all our sightseeing." The woman spoke in a calm and soothing tone that just made it really confusing for Issei to respond but naturally he couldn't break away from her as she no doubt wouldn't want that to happen. This was not what he had in mind when he pictured someone behaving in a deceptive or manipulative manner.

Issei remained silent as he waited for the woman to let go of him.

"You should really smile more dear, you look so much more handsome when you do." Yasaka finally let the boy free of her embrace and lifted his chin to look up at her where she gently kissed him on the forehead.

She soon left the boy alone and presumably went to join everyone for breakfast.

Issei's heart was beating a mile a minute as he had a slight blush across his face haunted by her touch. He really wanted to say that he hated that kiss and he certainly resented Yasaka for what she did to him but a tingly pleasure radiated throughout his body at the thought of her embrace.

A part of him couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to actually kiss her now.

'No dammit Issei! She's an evil and crazy fox!' He mentally berated himself and quickly snapped himself out of those thoughts.

"Maybe I should just go eat, it'll probably help me clear my head." Issei decided and left to join the rest of his class.

Meanwhile back in Kuoh at the Occult Research Club Koneko was sitting silently eating her candy and Akeno was staring over at the president with a sweet yet sinister grin.

Rias was furious as she spoke to her brother via a communication hologram.

"What do you mean I won't get to see the rest of my peerage for another two days?!" She yelled furiously.

"I already told you. Yasaka has propositioned an extended visit in order to devise peace negotiations and plan warfare tactics. Azazel spoke to Lord Michael, Lady Leviathan, and Me personally and we couldn't really see a reason to object to such an opportunity." Sirzechs calmly explained to his angry sister.

"BUT THEY ARE MY PEERAGE!!!" Rias screamed in anger.

"I ask that you remember that this is a field trip to Kyoto for the whole of the class not just your peerage." Sirzechs continued to explain indifferent to Ria's temper.

"Well! You can't just randomly extend a field trip anyways. They have classes to attend to here." Rias whined stubbornly.

"Actually we did email the principal about that. He said it would actually work out perfectly since the class was pretty ahead of their curriculum with a few exceptions who will just have to make it up when they get back. And it's the weekend anyway so they wouldn't even have school." The devil king responded with a smirk.

Rias just sighed in annoyance as she sank into her chair in defeat.

"When will I get to see Issei now. I can't stand being apart from him." She said dejectedly.

Sirzechs smile turned into a disappointed frown as he saw his little sister in such a state.

"See I told you. She's been like this ever since Issei went to Kyoto and now it's probably gonna get worse." Akeno said to the crimson haired devil king.

The man continued to stare at his spoiled sister for a while longer.

"This will probably be good for you then." He said earning the anger of his sister once more.

Rias shot up from her desk in fury.

"HOW IS BEING AWAY FROM MY PRECIOUS ISSEI A GOOD THING!!!" She screamed again.

Sirzechs looked at her with a deadpan expression.

"Because that. That right there." He said rather bluntly.

Rias seethed in rage but all the same was now waiting for what he was on about.

"I understand loving one's peerage and I like Issei and all that but at the end of the day we devil's all have responsibilities to carry out and sometimes compromises must be made. To be frank your obsessed with Issei and it's not healthy." Sirzechs told his sister.

At this point Rias's anger had simmered a bit and she turned her ahead away pouting.

"I'm not obsessed with him." She quietly said to herself.

"You have been thinking of him constantly for the last three days haven't you?" Akeno asked.

"Well... I guess so yeah."

"You haven't been paying much mind to the others that are also on the trip like Kiba or Xenovia have you?" She continued to question her master.

"Um... I... No. I haven't." Rias sadly admitted.

"And you've been dreading every second that he's not here to fawn over you?" Akeno asked this question more to test the waters of Rias's feelings.

"I... I... Uurrgh... Yes I have dreaded every second I spend away from Issei. Happy Now?" The crimson haired princess admitted very annoyed.

Sirzechs decided to speak up once more.

"You know he's not dead or injured right? And it's not even going to have been a full week that you spent away from him. This is what I mean. Nobody should be thinking like this just from spending a little time away from a loved one." Sirzechs finally got out what he wanted to say.

