-Shelby pov-

"I am so sorry everyone" I sigh as we go to close the food area "We have run out of foo~"

"Merry Christmas!"

We all turn as the kids start to cheer. My jaw drops as the club comes in with a Santa Claus. The club is all dressed in North Pole themed costumes. I was not prepared for that at all.

"We are sorry we took some time" Judy walks over with a frown and stops in front of me "But we have food, drinks, entertainment, AND! Santa brought his sack full of toys! Can I get all of the kids to line up?"

"Be proud of her" I watch as Judy leads the kids away to Maribel "She left and has been regretting not being here with you"

"She gets a pass on this one" I lift the food shield up "Let's get this food ready to serve! We do not have all night!"

-New directions singing-

Ho ho ho

Ho ho ho

We are Santa's elves

We are Santa's elves

Filling Santa's shelves

With a toy for each girl and boy

Oh, we are Santa's elves

We work hard all day

But our work is play

Dolls we try out, see if they cry out

We are Santa's elves

We've a special job each year

We don't like to brag

Christmas Eve we always fill Santa's bag

Santa knows who's good

Do the things you should

And we bet you, he won't forget you

We are Santa's elves

We've a special job each year

We don't like to brag

Christmas Eve we always fill Santa's bag

Santa knows who's good

Do the things you should

And we bet you, he won't forget you

We are Santa's elves

Ho ho ho

Ho ho ho

We are Santa's elves, ho ho!

"Get up on the stage before I smack the elves!" They all laugh as they run to the stage and I look at a smiling Sue "Think they understand?"

"They are good kids" Sue looks at me and puts a hand on my shoulder "We have done good Shelby"

I smile as the line for food starts back up and the music starts.

(Lyrics from genius)

[FINN]

It's Christmas time

There's no need to be afraid

At Christmas time

We let in light and we banish shade

[MERCEDES]

And in our world of plenty

We can spread a smile of joy

Throw your arms around the world

At Christmas time

[RACHEL]

But say a prayer

Pray for the other one

Oh, at Christmas time it's hard

But when you're having fun

[BLAINE & KURT, (BLAINE)]

(There's a) world outside your window

And it's a world of dread and fear

[ARTIE & BRITTANY]

Where the only water flowing

Is the bitter sting of tears

[PUCK & TINA]

And the Christmas bells that ring

Are the clanging chimes of doom

[MERCEDES (with RACHEL)]

Well tonight thank God it's them (Instead of you)

[ARTIE & TINA with NEW DIRECTIONS, (SANTANA), {with SANTANA}]

And there won't be snow in Africa this Christmas time (This Christmas time, no)

The greatest gift they'll get this year is life (Is life)

Where nothing ever grows (Nothing ever grows)

No rain or rivers flow (Oh, rivers flow, no)

Do they know it's {Christmas time at all?}

Here's to you (Raise a glass for everyone)

Here's to them (Underneath that burning sun)

Do they know it's Christmas time at all? (Do they know it's Christmas time at all, yeah)

[TINA with NEW DIRECTIONS]

Da-da-da-da-da

Da, da-daah

Da-da-da-da-da

[BRAINE & BRITTANY (with RACHEL) & NEW DIRECTIONS]

Feed (the world)

[ARTIE & TINA with NEW DIRECTIONS, (with RACHEL)]

Let them know it's (Christmas time) again

[BLAINE & BRITTANY (with RACHEL) & NEW DIRECTIONS]

Feed (the world)

[ARTIE & TINA with NEW DIRECTIONS]

Let them know it's Christmas time again

[BLAINE & BRITTANY (with RACHEL) & NEW DIRECTIONS]

Feed (the world)

[ARTIE & TINA with NEW DIRECTIONS, (with RACHEL)]

Let them know it's (Christmas time) again

[BLAINE & BRITTANY (with RACHEL) & NEW DIRECTIONS]

Feed (the world)

[ARTIE & TINA with NEW DIRECTIONS, (ARTIE with NEW DIRECTIONS)]

Let them know it's Christmas time (Again)

Everyone applauds and the group bows before singing another carol. Everyone seems happy and family look to be happy even despite their situations. That is what being a family truly means. Being together even through the tough times.

I hope the kids learn something from today. Something they will use in their future lives. I hope I get to see them all successful though. They all are so talented and good kids.

I think Sue was right completely. We have done good.
