Elijah frowned, sensing someone was coming to Winterfell. One of the scents was familiar. Could it be one of his siblings? Even if it was, the other scent was completely new.
Bran sensed it too. Even before he saw Arya, he knew another Stark was coming. It seemed she was with one of Elijah's sisters. Unfortunately, she seemed to be trying to leave. Something had to be done. The Mikaelsons needed to be reunited, preferably soon. Quickly, he gathered the people they knew they could trust to decide how to handle the situation.
Fortunately, Arya was quick to join them. Sansa had known nothing, and Elijah had two sisters. So it could have been either of them. But Arya could fill in some of the blanks. "It's Freya. She's going to King's Landing. She thinks Cersei might be the key to bringing her family back together. Personally, I don't get it. Cersei destroys things. I can't remember the last time she united anything."
Sansa frowned. "I guess you could sort of say she helped unite The North."
Arya frowned. "That didn't really last long did it? I mean, I know Jon's supposed to be King In the North, but it didn't seem very united at the Red Wedding."
Sansa frowned. "You were there?"
Arya nodded sadly. "I was. It was a terrible day. But that's a story for another time."
Bran nodded. "Agreed. Freya needs to be here. We're going to need her when they come."
Elijah frowned. "But if she feels like she should go to Cersei, we can't stop her. Has anyone stopped to think that maybe Cersei should be here too? I know you all seem to hate her. But I could feel them before I found Bran. We'll need help."
Arya frowned. "You don't know her. Cersei doesn't help anyone. Not unless it benefits her. She won't be there for us."
Sansa frowned, looking down slightly. "She was good to me sometimes. Better than Joffrey anyway. Maybe Elijah's right. We can't stop Freya if she wants to go."