Rias looked up at him with a dejected stare.

"Then what would you have me do instead?" She asked.

"Think about what your life besides him is like and find something fun to do or something to keep you busy. The world doesn't revolve around Issei so why should yours?" Sirzechs advised his sister.

"Ok." She quietly muttered.

Sirzechs knew that was the best he was gonna get out of her.

"Now I have to go. Goodbye for now Rias, just please try and think about what I have told you." He said as he cut off the communication.

"Bye." Rias said quietly to herself more than anyone.

Akeno and Koneko looked at their friend in concern.

"Let's go get some ice cream, maybe it'll cheer you up." Akeno said as she grabbed Rias's hand and the three left the ORC for a while.

Back in Kyoto sometime later everyone had just finished sightseeing a few hours ago and had returned to the palace.

Almost everyone had decided to hang out in the common area while a few others were still out in the city shopping and whatnot. Issei was currently hanging out with Asia and Kiba.

"So what did you guys want to do while we're staying here for a few extra days." Kiba asked.

"There's this church outside of Kyoto that seems to practice or relate to yokai teachings and I wanted to check it out." Asia responded with a small smile.

"And you Issei?" The blonde knight followed up with another inquiry.

Issei was staring off in the distance and just barely heard Kiba as he turned his attention back to him.

"Hmm... To be honest I really don't know. I wasn't planning on staying here longer than a few days, though I guess who really was?" The brunette shrugged off the question as he truly wasn't certain what there even was worth doing in Kyoto anyways.

"Oh Issei there you are." A familiar voice called out in a joyous tone.

The young man turned to the source of the voice and instantly felt a wave of nervousness wash over him.

"Oh... Hi Yasaka. What... what can I do for you?" He asked with a forced smile.

"I'm so glad you asked I have a favor to request and your the only I feel I can trust to get the job done. Please do come with me." The blonde fox said with venomously sweet praise.

"Sure. I'd love to help." The young man said with an attempt at sarcasm but it only came out rather awkwardly as he proceeded to follow the older woman.

"Lady Yasaka sure has taken a liking to Issei. I never thought I'd hear her say something like that." Kiba casually commented as he watched the two walk away.

Yasaka and Issei went to a more secluded part of the temple that seemed more uninhabited by anyone than the rest of the place .

They soon made it to a door where Yasaka opened it and Issei followed her in.

He was greeted to the sight of a golden teleportation circle in the center of a dark and small room.

"This magic circle will bring you to a long abandoned temple in the middle of the ocean. You'll still find faint traces of the ancient devils presence they're as they often used it for cursed rituals. I need you to fetch a very special little artifact for me." Yasaka briefed him on the thing she mentioned needing earlier.

"Very well. Consider it done." Issei said in a tone of indifference and annoyance as he knew he had no choice but to what she wanted.

"There's some dangerous traps and creatures in there too but don't worry about that as I have someone there to help you out. I must insist that you get along with him." Yasaka warned him of what to expect.

Issei silently nodded and walked to the portal he looked back at Yasaka one last time.

"Try and get back in a timely manner. I wish you the best of luck my little dragon." She said as she blew him a kiss.

With those words of encouragement Yasaka turned to leave and Issei entered the circle.

In a bright flash Issei was blinded for a moment when he came too he could see the ocean she mentioned and hear the rippling waves.

Sure enough he was somewhere seemingly far away from where he just was and looked up to see a towering and ominous temple.

"Who would've thought that we'd be meeting again so soon Red Dragon Emperor." The voice of what Issei could only assume to be his supposed ally on this mission came into the brunette's earshot as he turned around to see who it was.

Issei's looked at the newcomer with an expression of anger as he saw someone he despised just as much if not more than the golden fox.

"Cao Cao."

The black haired man wielding a spear that immediately instilled a sense of fear and distrust in Issei looked on with an amused smirk.

There's the next chapter. I could've made it longer but wanted to keep it at a similar length to the last one. Not much Issei and Yasaka fun yet but I'll try and get the next chapter out soon as I enjoyed writing this more than anything I have in awhile.
