I don't own the Loud House.

Welcome to another chapter of this story which is quickly becoming my most popular in terms of reviews per chapter. I think. A few of you were mentioning how the parents are pretty stupid and I just have to say that yea, they are. I wrote them like that because of how they act in the show. And trust me, they will face the consequences of their actions. I will say, for all of the drama that is going on, this story will have a resolution at the end. I won't say what it is but I already have an ending in mind. The only question is to which girl will Lincoln go to? You'll see what I mean after you read this chapter lol.

Also please go and check out my other stories. I have returned from my hiatus and I will be posting more regularly. I appreciate all of the support that you give me. And also go and check out Siege's stories. Leave reviews telling him that Zeo's says to update Gigant! I want more Giant Lucy! Hahaha. Seriously, go and do it.

Enjoy!

Chapter 8: Confession

Sam was pissed. She was furious with her little brother as she stood alongside their parents in the nurse's office. They had received a call from the school early in the morning about Simon starting a fight during his cross country practice and that he'd been banged up along with his teammates. When they arrived, the Couch told them that the boys had ganged up on the Loud Boy and that Lincoln had defended himself against them. And considering that they were in the nurse's office and he wasn't, Sam couldn't help but be impressed by the white haired Loud.

"Simon, what the hell? Why would you do something stupid like this!?" Sam demanded before her parents could speak.

Simon's nostrils flared as he stared up defiantly at his sister. "I had to make him pay for getting you pregnant!"

"What!?" Sam cried out in shock.

"Sam, you're not…?" Their mother asked quickly, shocked that she hadn't learned about it the night before.

"No!" Sam denied vehemently. She was blushing from embarrassment but she denied furiously. "Mom, Dad, I swear I haven't had sex yet. For crying out loud, I barely had my first kiss yesterday!"

Their parents let out a sigh of relief before Mr. Sharp asked. "Wait, who did you kiss yesterday?"

Sam averted her gaze as her blush intensified. "L-Lincoln…"

Her mother frowned. "I thought we specifically told you to stay away from him and his family."

"I'm sorry, mom but I had to see him. I…" Sam began but stopped when she couldn't find the words to explain why she had to see him. "I…had to make sure he was okay."

Her dad sighed before placing a hand over his face. "God, I'm getting too old for this." He looked at his daughter. "Sam, I think I know where you're coming from. But until we get this matter resolved please stay away from him." Then he turned towards his son. "Simon, I cannot express how disappointed I am in you. When you get home, you will be grounded for the foreseeable future. We will have a much longer talk about this as well."

"Also I think we have to have the 'talk' with both of you." Mrs. Sharp said as she looked at her two children. "Obviously, there are something's that need to be discussed and we need to express what's okay and what's not okay to make public."

Sam groaned as she slumped her shoulders. "Thanks a lot Sy…" She grumbled. She had already been given the talk when she first started her period. Her mom had been very clinical about it and it had scarred her for years afterwards.

"Oh my god, Lincoln, are you okay?" Mrs. Zhau asked after she had opened the door.

Lincoln was standing on her porch and despite Clyde's best efforts, he still looked a little worse for wear. He was sporting a bruised cheek, a busted lip, several bruises on his arms and a few cuts as well. And that's what could be seen, underneath his shirt he had several more bruises and scrapes.

"I'm fine, Mrs. Zhau. I had a little misunderstanding with my friend's little brother." Lincoln explained as he flashed her his best smile.

"W-Would you like an ice pack?" She asked, not really knowing what to do.

"Please." Lincoln nodded. "But I was hoping that I'd be allowed to speak with Stella? She got into a fight with my sister last night because of me and I'd like to make sure that she's okay. She's one of my best friends after all."

Mrs. Zhau pursed her lips. "Stella is currently grounded, Lincoln. No matter the reason, fighting is wrong unless it's for self defense."

"And I completely agree." Lincoln nodded, hoping to lay on the charm. Mrs. Zhau had always liked him because he had been Stella's first friend after they moved. So he was hoping that he could convince her to let him see Stella. "I just want a few minutes to check up on her, please. I promise that I won't be here for very long."

The older woman seemed to consider it for a moment before she gave him a small smile. "Alright but only for a little bit. I'd be setting a poor example if I let her have a friend over while she's supposed to be grounded."

Lincoln gave her the brightest smile that he could muster. "Thank you very much. I promise that I won't take long. I just hope that you'll consider giving her some slack since it was to defend me and my sister did start it."

"I'll consider it." Mrs. Zhau said in a noncommittal way.

She led him towards Stella's room which she shared with her older sister. The Zhau Matriarch pointed at the door and then excused herself in order to get that ice pack ready for him.

Lincoln knocked on Stella's door and he heard a 'come in' so he opened the door and walked in. What he didn't expect was to walk in on Stella while she was in the middle of…changing. The poor girl was standing in front of her closet in just her underwear while facing the door. A familiar white shirt with a red starburst on the front was held above her head as she was about to put it on. The two preteens stared at one another for a few moments before they both let out a cry of surprise and Lincoln threw himself out of her room.

