Linda didn't answer Krissy, and she knew it had to bad for her mother not to answer her.
"It was bad, mom, after you returned home just days after giving birth to me?"
Krissy stood behind her and then wrapped her arms around her. Linda cleared her throat, "It was bad. I was so glad that I had Vince. He rearranged his traveling schedule; he stayed home more often to make that Shane wasn't causing trouble for me."
"Did you and Vince talk about sending him to military school, mom?"
"Yes, we talk about sending him away."
"But you never send him away."
"Yes, sweetheart. I regret it too. I should have let Vince send him to Military school; maybe it would have straightened him out."
"Maybe, mom, but you cannot be too sure. Like Vince told him to check his attitude, Shane refused; from what I have seen, mom, he has become a conceit, cocky, and obnoxious douchebag."
Linda chuckled. "I agree with you, sweetheart, n your script of Shane. He is not the son that I was raising. He has resentment toward me and what I did thirty-five years ago."
"Mom, whatever happened between you and Vince is between you, not Shane."
"I heard you, sweetheart. Vince and I were able to work things out."
"I am guessing here, but Vince was not abusive toward Shane, Vincent, and Stephanie; he tried hard to be the parent while you were away. I wasn't there, so I do not know, but Vince is a decent man, a good husband, who accepted me into his family. He obviously was a good father."
"Yes, I forced Vince to be a better man, parent, and husband to me. He has changed, Krissy."
"Mom, you do not need to defend Vince to me. I see with my eyes what kind of man Vince is."
Linda smiled. "Vince had to get scared when I walked out of the door thirty-five years ago. He used to beg me to come, and I told him when I was good and ready, I would be home, told him to be a parent to our kids."
"You wanted Vince to see what you went through when he was not home. You wanted him to see how hard you had at home."
"Yes, sweetheart, I taught him a tough lesson thirty-five years ago. So, Krissy, I am asking you, as your mother, what way you are leaning in who controls RAW."
"Well, mom, after just one meditator session, it is a strong possibility that I am leaning in the direction of letting Stephanie be in charge of RAW and Shane get possibly get Smackdown duties. I know Vincent will stick by Stephanie because he does not trust Shane. But mom, you cannot tell anyone what I just told you."
'Not even Vince."
"If you tell Vince, he must promise not to say anything to Shane, Stephanie, and Vincent because I have not rendered my final decision yet."
"Okay, I will make him understand."
"From what I've seen, mom, and listened to Stephanie and Vincent, Shane does think he can do whatever he wants and not suffer the consequence, but I think that is about to change for him. Vince was adamantly about cutting him out of the will, and then have you changed your will too."
"I've already started changing my will to include you, your husband, Alex. Jr. Cathy, Stephen, and Kayla."
"Wow, did you cut Shane out?"
"Yes, and no; I mean, he is my son but not the son I know."
"You're having difficulty deciding what to do?"
"Yes, I am, sweetheart. But, unfortunately, my heart and brain are not on the same page."
"Mom, that is normal for any parent on decided what to do when it comes to their will and who gets what and who is left out of the will."
"Enough about Shane's attitude; back to you and the wedding dress you are still wearing."
Krissy chuckled. "Does it feel tight, sweetheart?"
"A little mom, especially around my breasts and tummy."
"Well, then you need a new wedding dress on me."
"Mom"
"Kristina Alexandria, not a peep out of you. I have the money and want to buy your second wedding dress."
"Okay, I will not argue with you."
"Good answer Kristina. Besides, I set up a bank account for you after you were born just in case your father kept his promise to me, but he thought he had everything under control, but your mama was smart, testing your blood, and that's how she found out she wasn't your mama and I was your mother."
Krissy smiled, "I wish Mama Catherine were here to meet you, mom."
Linda smiled, "Me too, sweetheart. Now go change, and we will go wedding dress shopping."
"Okay, mom," she said, walking into her massive walk-in closet and taking off her wedding dress.
A few minutes later, Krissy walked out of the closet, "I am ready to go, mom."
"Let's go then," she said as they walked out of the bedroom toward the staircase and down them.
Krissy told the nannies that they were going shopping, and the nannies smiled. Krissy and Linda kissed both Stephen and Kayla, and they walked out of the living room, grabbed their purse off the table, and left the house. Jonathan opened the door for his boss to get into the Cadillac Escalade while Matt opened the door for Linda to get in. Once inside, they closed the doors, got in the Escalade, and buckled their seatbelt as Jonathan started the engine.
Jonathan drove down the circular driveway to the gates that opened as the Escalade approached the gates and then drove out and sped off. When Escalade pulled up to the Bridal shop in Old Greenwich, Jonathan parked the Escalade, turned the key, shut off the SUV, and unbuckled his seatbelt as did Matt. They stepped out of the Escalade, closed Th doors, and then opened the back door for Kristina and Linda to step out.
"Thank you, Jonathan," Krissy said with a smile.
"You're welcome, boss," Jonathan said, smiling.
"Thank you, Matt," Linda said with a smile.
"You're welcome, Mrs. McMahon," Matt said, smiling.
Linda walked around the Escalade and joined Krissy as they walked toward the bridal shop. Jonathan opened the door, and Kristina and Linda entered the shop. A woman came over and said, "Hello, Krissy; how are you doing?"
Kristina smiled and said, "Hello, Claudia. I am fine. How are you doing?"
"I am good."
"This is my biological mother, Linda. Mom, this is Claudia."
"Hello, Linda; it's nice to meet you."
"Hello, Claudia. It's nice to meet you, too."
"So, how can I help you today?"
"Well, Alex and I are renewing our vows for my mom here, and I try on my Oscar de la Renta wedding dress, which is snug around my breasts and tummy area. And my mom here offered to purchase me a second wedding dress for my renewal ceremony."
Claudia smiled," Okay, say no more, Krissy. I have a wedding dress that you may love," she said, walking off to retrieve the wedding dress.
"How do you know Claudia, sweetheart?"
"Bridesmaids' dresses were purchased here, and Claudia helped my bridesmaids."
Linda smiled as Claudia returned with a wedding dress, "Wow, that is gorgeous, Claudia."
Claudia smiled and said, "I knew you would love this wedding dress."
Linda looked at the wedding dress and said, "Yes, this is a gorgeous wedding dress."
"Here, go try it on, Krissy," Claudia said, handing her the wedding dress.
Krissy took the wedding dress, walked into the fitting room, and closed the door behind her.
"Claudia, do you have more of the bridesmaids' purchased dresses?"
"Yes."
"Great, my daughter and two daughters-in-law will be in to purchase them."
"Okay, I will set them aside from them."
"Great."
The door opens. Kristina steps out of the fitting room, and Linda and Claudia smile.
'Wow, sweetheart, you look gorgeous."
"Thanks, mom," she said.
"You're welcome, sweetheart."
"How does it feel around your breasts and tummy, Krissy?" Claudia asked.
"Feel fine, not snug at all."
"Good. Do you want to try another dress?" Linda suggested
"No, mom, this is the dress I want," Krissy replied
"Okay, sweetheart, it's yours," she said with a smile.
"Thanks, mom," she said, hugging her.
"You're welcome, sweetheart."
