Hey guys, I would like to mention, that this chapter introduces myself as one of the main characters. I decided that the Narnia story should include something like Spanish conquistadors, galleons, and early firearms. Tell me what you think, if I should include the Spanish conquistadors (When I mean Spanish conquistadors, I mean actual conquistadors and not the telmarines). Anyways, let's continue…
Chapter 2
Nick and Judy were roaming around the store, realizing that the society around them actually is a human version of their own. Humans for the most part, were extinct in Zootopia, and Nick and Judy have only encountered a few humans that have been transformed into Zootopians, that weren't from Zootopia. Neither of the two actually knew what a human looked like, until now. As many people gave Nick and Judy dirty looks, some of which a good amount were even scared of them, like they never seen a bipedal talking grey bunny and red fox. But Nick and Judy were not in the store for wasting time and causing problems, but to actually, and obviously, to grab a quick snack.
Walking along the store aisles, Nick and Judy eventually find the snack aisle, which where the potato chips were shelved was at the top and middle shelves. Why? Reaching A bag of potato chips was no problem for Judy, but was a struggle for her partner, as all the little rabbit had to do was jump off her feet and grab a bag of chips. But for Nick, it was kind of difficult for a fox like him to reach A shelf that high. Why did things have to be so difficult for the fox, and way too easy for his partner? Nick stared at Judy grab a bag of chips from the highest shelf, and watched her land on her feet again. Another thing that fox checked down on his "what rabbits do best" list; reaching high places without struggle for being short.
"Okay Nick, off we go now," Judy told Nick as she tossed the bag of potato chips onto his chest. As big of a party size bag of chips to us humans is, it was do big to the two Zootopians that the fox had to carry it tucked between under his arm.
As Nick and Judy were waiting in line to pay for their bag of potato chips, a little silence was between the two of them. The fox had his snout dug into his phone, texting and doing whatever. Judy decided to break up the silence by asking Nick something, that kind of mattered in a later situation. "hey Nick, did you happen to bring your wallet with you by any chance?" Judy asked her fox partner out of curiosity. She had already done her part in paying for Nick at a gas station before leaving Zootopia , so Nick had to do his part. "UHHHHHHHHHHHHH," Nick looked at Judy, with a face that told her he had forgotten his wallet inside of the cruiser. Sometimes, that fox can forget some important stuff, even when it comes to outside of the ZPD workforce. "Tell me you forgot your wallet, now, didn't you officer Wilde?" Judy didn't seem to be impressed on how Nick forgot his wallet, in fact, the fox did it so many times, that this time, Judy began to smile. "It's okay, I understand, I'll pay for it this time." Judy said.
After the person who was in front of Nick and Judy to pay was done paying at the checkout line, Nick stepped up and slided the bag of chips to the cashier. The cashier looked down at Nick and Judy, giving them both a dirtier look than anyone else did. He scanned the potato chips, and slid them aside for the moment. "That will be 6.99," the cashier said, starring down at Nick and Judy. The rabbit started searching for her wallet, but eventually remembered, she forgot hers as well. "Oh, uh, I think I forgot my wallet as well." Judy said with a little smile creeping over her face. But before the cashier could call security, like a douc bag, another human came from right behind Nick and Judy, and pulled out his wallet. The figure who's appearance was peach colored skin, brown colored eyes, and black hair, slid a ten dollar bill out of his wallet, and handed it to the cashier. "I appreciate it. Have a good day." The cashier with widened eyes and a shocked look told the man, which apparently the man was me.
…
Inside the cruiser fifteen minutes later, Judy fired up the engine multiple times, but the car just wouldn't start. She grunted, like it was the last day of her life. Nick put the bag of chips down he was munching away on, and opened his door to go check on the engine of the cruiser. As he stepped out of the cruiser, Judy was complaining away about how she didn't wanna be stuck in a totally different world, slamming her head against the steering wheel multiple times. But while Judy was complaining, Nick on the other hand, found out why the cruiser wouldn't start; someone or something had steal the engine. Probably a bunch of teenagers, stealing stuff that does not have price tags; something very big nowadays, one of the many reasons why there's missing street signs around town.
Nick stepped back inside the cruiser, and tapped his paw on his partner's shoulder. Judy lifted her head up off the steering wheel to see Nick with an expression of serious emotions, mainly because the engine was stolen. "Carrots, you might not believe me on this one, but the engine was stolen." Nick said to Judy, hoping that the rabbit would believe him this time. "You're joking right?" Judy said in a depressing voice, still worried about being stuck in our world. "No, I am not, I am serious. Take a look for yourself!" Judy hopped out of the cruiser, and saw it herself. The engine was torn out and stolen! How? Like I said, it was probably a bunch of teenagers who steal stuff that "don't have price tags", a big thing that's very common with teenagers and young adults nowadays.
…
As I was packing the groceries I bought into the trunk of my ford mustang, Nick and Judy came up from behind me without me noticing until I turned to grab another grocery item to pack in the trunk. "AAAAAAHHH" I shortly screamed, as I was jump scared by the two who were standing behind me for thirty seconds. As I was backing up, I dropped the bread I had in my hands, and slightly banged my head against the door to the trunk. "Ow, why you two scare me like that?" I asked Nick and Judy as I put my hand against my head, where I bumped it, and picked up the bread I dropped on the ground. Nick stood silent, and turned to face his partner, who sighed and began to speak. "look, I understand that you helped us pay for something, that was kind of you… Nick couldn't hold it in anymore from Judy politely asking me if they could use me to help them find the serial killer, and rudely interrupted his partner by spilling the truth of why they were standing behind me. "Look, what she is trying to say is, that the engine to our car has been stolen or removed, and we can't get anywhere for what we're assigned to, so could you at least drive us to…" Nick carried on about two minutes about how dangerous of a serial killer they are supposed to find, and how they aren't able to get around anywhere because of how their cruiser was damaged by the engine stolen, and how people's lives are going to drop. I had to choose between saving people's lives, or being a freak like I've always been for my entire life. This was a big opportunity for me, so I took it. "alright, alright, I'll help you guys, but first, I need to go home and eat dinner or my grandmother is gonna grow a suspicion."
It was official, the first time Nick and Judy have met a real human, instead of a human transformed into a Zootopian. But some other stuff will be discovered when Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps step into that ford mustang, like music they have never even heard before.
BODOBIM BODOBAM, second chapter! I hope this gave you guys a good introduction to my character; Alex. Next chapter will have some actual animals in it, that aren't Zootopians, and some more human characters. I'm thinking one more chapter, and I'll start writing my Narnia story, which I am going to include early firearms; such as muskets, rifles, and flint locks. Still tell me what you think on Spanish conquistadors, as I want to hear your opinions of this idea before I start writing. Review, follow, and like, and that's all; Nil out!
