Asanoya
Asahi followed the maid through the labyrinth of hallways as so many questions raced through his mind. 'What is going on? What is Alex not telling us? Is Noya hurt? How does this maid know exactly where Noya is? Who is Lord Hardios? How is the butler ok? What did the butler mean by its healing? What is the Ligarno clan? Furthermore, what do they mean by hunting group? Finally, why did Alex grab a gun?' Asahi didn't know what to make of the whole situation, but he did know that he needed to find Noya. A couple more turns, and then she stopped, "He's in here," the maid said, pointing at the door.
"How do you know for sure?" Asahi asked, worry and anger evident in his voice.
"Because I can smell him," she answered immediately. Smell him? Was Noya wearing strong cologne or something? The maid opened the door to a pitch-black room. Asahi fumbled around for the light switch. Once he found it, he flicked it up to reveal a bathroom. Blood was on the mirror and shower curtain. The long-haired man looked at the maid, who nodded, so he pulled back the curtain to an unconscious Noya. More blood could be seen on the younger one's shirt, and two small circular holes on his neck. The maid saw the wound and sighed, "Come on, let's rejoin the others," she said, not minding the state Noya was in. This made Asahi furious.
"No," he said angrily
"What do you mean no?"
"I mean no," Asahi said again, "I'm not going anywhere until someone explains to me what the hell is even happening. And what happened to Noya?!" The maid took a deep breath before starting.
"Ok. I'll give you the basics for now. After that, Alex can explain the rest. But to sum it up, there are twelve vampire clans. Yes, you heard me right, vampires. Ira's mother is the leader of one of these clans, and Alex's father is one of her advisors. Their parents put them in an arranged marriage, which they ok with since they were sating when they found out. Carlos and all the maids are vampires, but Alex and Ira were supposed to get their vampire forms at age eighteen. However, with everything that has happened tonight, that may happen earlier than planned, and you guys might just join them," she waited a second before turning around, "I hope that satisfies you for now. Now let's go." Asahi was still shocked at all the information thrown at him, but he still nodded. Together they ran back to the main room while Asahi prayed that the unconscious boy in his arms would be alright.