"L-L-Lincoln! What are you doing here!?" Stella asked through the door, sounding surprised and embarrassed to see him. She had clearly not expected him to walk in on her, thinking it had been her mom.

Lincoln blushed furiously as he tried to not think about her white training bra or the fact that her white panties also had a red star on the front. "I uh came to see you. I wanted to make sure that you were alright."

Lincoln could hear Stella quickly getting changed inside and after a few more moments, she opened the door to her room. She was still blushing but she looked happy to see him. And as he took in her appearance this time, he could see that Stella was sporting a few scratches, some bruises, and busted lip. She also took in his appearance and at the same time they asked.

"What happened to you?"

The two friends blinked before Lincoln spoke first. "You mean you actually fought against Lori?"

"Who did you fight?" Stella asked him.

"Simon, Sam's little brother, and his friends." Lincoln said before he asked. "Why would you fight her? Was it for me?"

"Why would he fight you? He doesn't have a sister complex, does he?" Stella asked, shocked that someone would want to attack Lincoln for simply kissing someone's sister.

"Okay, okay, look, we both have questions and we're not going to get anywhere if we're both asking at the same time." Lincoln said. "How about you go first and then I'll tell you what I've been up to."

Stella nodded and quickly recounted what happened the night before. Lincoln had been shocked to hear that Stella had physically fought with his sister. When Clyde mentioned that Stella had fought Lori, he had pictured it more of a verbal confrontation with some shoving and maybe hair pulling. He never thought that Stella would have it in her to fight someone, much less for him. The guilt that he had been feeling before only intensified as she finished her story. "And when you parents showed up, they pulled us apart. The other sisters helped by that point and your dad called my mom. I got in so much trouble…I think my parents are gonna ground me till I'm in high school."

Lincoln sighed. "I'm so sorry for all this, Stella. I never meant to drag you guys into this."

Stella placed a comforting hand on his shoulder. "Hey, you don't have to be sorry. You're my best friend, Lincoln, of course I'd help you. I'd do anything for you."

Lincoln blushed as he looked into her eyes. He could see that she was being sincere with him and that brought up a question that he'd been curious about. "Stella…do you…I mean, are you…what I mean to say is…"

Stella, seeing that Lincoln was struggling to ask a question that she knew he'd ask, decided to answer it for him. Blushing furiously, she cupped his face and brought him in for a quick kiss on the lips. And when she pulled away, Lincoln was left speechless.

"D-Does that answer your question?" She asked, giving him a shy smile. She felt as though she had just done the bravest thing that she could have possibly done and a small part of her was worried that Lincoln would reject her. Still, after fighting his oldest sister, confessing her feelings for him didn't seem as daunting as it once had been.

Lincoln took a moment for his brain to restart but once it did, he cleared his throat before he looked at his friend. "Wow…I um…don't know what to say." He sighed before he looked down in shame. "Stella, I like you, I really do but…"

"You're dating Sam, right?" Stella asked in an understanding tone. She could feel her heart start to break a little but it wasn't as bad as she thought it would be.

Lincoln shook his head. "No, Sam and I aren't dating. Last night had actually been the first time that we had ever kissed and she's the one who kissed me." Lincoln sighed before he sat down on her bed. "But she and I also kissed again after we left my house. I can't in good conscience answer your feelings until I sort out this whole mess with Sam and Luna."

Stella looked hopeful. "You mean you…?"

Lincoln nodded. "I'd be lying if I said that I hadn't been crushing on you."

Stella took a seat beside him and tentatively took his hand in her. She smiled when he didn't pull away. "I'll wait for you then. I've been patient for a while now so what's a few more days?"

This made Lincoln raise an eyebrow. "How long have you liked me for?" He asked, curious.

Stella blushed. "S-Since we first met…" She answered truthfully.

"That long!" Lincoln was surprised.

"Yea…I liked you from the beginning but I was just too shy to say anything. I also wanted to make friends so that's why I told you and the guys that I wasn't interested in dating. But I actually did want to date you, Lincoln, but I was too shy to say anything. Also I didn't want to hurt the other boys' feelings." Stella explained.

"Man…Rusty is going to be disappointed." Lincoln chuckled.

"No offense to Rusty but I only like him as a friend. I could never seriously date him." Stella said with a laugh. She then looked at him expectantly. "Okay, now it's your turn to spill."

And so Lincoln quickly recounted what happened to him and he finished by explaining how he had learned that people now thought he had gotten Sam pregnant. "And that's why I want to sort this whole thing out first, Stella. I'd hate for people to assume that I'd gotten you pregnant also."

Stella was blushing even more than she before as she thought about having Lincoln's baby. "I-I see…"

"Yea, can you imagine if I had showed up today and was like 'Hey Stella, I need you to take a pregnancy test because my parents also think that you might be pregnant like Sam.'"

