The random tales of the Warriors
The Tribe of Rushing Water Randomness: Part 2
Disclaimer:
I do not own the Warriors series. I only own the OC's mentioned in this chapter and the plot.

Brook where the small fish swim was looking at her mate when she noticed a pale grey she-cat with light green eyes walk into the cave. She noticed that none of the other cats noticed the stranger. She padded over to the stranger, only to notice that the stranger had many scars on her pelt.
"Who are you?" asked Brook. The pale grey cat turned to face her, light green eyes staring at the cave wall.
"I have no idea myself, Brook. Do I even exist? Is this even real? Was my name of Warmth of the falling Sun meant anything? Why do I suffer to walk this lonely path?" asked the she-cat.
"Were you a tribe cat?" asked Brook.
"Once, young one. I was once the Teller of a tribe that lived in between the Luna's Forest and the Evil's domain. My tribe was the Tribe of the Falling Snow," replied the grey cat.
"Why have you come here?" asked Brook.
"To warn you that the Spirits are due to walk among the living as the tenth moon dies," grinned the grey cat before disappearing.

Brook shot up in her nest.
"Ok, so, I must stay away from bad prey before sleeping," she muttered.
"Brook! I had the most horrible day! Cats kept asking for coffee, but the coffee machine died mid-shift! And someone demanded we fix it, but the machine is rented!" sobbed Stormfur and he walked to their nest.
"Oh. I hope they fix the machine soon. I just had a very strange dream that a grey cat not from the tribe talking about spirits walking among the living as the tenth moon dies," sighed Brook.
"Oh! There is a tradition where Twolegs dress up as creatures such as wolves or scary women and men for some reason. Beepelt has decided that us coffee shop workers can dress up for Halloween. I think it is when the moon's tenth cycle ends, and the eleventh cycle starts. Gizmo explained the whole moon cycles to me, before he left the shop, forgetting his order of Catmint tea. I tried to find him but for an elder he moves fast," sighed Stormfur.
"Gizmo is dead, Stormfur. He has been dead for eleven years now," sighed a tortoiseshell she-cat with green eyes.
"Wait, what?" asked Stormfur.
"Gizmo is a resident of Kittypet afterlife. Skyglitter keeps dragging him around with her," replied the tortoiseshell cat, before vanishing.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~LINE BREAK~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A few days passed for Stormfur, since he was told that Gizmo was a ghost. He noticed Max, a white cat with no tail and odd eyes, walk in.
"Can I have a chicken sandwich, Stormfur?" asked Max.
"Sure, but where have you been, Max? You have not been seen for a while," asked Stormfur.
"You know how Gizmo is a ghost cat? Well, I joined what the Twolegs call the Rainbow Bridge three moons ago. My female twoleg took my passing badly. The one who let me sleep beside her," whispered Max.
"Oh. I don't think a chicken sandwich can be eaten by ghosts, sorry," whispered Stormfur.
"I just wanted to see my favourite coffee worker before I head back to the Kittypet afterlife. Mikey, another cat who was looked after by my twolegs, is going to tease Gizmo, Whiskey and Vicky, Lisa and possibly Tammy too. Maybe Princess will chase us too," purred Max, before leaving the coffee shop. Stormfur felt sad to hear a customer had died three moons ago, but he felt reassured that he was still around spiritually. Maybe the tenth moon of this year was truly when the dead interacted with the living.
(A/N: This has been half written on my computer for three months now. I had started to write this tale before my cat Max passed away suddenly. I still miss him dearly since he slept on my bed at night. And since it is now the month of October, I decided to write a chapter where ghost cats visit Stormfur and Brook. Mikey, Gizmo, Whiskey, Vicky, Tammy, Lisa and Princess are the names of my cats that passed away years ago when I was a teen and when I was a child in the case for Lisa. Anyway, enjoy this spooky themed chapter!)