As Lincoln had been speaking, neither him nor Stella noticed when her mom walked into the room holding the ice pack for Lincoln. She had walked in just in time to hear Lincoln say 'Stella , I need you take a pregnancy test' and then froze. She was staring at the two preteens in front of her while they sat on a bed and were holding hands. She dropped the ice pack, startling the two on the bed, and proceeded to do the only logical thing.

Mrs. Zhau fainted.

"S-So you're not pregnant?" Mrs. Zhau asked once she had been sat down on her couch and was given a strong cup of tea. "You two haven't had sex?"

Stella, her face red with embarrassment, shook her head. "No mom, I swear I haven't done anything like that with Lincoln!"

"You promise?" She asked, all of her hopes seemingly held on their honest word.

"I promise, Mrs. Zhau, I have not taken advantage of your daughter." Lincoln promised.

The older woman stared at the two blushing preteens for a long moment before she weakly nodded and drank her tea. "Okay…okay, I believe you."

Stella and Lincoln both sighed before Stella spoke. "Mom, Lincoln and I aren't even dating. Not to mention that I've never had a boyfriend."

"But you are friends with five boys, Stella, dear." Her mom pointed out. "Can you blame me for worrying?"

She did have a point, Lincoln admitted. "Mrs. Zhau, Stella does have female friends but I can see why you'd be worried. After all, your daughter is very pretty and we are getting older."

Stella blushed. "What Lincoln is trying to say, mom, is that I don't only hang out with boys. I had that study session with Girl Jordan and Tabby last week, remember? They're two of my best girl friends."

Lincoln also added. "And you don't have to worry about my friends doing anything untoward to Stella. They know that my sister, Lynn, would break their legs if they behave inappropriately towards any girl."

Lynn had in fact threatened to do that when Rusty tried to hit on her one time. She had given them all the same warning that if any of them acted sleazy towards any girl that she'd come with her roller derby team and break their legs to teach them some manners. Since then, the others had been nothing but respectable towards girls in their class.

Mrs. Zhau knew who Lynn Jr. was and she believed that the Loud girl would be true to her promise. "Okay…Okay but I'm trusting you, dear, to not make me a grandmother until you're at least out of college."

"College? Not marriage?" Stella asked.

At this Mrs. Zhau scoffed. "I'm not dumb, dear. I know that one day you will have sex. I just want you to be safe and to not make a mistake that you're not ready for."

Lincoln cleared his throat. "So um…are you okay now?"

Mrs. Zhau gave him a gentle smile. "I am now, Lincoln." She reached over and cupped his cheek. "You're such a sweet boy, my Stella would be lucky to have you."

"Mom!" Stella cried out, her blush returning full force.

"I'm sorry, dear, but you know that I'm right." Her mom said before she turned to look at Lincoln once more, though this time with a sad smile. "Your parents don't know how lucky they are to have you." She then leaned in and kissed his forehead. "You are always welcomed here if you need a place to say, Lincoln."

Lincoln felt touched. "Thank you, Mrs. Zhau."

"Now, what this I hear that you've gotten another girl pregnant?" Mrs. Zhau asked in a teasing tone.

Lincoln just groaned while Stella giggled.

Sam was sitting in her room when her parents knocked on her door. She turned towards them and gave them a weak smile. "Hey mom, hey dad."

"Honey, how are you holding up?" Mrs. Sharp asked.

"I'm okay…" She answered truthfully. She had been better but she was doing fine for now.

Her father grimaced. "Sam…we hate to do this but we're going to have to go to the hospital."

This confused Sam. "Why?"

Her mom walked over to her and sat beside her on the bed. "Honey…our lawyer suggests that we get your medical records in order to prove that you're not pregnant and that you haven't been sexually active with Lincoln."

Sam groaned as she slumped backwards onto her bed. As embarrassing as it had been to discuss her sex life or lack there of with her parents, she was just plain tired of It. She didn't like the rumors of her being a pedo running around. A few of her now ex friends had messaged her asking if she had done anything with their little brothers. She'd never even been alone with them, much less even talked to them before!

"Great…" She muttered.

"Honey, we're doing everything that we can to keep this quiet and to clear your name but unless the Louds back down, this is going to go to trial." Her mom said. "They're accusing you of taking advantage of their son."

"You know…even if I had done something with Ace, aren't we both minors?" Sam asked.

"Yes." Her father nodded. "But you are older than him and he's not a teenager yet. We actually have no idea how this will proceed which is why our lawyer suggested that we go get you tested."

Sam just sighed. "Okay let's go…."

Sam wondered if her life could possibly get any worse.

Around the same time, Luna had received a picture of a girl who looked an awful lot like Sam and a boy who could only be Lincoln sitting at a park and they were about to share a kiss. The picture had been taken the day before and it was spreading on social media with the caption 'PEDO' in big blocky letters above Sam's head.

Seeing this, Luna gave an angry shout before she threw her phone across the room and lied down on her side to cry herself to sleep.
